Decent size campground, staff was friendly and prompt, playground and kids activities (jumping pad, jumping pillow) were a hit. Pool gets crowded pretty quick, however there is plenty to still do in the area. Sites in the middle of the campground offer more space if you are staying on site, if you are doing more tourist activities the back lot is tight but manageable!

Nice campground and amenities. However, the heated pool was so cloudy and murky on Saturday afternoon that none of our group would go in the water. During the day, the pool had been filled to the brim with masses of people who entered it sweaty and dirty without caring about hygiene. It was disgusting. The pool was then closed Sunday. Go figure.

The employees were nice, but from there it goes downhill. Guest were rude beyond acceptance. They should’ve been asked to leave continually walking through our space and profanity. spot we had was semi nice, but right across from the pool and guest with no respect. We will not go back there we go to many KOA‘s and this was definitely not our favorite.

It was ok. Pictures make it look nicer than it is. Pool was closed multiple days and disgusting. Wish the activities/pool would've stayed open passed 8pm. Kids enjoyed activities when they were available.

Ya'll need to give the lady who cleans up the bathrooms a raise. The bathrooms were absolutely trashed every day we were there and it truly needs to be cleaned twice a day. The disrespect people showed towards the property was just sad

The sites need leveling especially for motor home parking. They have a speed limit posted for 5mph but they don't enforce it. The traffic, including staff on golf carts, fly thru the park making it very dusty. It's close to the Niagara Falls which is nice.

Just ok. For us. Big campground but not very clear signage on which road to get to site tho they did have a guide available. Sites packed in with some trees which was great. Quiet for as busy as it was.

Relaxing, will plan it again before 2026 camping season is over. Love the full hookups. Clean RV area during arrival and the escort to camping site, amazing. I felt like royalty.

Original site was tight for fifth wheel and slide, so staff moved us to better site for fifth wheel. Facilities were adequate for stay, but could use updating. Staff was helpful and friendly. Overall a good stay.

As I told the office staff, the firewood is not seasoned and too hard to light, It causes smoke the entire evening through out the campground. Not healthy. I also think it is way overpriced.

This was absolutely the worse koa we have stayed at so far. Very filthy bathrooms and showers. Pool closes at 6pm. Nit much to offer at this Koa. Drive thru spots very un level to try and get rv leveled

Pros: Nice campground. Lots of things for kids to do. Great location near the Falls. Cons: Showers very dirty. Some showers and toilets out of order. We were there 2 nights and I don't think they were cleaned, at all, while we were there....

A great KOA. Excellent location or you’re visiting Niagara Falls. Patio sites are beautiful! The restrooms need updating and repair. Not everything works, empty soap dispensers and even a toilet not bolted down correctly. Laundry is also very expensive - almost double what we’ve paid in other KOAs and RV parks. Overall, we loved the park and would stay again - just a few little issues.

We were only there 2 nites but the amenities were wonderful, sites large, staff excellent...our site was in the back and the fwy was noisy is only con. Otherwise would recommend and stay again just further from fwy.

This is the 3rd year we have stayed around the July 4th holiday. We always enjoy it here, however, the pool closings and availability were disappointing this year. Hopefully, this situation gets resolved. Otherwise, no issues and we enjoy visiting.

Nice park! We were in the front section. Plenty of space between sites. Friendly & helpful staff. Niagara Falls State Park is easily accessible, as is Buffalo.

What a wonderful campground with so much to do. My son caught several blue gill and a large bass, my daughter saw her first firefly and loved that your WiFi actually worked.

For a bigger campground, the spots were spacious and everything in the public area was clean. Staff was very friendly. Lots of things to do here for kids and adults. Would definitely stay here again.

No pets, no kids, and we don’t use the amenities, but we were placed in the very back of the park, near the highway. Had to travel very narrow road full of potholes to a very narrow site where our steps were not able to sit flat. We paid high price for this site and were very disappointed with the way it was overgrown and condition of the table.

Some of the amenities were difficult to access (closed or missing/damaged pieces) The activities offered were clear and creative. We especially appreciated the texts communication.

Very nice campgrounds. Quiet, staff friendly. Bathrooms where absolutely disgusting all weekend, i understand busy, but oh my, went into town to use bathroom and didnt use showers at all, this is the worst I've ever seen at any campgrounds, private, state or federal. I will not be coming back here, i will find other spots in the area next time.

It seemed like there were upgraded sites available during my stay. When I booked it was full so I had to take a lower tiered site. I have a 45' coach with another 25' toad, so a premium site capable of my rig is always preferred. Also the sites near the highway are very noisy.

We enjoyed the proximity to the falls and the heated pool was amazing. Not so great things, the bathrooms were dirty, toilets filled with poop, and there was often no soap. The campground was also out of fire wood. How does that happen Fourth of July week? Management needs to do better. The sewer connection at our site was also up hill. My husband had to hold the sewer hose up to empty.

The grounds were absolutely beautiful. So many activities and amenities. The bathroom/showerhouse needed some attention. Maybe it was used more than normal because of the holiday weekend.

Check in was great. Anything I could think of that I wanted, they had available. Campground was clean, and the kids loved the play area... though there were some balls missing. My kids wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of it.

The site was fine, exactly what we needed. But starting with walking in the building to register, we were never greeted with a simple hello and the whole process felt like we were intruding. It was very cold. Speaking of cold, we were told that's exactly what the showers were.... zero hot water, thus none of us even attempted taking a much-needed shower. Also, the bathroom was pretty disgusting.

Stay was enjoyable. Accepting Amazon packages was very helpful and the laundry room was clean although several machines were out of service.
