Keep in mind that we stayed here based on other reviews and quite frankly, it is one of the best and cleanest Koa's out there. So hat's off to all of the other reviewers that took the time to rate this place. The managers are phenomenal and go above and beyond if they can. Great job.

LOVED the dog parks!!! Clean campground, friendly and helpful hosts!! We were only there for overnight, but everything was sparkling clean and mostly quiet. They are located right next to I-80. Easy access on and off freeway with food and fuel handy!!

Traveling to Oklahoma, needed a place to stop for the night. Your online reservation was easy. Got my military discount the next day. Was a very pleasant experience

Nice, clean campground and bathroom facilities. Friendly hosts. Unfortunately I was charged twice for one campsite and don't know why. On 4/29 I was charged for a one night campsite and KOA membership for a year in the amount of $85.26. I was charged an additional $45.50 on 5/1 but was not at that KOA on that day. Please explain.

You were charged for one night and the membership and no additional charges were made by us. You have confirmed when we spoke that it was a restaurant that you ate at that charged you the other amount. Thank you for complimenting our facilities and staff. We strive to be the best!

It was just an overnight stay, but we were impressed with the facilities for dogs, the cleanliness, and especially the accommodating, super friendly staff.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. The host was great, she loaned us a 50 Amp surge protector, was very polite, and accommodating. Our sight had a small pet exercise area that was awesome. We will definitely stay again if we travel through there again. Thank you

The facilities are super. However, the location of the camp is terrible. You should definitely include the wind and lack of protection in your description. It is NOT suitable for pop up campers. Also, when I was there, they were very few RVs.my site was directly in the stream of the wind… It would’ve been nice to have been placed over behind a building to have some protection

I am so sorry it was so cold and windy when you arrived. We did have a storm blowing through and it was yucky. We don't have ANY sites behind any buildings :(. I am sorry things weren't good for you!

I couldn't redeem my reward points, I was asked to disconnect my water because of a possible freeze, so not a perfect stay. In areas where a freeze is possible KOAs have always had heaters.

The only time we ask you to unhook is if there are freezing temps. Guests have access to water during your stay you just cant stay connected if the temperatures are freezing. Please if you have any issues PLEASE call us or come to the office so we can address any issues. THANK YOU!!

This is the best campground of our trip! Nice level spots with plenty of room. Wonderful host who is very on top of everything. She checked on us and let us know about upcoming freezing temps.

This is our 3rd time staying here and we stay again in the Fall. It's one of the cleanist KOA campground we have been to. The staff our professional and friendly no matter what you are asking about, such as restaurants around the area, or something in the campground.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ogallala! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our site was prepared to perfection, amenities meticulously cared for especially the lavender Cowgirl bath facilities! Attention to detail means a lot and this place gets an A Plus!

Beau petit camping , tres propre . Nous sommes arrive vers 12:30 et avons du attendre une demi heure car l’office ouvrait seulement a 13 hres , c’est la premiere fois dans nos annees de camping que nous voyons ca mais par contre une fois ouvert la dame etait super gentille . Le camping est tres tres bruyant etant sur la i80 il meriterait un mur anti bruit . Pour 1 nuit avec bons bouchons ca p

Check-in is NOT until 1pm and that is stated on all of our correspondence. Please plan accordingly before arriving as the office is CLOSED DAILY from 10am-1pm. We are also right along the VERY busy I80 interstate and if this bothers you please check out Tri Trails KOA just 1/2 mile south.

This park is conveniently located off 80 and close to all conveniences. Staff were friendly. Park is well designed with something for everyone including your dogs. Very clean and very well maintained.

Great place for an overnight stop. Easy access to I80 and big rig friendly. Level and long site. Close to shops and restaurants. The staff we interacted with were super friendly and helpful and the park was well maintained. There is road noise due to close proximity to I-80 but it didn't bother us for an overnight stop. Will stay again. Thank you!

We enjoyed our two day stay! The staff was great, overcoming the noise from the road construction which was badly needed! Highly recommend!
