The campground is kept clean and most things are in good condition. Plenty of activities to keep the grandkids entertained for the week. Convenient to the Falls and other attractions in the area.

Least clean campground i have been to, I will not participate in the funding of any KOA in the future We left a day early because of the conditions of the bathrooms and lack of property maintenance

All of the KOA staff members were lovely. At the REC post, there was garbage everywhere and broken games (no ping pong balls, broken ladder balls). The bathrooms needed to be cleaned and more toilet paper added along with soap refilled. If you are paying more than a NYS park, then it should look like it.

I can't say enough good things about our stay! They had lots of family friendly activities. The Bathhouse cabins were well maintained and clean. They were very accommodating when we asked to switch tent sites to have more shade.

This campground was perfect for what we needed. I prefer state parks where each site has more room and privacy, but this was great for a private, family-friendly campground. The sites were close, with no tree privacy - all of which is obvious if you look at the satellite image - so no surprises. Staff and guests were all friendly, and late check in was easy. The highway noise was pretty steady.

The staff was very friendly and the campsite fit our needs. I was disappointed that the pool was only open until 6pm. It would be nice to at least keep it open until dusk in the summertime. The bathrooms were a little small..I loved that I received a text daily about activities and that there was plenty to do for everyone. My grandson loved the jump pad and the playground.

Better description on the website regarding the camping spots. We were not expecting parking and then having to drag our stuff to our site. Plus barely any shade. It was very hot while we were there. We were miserable and could not enjoy the stay there. Our dogs were miserable as well. Employees were very nice however. And the camp store was nice.

We had a lovely stay and the lady at the front was very helpful giving us information for events nearby to take part in while staying at the Kampground. Clean and quality all in one!

The campground was well laid out, sites had plenty of space, and the staff were always friendly. My only complaint is the wood delivery took a long time. I have stayed at other campgrounds and when wood was requested, they had a delivery to the site within twenty minutes or less. It took no less than forty-five minutes either time we ordered wood for it to be delivered.

This was a one of our stops to Cape Cod and we loved this location. It's 10 miles away from Niagara Falls. Customer service we top notch except the trash guy has who has a not so friendly demeanor. He must not like his job. Other then that we had a great time.

They gave us the one campsite that had a fire pit full of water despite us being the only ones there. The bathrooms were also gross.

It's a very nice facility and laid out very well. I want to point out one person in particular who was very helpful in leading me to my site, and helping me move the picnic table just a bit so I could park my car safely. He also offered helpful tips and was just very gracious, friendly, and helpful - I believe name is Andy. People working inside the store were very helpful also.

This camping site caters to RVs. The tent sites had no trees so you had no privacy or coverage from the hot sun. Part of tent camping is waking to the sounds of nature, but this site you wake to the sound of highway traffic. Because the tent site was severely lacking the camping experience I was seeking, I ended my stay early and was denied a refund. First and last time staying at a KOA.

Daughter and I stayed while visiting the Falls. The staff were professional and went above and beyond to accommodate guest with their needs. The bathhouses were clean and nice size. Location was great. Amenities include, pools, a fishing pond, playground, canoes and paddle boats. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay we've been staying there for a while time I haven't stayed in many many years but my girls since it's nostalgic for them to stay there so we did I love what they did with this campground the new bathrooms the new cabins they were sad that the slides to the pool were gone but with everything else they done with the campground is awesome we all had a great time �

The bathrooms need attention. They are heavily used, and are only cleaned once a day. One room couldn’t even be used because the door handle was broken and you couldn’t shut the door. Tent campers, beware. You cannot park at your site- not even to load and unload. It is a lot of hauling back and forth. The heated pool area is nice, nice playground area for the kids.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Also, my two dogs enjoyed the campground. The only reason I did not rate it a 10 due to the bee's infestation. My son and my friend were both stung by the bees.

We were told to book 5 sites and we didn't even need that 5th site that we paid for. The sites themself were wonderful, just had alot of problems with the bees that we had to go out and buy bee traps.

We arrived late but had easy access to a map and our site that we reserved earlier in the day. The site had a nice covered table with a light that made setting up camp at night easy!

We tent camped. I would say my only issue is I like to have a little more privacy when tent camping. Maybe a few more small trees or a different area of the park but overall it was more quiet then I expected. The grounds where very nice. We used the bathrooms and showers by the big playground n corn holes - unfortunately they were dirty every time we went in and run down.

Nice campground, however parking for the tent sites specifically the ones with a shared parking lot. There is not enough space for larger vehicles. One pickup truck in that space makes it to tight . Bathrooms were great as well the showers.

The staff was so helpful. It was very lively place in the day time, but very quiet at night. I mean, by 9pm it was dead quiet, which was nice. There's a ton of stuff for kids to do. You could definitely hang around the campground for a day and the kids wouldn't be bored.

I really liked our campsite B33 the only complaint I have is the parking, it’s not made for trucks.(nor cars) My son was in his spot and the car was in his spot, there’s no way B34 was able to park. But other than that it was nice. My first time camping at this campground was in 1986 with my parents and my first time to Niagara Falls, so many memories!

We loved our stay. We did not know about the train fe the amusement park going by but our kids (age 2 and 4) loved it. They also loved the jump pillow! It was very quiet and a great place to stay for our Niagara Falls visit.

I stayed in a tent plot. I appreciated all the fun activities that my son was able to participate in. The bathrooms are nice and clean, but quite a distance from the tent site I was in. The tent site itself was not level, and I felt like I was rolling off my sleeping pad all night.

Our tent camp site was a bit uneven and didn’t have any clear place to get water. The bathrooms were fairly clean and private, and the laundry facilities were convenient.

Stay was enjoyable. Accepting Amazon packages was very helpful and the laundry room was clean although several machines were out of service.
