The most kind staff! I was there tent camping the weekend of the eclipse and they were very busy. Bathrooms were clean, garbage was picked up as scheduled and the campsite was spotless. Plus it's a really great location for visiting the falls either in US or Canada. Just an overall great trip.

The staff were all incredibly kind and friendly. I would stay here again if I was going to Niagara Falls, but it would not be my destination if I was solely going for a camping experience. This KOA was very "community" camping, which is completely fine if that's your favorite way to camp, but I like more traditional type of campgrounds surrounded more by nature.

Good staff and it's well maintained. Clean bathrooms and hot showers. There's a distinct lack of trees in the area, feels very much like a parking lot with grass patches. Too close to I-190. I never got used to the nonstop noise and had difficulty sleeping. I would be very unhappy if I had one of the sites right up against it. There should be more trash cans. I only saw two around the whole area.

The first night was so loud we could not sleep. When I informed the front desk lady she seemed aggrivated and told me to call some number on the paper. I grew up going to KOA campsites and thought it would be nice to stay after so long. KOA has lost their standards, it is very disappointing.

The last time we stayed at a KOA was 11 years ago. KOA's are always a last resort and this stay reminded me why. Always overpriced, very theme park like, sites too close to each other. Baren landscape. We camp for the natural experience, and we never get it at a KOA. It's fake camping.

The online map was a little misleading about camp site locations, but the staff was very accommodating to adjust our location to keep our group together. Great facilities and the rec outpost was well stocked and full of plenty of things to keep the kids entertained. Lots of staff visible onsite to keep bathrooms clean and campsites as well.

Easy check-in/check-out process (even with my late arrival), clean facilities. I only stayed overnight so was not able to try out other amenities. Only downside was the camper next to me who kept lighting up joints- terrible smell lingered in/on my gear, which is still airing out.

Would have gave a 5 but there was LOTS of bees at my brothers campsite that we spent most of our time at. (I think a hive in the ground)

We had a tremendous stay at Grand Island. This is the nicest KOA facility we’ve stayed at so far. The activities were fun, and the times varied enough that we were able to make a couple of different things. Great bathrooms, very well maintained. Jean, who led the crafts and bingo, was a delight. Everything was great with only one issue-the shower bathrooms had a light sensor that turned the light off every minute (I timed it). The sensor is not in the bathroom…it’s out in the alcove/hallway entrance. To reactivate the light, you had to leave the bathroom. It made showers difficult. Other than that, it was a lovely stay.

Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Showers need a small table to put a shower bag and cob webs and bugs removed. Quiet hours should be enforced as the tent occupants next to us partied until 1:30am.

Everyone is very nice but we have came 3 times and all 3 times one of the pools was closed so everyone had to crowed into 1 pool so i didn't get to go in the pool alot bc I have real bad anxiety so this was really upsetting bc the back pool was closed for two of the day I was staying so everyone was in the small pool up front this time

This was my second stay here and I took my kids with me this time. With that said, there was a very strong marijuana smell Friday and Saturday night. Also parking was tight as all the spots in the dedicated lot were taken by cars without permit tags. My kids had a blast and it was their first time camping so it was a success but camp site B38 where we stayed shouldn't be a premium site.

Lots of things to do for the kids!! Only thing I'd complain about it the bathrooms. They were not cleaned or stocked with toilet paper multiple times.

Campground & staff NEED improvement! Upon arrival we were not provided with the usual run down of a campground (what they have to offer, where facilities are, etc). The pools are in BAD shape and not even opened on time. Bathroom showers are full of black mold. Staff was constantly on their phones texting and not paying attention or verifying campers. In hindsight, we could have stayed for free.

Quiet hours were not enforced. There was a large group in the cabins near our tent site that were up until 2 am our first night and midnight our second. The location and amenities were great and staff were pleasant. Our tent site was not well maintained. Mud patches were everywhere, which caused pooling under our tent during the rain and in the one large patch, we had seepage into the tent.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location was great! Really close to store and attractions. I only have 1 complaint, the cleanliness of the bathrooms! They were gross and need to be cleaned more than 3 times per days. Especially the one in the middle of the campground by the pool. The shower curtains had mold on them. I was really disappointment in the upkeep.

The site was nice and shaded, large site. However, it stated there was a grill, the other sites had free standing grills, not this one. It stated there was water, the water at the site didn’t work. The bathrooms needed cleaning more often. There was a ton of water constantly on the floor. The staff was friendly.

This is an amazing campground! We stayed with our family over 4th of July weekend. The only negative thing we have is that the restrooms were always dirty and clogging. It will not deter us from recommending the campground or ever saying again. The tent sites were beautiful!

This was a conveniently located spot to tent camp overnight before heading to Niagara Falls. The tent site with electric and water had everything we needed. The light was a bonus.

Ok, I'm not one to post reviews, but in the case of this wonderful place, I couldn't NOT do so. We came to the buffalo area to take care of some family business. My son Alan and I drove up from the Raleigh area in a newly acquired older RV. Our trip up was not fun as on the way we broke an exhaust manifold and also literally blew out of it socket a spark plug. We called to alert we would be later than expected, and they set us up with their night time check in. We got in, and the weather was miserable. Raining hard. The spot we had was very wet and saturated. Alan asked if we could move, and they told us to go look for a spot that we liked and let them know. We chose a spot, and they cleared us to move there. After having found a place to fix our RV after finding out its actual problem through other mechanics, we found a place that said they would take on the job, BUT we would need to leave it with them a day or two. We called the office to tell them of our need, and they offered us a cabin on-site at an amazing price to stay while our RV was in repair. Let me tell you, everybody, their cabins are amazing too. I'm sorry I was long-winded on this, but I wanted to explain the context of what we were going through and how they supported us every step of the way. We will return there every single time now and hope the weather is better next time. If MY so Alan and I could give 100 stars, we would. And to the campground from both of us THANK YOU!!! You gave us such uplifting from all our other things. You can never know how much it truly meant to us With gratitude, Wayne & Alan Ross
