People in the office were awesome! Top rated service from everyone at campgrounds. I would recommend this Koa over all Koa’s we have stayed at! We will return again next year!

Ouray KOA was a great place for us to stay for Jeep Jamboree. Everyone was friendly from the camping neighbors to the staff. After a few long days of trail rides, the deluxe cabin was just what we needed for a snack, shower and night of sleep.

Our site was beautiful! The staff is so friendly and helpful with a well stocked store. The grounds and restroom/ showers are very clean. Loved our stay and will go back!

This used to be one of my favorite places to tent camp, but things have changed (for the worse). Tiny parcel of land next to trailers - feels like camping in a trailer park. Not likely to stay here again.

We had a great time in Ouray and enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be back. The staff was amazing, helpful, and so friendly. The facilities were always clean we loved being able to purchase items at the onsite store.

Beautiful campground. It is well cared for. Nice, clean , bathrooms. We camped across the road from our family so we appreciated the accommodation. Our cabin was clean and stayed warm during the colder night temperatures. Lovely place.

Overall, our stay was good — the campground was clean, and the amenities were just fine. The only downside was dealing with an extremely rude manager. We stayed for two nights with friends, and on one of the days, while waiting at the park before heading out to dinner, the manager aggressively pulled up in his golf cart. He gave us a dirty look and rudely asked if we “needed something.”

I didn't realize KOA hosts sooooo many people. The large group of college students were very friendly but there was another large group swearing and talking so loud until midnight. I have little kids and we were all trying to sleep so that was frustrating being so incredibly close to the other camp sites. Not my cup of tea but they responded the next day kindly and the entrance host was great!

The location was perfect for all of the exploring we wanted to do. The staff were all friendly, and the amenities were exactly what we needed, and then some! We had a tent site this time, but we'd like to come back and try a cabin next time.

Bathrooms were pretty good. We were right next to a guy who kept idling his engine (he was making repairs, so we decided to be patient). But otherwise, it's a nice campground.

Our stay was great and the Kia was quiet and peaceful. Toe major improvement would be to level the side pads better.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay and a family wedding. Another family group with us was not so lucky. They reserved a 1 bedroom cabin months ago and it was not available due to water/ power failure. They got a cabin further away and with less adequate bath house. Ours was very nice.

Upon arrival the staff were professional and provided great assistance. The campsite was clean and easy to maneuver our camper. Nice to see camp employees during the day. Excellent location to Ouray, Telluride, and 4 wheeling. Will definitely stay again next year.

At the end of the day when you ready to eat and watch some tv there was a daily problem with their WiFi system. We ended up using our personal hotspot. When we asked about their WiFi their response was “ well you are in the mountains “.

By far, our favorite KOA resort. Perfect location for exploring Ouray. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The store is well stocked, plus the bathrooms and grounds are so clean. We will plan to come back in the near future.

Check in was very easy. The campground was clean and had everything we needed. We liked the obstacle area for the dogs, and the dog walk path was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. We'll be back!

The helpers in golf carts are very helpful and friendly!! We always enjoy our stay. It seems unnecessary that when we extended an xtra night, we had to move as the camper that took our spot stayed only one night. However we ended up in a nice spot, but the one night guest could have taken the spot we had to move to. Seems unreasonable.

We had a spot the other side of the creek. The next people over had a large trailer & dually truck crammed in. They parked up to their p-table, so they moved their chairs & table along the creek behind our picnic table, so it felt very closed in. The Wi-Fi connectivity is horrible and kept dropping. Felt like we came in late, so we got what was left. Felt more of a journey park than a Holiday.

My only constructive comment would be that the staff is rarely able to answer the telephone. We wanted to extend our stay and multiple times called and left messages never to get a reply. We ended up doing the extensions in person at the office.

Was a large campground with bark chip walkway next to stream. sites pretty close together but well maintained. beware of dog walk- must stay on pathway or get attacked by cactus ! staff super nice. wish i would've found little cafe sooner. but muffins & cookies were delish!!!!

Nice campground. Almost 5 stars but for couple things. The good: Great staff, one of best stocked stores encountered, clean restrooms and showers, wooded, and nice fire-pit. The not quite as good: Nice laundry room but 2 of 5 dryers out of order. (All washers working so had to wait on getting a dryer). It has a restaurant. In evening had a pizza and fried ravioli which hit the spot. For breakfast didn't quite hit the mark. Our friends had pancakes and sausage patties and the patties were underdone. I had a breakfast skillet which was good , but bacon was small shreds had to hunt for. Husband's hiker's breakfast (fruit and eggs) was great. All in all glad to have stayed there.
