The good: campground is clean and hookups great. Two sewer locations so you should be close to one! The bad: for the price it is a big gravel lot. No trees in most sites and very close to I-80, so traffic noise is pretty loud. Bottom line I think for price to enjoyment ratio it is probably one of the worse we’ve had in 60K miles of travel.

Excellent wifi very nice sites in expanded section. All the bells and whistles with deluxe patios and pet sites but they need to do something with the noise level from I-80. The older section has trees. Perhaps sound wall more trees or ?

Thank you we have worked very hard to make lots of improvements. Thank you! As far as the interstate noise we are right along the very busy I80 interstate and so the convenience of quick and easy on and off the interstate for fuel, food, and an overnight or two will bring some noise.

It is a very nice campground with level pads and exceptionally nice bathrooms. The staff was kind and helpful. This was my first stay here but I will come again.

We were very impressed with how helpful the staff were at the campsite. The campground was clean and well laid out. Although it is right off of the highway, the road noise was not bothersome. We highly recommend this campground when you need a place to stay while traveling.

Very friendly staff and always escort to the site, which is greatly appreciated. Very, very clean campground. Sites are level and large in width & length. Very nice laundry facility. I've stayed here before a couple of times and will continue to do so. Easy access too.

Chastity and BJ went above and beyond and helped us get back on the road. The campground was spotless and you could see that it is well taken care of. There is a Wal-mart at the end of the road too! We will definitely stay here again and recommend this KOA to our friends. -the 3 Texas ladies on a wild and crazy adventure.

Very well managed, clean, convenient and safe location. Of course there is a lot of highway noise but that's what we expected. It is a great overnight traveling from ND.

Great location, easy off/easy on to I-80. Two truck stops at the exit for fuel. Satellite friendly! Great wi-fi and cell signal.

The easiest, nicest place to stop off I80, East or West for a night or several. Easy in, easy out. Very helpful pleasant staff.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This koa is beautiful and run by the nicest people. The paw pen is the best thing ever. Our dogs loved it. The koa is so clean and all their hard work pays off. We will be back here in the future.

Would have given a 10 score if this campground had a pool. Needs a pool here. Quite a bit of traffic noise.

We do not have a pool and it is mentioned on every site type prior to making a reservation and our website as well. We would love a pool as well but the cost to build new would increase rates drastically.

This campground has nice amenities and the hosts are friendly and helpful. It's too bad it is located right next to a noisy interstate.

Thank you and yes we are located next to the very busy I80 Interstate. This makes for an easy and convenient stop. If the interstate noise bothers you we encourage you to contact Tri Trails KOA here in Ogallala. They are off the interstate.

easy aces s from the highway for our one night sight. Escort to our level and roomy sit with easy hookups - lots i of gravel sites but well maintained. nice dog park. we would definitely return. highly recommend

We stayed at this KOA on Apr 14 2024 it was a beautiful campground the people were super nice they had the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen....everything around was neat and tidy, we would definitely recommend it.

Staying for 2 nights, nice clean RV sites, very helpful in getting us to our location, nice play area for the 7 year old, nice dog pen with artificial turf which was very clean. I would highly recommend this campground. (Yes, you hear the interstate, but if anyone complains about the traffic noise, research the different types of KOAs. Journey means close to freeways.)
