Gravel roads and sites which were very dusty. Very close to I80 and the traffioc noise. OK for a one night stop.

Very neat and clean, went to check in and was met with a big smile from the young lady working the counter, very friendly. Her husband and young daughter came in and just gave a very nice vibe, like I was no trouble and they were happy to check me in. I’ve stayed there before and if possible, we will again, nice site and all around A+

This is a clean, well run, big rig friendly park convenient to I-80. Great utilities and plenty of room to maneuver.

1. Too noisy because of highway 2. Wouldn't allow back in site check-in after office closes. 3. Charged me for a night even though we canceled (too late) on our return trip.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We advertise that we are right along the busy I80. If you do not want interstate noise PLEASE do not CHOOSE to make reservations here. On your return you tried to cancel the day of arrival. KOA National cancellation policy is anything less than 48 hours prior to arrival is non refundable.

We stayed one night while traveling east on I-80. The campground was very clean and well maintained and the entire park was nicely landscaped. We had a patio site that was huge and had a nice built-in fire pit and gas grill. Easy on and off the interstate; but that means we could hear truck traffic during the night. We will definitely use this campground again when. heading west from Omaha.

We really like this KOA campground. The staff is super friendly and the grounds are always immaculate! They have lots of pull-thru spots that are plenty long, unlike some other campgrounds. The only draw back to this campground is the location. It is way too close to I-80 with annoying road noise .

This is such a cute RV Park and I would have given it 5 stars but the highway noise is quite loud. I am a very light sleeper so it does impact my sleep. We have stayed here twice now for just one night each time. The park is very well maintained and the staff is always very helpful. They have a very nice dog park as well. We did not use any of the other amenities.

Nice clean park. Large sites. GREAT dog park — used outdoor carpet over gravel. Easy to pick up dog do and kept the dogs clean. A little noisy due to road being close by but…, almost all the parks we have been to in the last 2 years have been near roads. Definitely will return if in the area again. KOA. Has really upped their game over the last few years

We stayed one night. The whole campground is meticulously maintained. Sites are level, owners are very friendly and accommodating, facilities are clean and modern, close to the highway so easy access. Can’t say enough good things about this campground and location. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling through and we would stay here again if we are in the area.

Very clean and extremely well organized. Staff very cordial and willing to help in any way. The only negative is the closeness to highway and railroad tracks (trains throughout night whistle blowing) and this thru no fault of their own.

I enjoyed my night at Ogallala KOA. I had a beautiful back-in spot with lovely grass. Everything in the park was clean and well maintained. K-9 park fantastic. Great friendly and helpful staff.

Friendly and helpful staff, especially clean site, nice facilities. The site is easy off and back on the Interstate. Fuel for the rig is near by and convenient.

The staff is wonderful & work hard to keep campground clean & running efficiently but it’s right on I-80 so quite noisy. Yes it makes for quick access to interstate & enjoyed my stay.

The BEST cleanest and maintained KOA we have stayed in in our 2500 (so far) trip. Tiled showers and clean! This sets the bar for KOAs!

Overnight stay while on the road. Stayed here a month ago on the way west, then again on the way east. Very neat, easy to reach, easy to navigate park. No issues. Not crowded like some KOAs. Stayed in pull-through both times in a 40'RV towing a Jeep.

We stayed at this KOA on Apr 14 2024 it was a beautiful campground the people were super nice they had the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen....everything around was neat and tidy, we would definitely recommend it.

Staying for 2 nights, nice clean RV sites, very helpful in getting us to our location, nice play area for the 7 year old, nice dog pen with artificial turf which was very clean. I would highly recommend this campground. (Yes, you hear the interstate, but if anyone complains about the traffic noise, research the different types of KOAs. Journey means close to freeways.)
