Quiet time at night was not observed by some of the campers. Children were screaming and loud music was being played well after quiet time.

This was hands down our BEST KOA experience. Aaron & Rob were great! We were all treated so kindly by the staff and they always made sure we were doing well. The campground itself is beautiful with a good size playground and jump pad. The store has everything you may have forgotten too. Campgrounds and bathrooms were very clean which is always a relief! Cant wait to stay here again!!!

Beautiful site and view! Nice staff and plenty for the children to do (gem mining, playground, trampoline). Nicely lanpscaped walkways over bridges to other campground sites. The restaurant was acceptable.

The staff was friendly and interacted with the patrons like best friends. I like the texting if there was a maintenance issue that was fixed or the restaurant hours. The restaurant breakfast… AMAZING!

Premium price for dirt/ gravel lots too close together! Nickel and dimed for everything! 6 months ago Requested spaces for my sisters family and us and was put in spaces that were back to back and then said that’s all we have! Staff friendly and courteous by we will not be back!

This was our honeymoon and we had an absolute blast! The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Dove and Taylor. Their kindness was always appreciated and it felt like home. The late check in process was very simple and easy. The accommodated us to stay a few extra nights without having to move our site. Everything about this experience was positive and we will definitely be coming back!!

We stayed three nights in our RV. Our daughter and family stayed in a tent site close by. We appreciate the effort the staff made to put us close together. Our site was big enough for all of us to eat together. The fence separating sites was nice. We enjoyed walking by the creek and the kids loved the jump pad. The laundry room was nice and we used it. Firewood was delivered to our site.

Our spot site 2 was very dusty, most of the traffic coming into the campground did not slow down until the speed bump. Lots of traffic noise on the county road plus road work during our stay ( tractors/asphalt) Bathroom and laundry facilities were dated and had out of order equipment. The bathroom was not super clean- soap remnants left on the shelf in the men’s shower for multiple days.

Beautiful place however the smell of septic, and the fact that other campers were right on top of us took what was going to be a beautiful visit and turned it sour. Also, staff made me feel like it was a chore that I was there for them, and when I asked to speak with someone higher than the general manager, he threatened to kick me out of the park. I will be sharing my experience on every webpage

It’s a great place! Very friendly staff and very clean. The location is perfect for being able to see all the sites that are around Ouray. Even the people who stay in the campground are very respectful of everyone.

The Ouray KOA has always been a highlight of my trips to the area. But the staff has definitely become more unwelcoming and "put out" this year. Not a good sign.

Site was unlevel and sewage had to flow uphill. In addition we were right next to the bathrooms and anytime a toilet was flushed it smelled like sewage making sitting outside unenjoyable. The manager when we tried to address the site issue was rude and his only solution was to have us pay $270 to upgrade our site. No thanks. We won’t be staying here again

Had an amazing stay! The staff were so kind and welcoming, and I loved the local recommendation handouts. The General Store felt like a boutique with locally sourced goods, and the bathrooms were clean and well-kept. The on-site restaurant was great, and the morning lattes were just what I needed. Can’t wait to come back for a longer stay next year.

Very nice large clean tent sites. Excellent clean restrooms and showers! Squirrel population is bad! Left box of sealed crackers in tent. Big mistake. While away squirrels chewed thru mesh on tent and devoured crackers left a mess behind. Now must repair our tent. Woefully inadequate WIFI. Would be nice to stream a movie but not possible. This is a huge negative and needs to be addressed.

Ouray KOA is one of our favorite campsites. We have been coming there for over 26 years. We have seen a few good changes over the years. We enjoy camping under the pine tree section of the campground. One thing I wish this KOA would do to make it more awesome is to add more restroom showers in the section area behind the hill. We have to get up at 5:00 AM to take advantage or wait in long lines.

Love Ouray KOA this was are 4th year staying there for a week and every year the experience has been GREAT!!! The staff is very friendly and they are wonderful to work with. You can't go wrong stay at the Ouray KOA!!! Already made my reservations for next year.

We had a great time. This is our second year and we have already made reservations for next year. The camp is very clean and well taken care of, and the staff are great. They do all they can to help and with a big smile. Great place to camp!!

Stayed in a clean, well maintained Deluxe Cabin. Very comfortable. Had an issue with the lock and the maintenance crew got right on it and had it fixed in minutes.

Too crowded. Sites are too close together. Bathrooms usually had a line to get in (not enough). Our site was next to a sewer so it smelled.

We stayed in one of the Deluxe Cabins and it was Fabulous especially for my "Non-Campers"! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again!

Sites are a little tight and I wasn’t a fan of being face to face with some other random camper (basically shared a small strip between our campers. Dog park not centrally located. However, a HUGE shout out to Erick (maintenance). I get locked out of my camper due to a defect in design. He spent time and did all he could to help me fine a solution. In the end, a tool he provided helped me get in

Camp ground is always clean n free of debris never any trash on the ground! The shower house/ restroom is always clean spotless after it's been cleaned. Staff is always friendly, courteous, and happy! The store had everything needed and they delivered almost everything with very reasonable prices service with a smile 😃. We'll be making some reservations here in the near future love and enjoyed every moment of this last camping trip there they made our little vacation very pleasant!

Nice size lots and a nice big campground. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and the location is perfect! Great small local hikes with dogs is ideal and easy here. Close to town and easy to get to larger town if needed. Quiet. The stream through the campground is lovely. We saw deer every day on our hikes in the park.
