Very nice KOA! We only stayed for an overnight but there are so many things to do here- wish we would’ve had more time to enjoy all it offered. Very nice spaces. Very friendly staff!

Great campground near Niagara Falls. We had a patio pull-thru with plenty of room. The pad was level, good water pressure and nice trees that didn’t interfere. Excellent Wi-Fi. Two pools and plenty to do for the whole family.

Great place to stay. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Very pet friendly. The only issue was with the amusement park next door - they had loud bangs, like fake guns or fireworks and one of my dogs is petrified of loud noise like that.

Overall the stay was great. We had a pull thru spot for our 28’ TT. I think we had the smallest pull thru spot in the park, very little open space/grass area, and the next spots utilities were hard to avoid in our space. The bathrooms very decent, the recreation activities were great. We loved the pool, pickleball court and table tennis.

We had a great site - upgraded patio site. The campground itself is nice. However - what you need to know is that the backend of section A backs directly up to an amusement park/water park. Interesting that the campground fails to mention that.

It was great! We loved all of the games there were for kids and adults. We also got to experience one of the activities (tye-dying a t-shirt) and our granddaughter loved it!! We did have one strange experience with getting a bundle of wood….. went to the store, bought it, and was told it would be delivered. We never received it until the next night.

Beautiful place to camp. We have a 5th wheel and the spaces are nice and wide. Landscaped nicely too. Office staff was fabulous and very customer oriented. We definitely stay here again. Larry and Doona Evans

Niagara Falls/Grand Island KOA is very nice. We had a full hook up pull through level site that was very nice and it made hooking up a breeze. There were many amenities. We never used the restrooms or showers so I can’t rate those. The camp store was well stocked and had a nice selection of souvenirs.

The area was perfect. Lots of activities for families to do. Maintenance and cleanliness are your issues. I understand you have a lot of people transitioning through your park. But the bathrooms and showers were awful. Those are the deal breakers. Master that area, and your park will be at least a 9/10.

This was our first time staying in Niagra Falls and your park made our stay that much nicer thanks to the friendly staff and the well laid out park. We will defenitely be back.

The pool was great. Everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. The rec area has nice assortment of games, but since everything is left out, a lot of broken items; checkers, ping pong balls, paddles.The bathrooms could use some updating and more frequent cleaning. The swing on the track is popular, but our site was right by it and the noise became tiresome, especially during quiet hours.

Check-in and office women were pleasent. The escort was rude. By far the worst bathroom and showers I have encountered at any KOA. All in all not the quality I am accustomed to for a KOA campground.

accommodating, welcoming customer service Ms.Janine was great the facility is well kept the fellow campers were awesome. Although some of thecsutes in the D section were too close, I opened my door to the sewer and water hook up of my neighbor, even he apologized it was quiet different. But to sum it up AWESOME

I took pictures to send to management because our site is of such poor quality. We have traveled 5500 mls this trip but this site is the worse. Our neighbors pooper tube is beside our chairs. There are a few blades of grass , mostly dirt. When I called in to add a day I was told none available. I booked it on line after & it is far from fully booked. Very disappointed

Well situated KOA holiday, with plenty of amenities/fun things to do for kids and adults. Big disappointment were the bathrooms. Tried two different shower houses, both had broken tiles, lots of black mildew, and giant clumps of hair in the showers. Rust on the metal doors, broken towel hooks… Just a complete disconnect from the rest of the campground.

The camp has alot of things for your family to do. They were wonderful. I had a clog in my toilet in my trailer and they sent maintenance right to my camp site and he was very pleasant and got the clog they didn't have to do that it was my trailer and wanted to say thank you very much. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. Very clean. I am coming back the following weekend my family loved this

Lots of activities for the kids and adults, although the pools were only open until 6pm. Well stocked camp store with friendly workers. Our site was level, but very close to the site next to us. We camped in a motorhome and would stay here again.

This was the first time, we have stayed at a KOA that we didn't feel our space was clean prior to arriving. There were about 15-16 cigarette butts all over the ground. Through out our stay we found several more. It seemed someone was just throwing them on the ground through out our stay.

The people were great and the exterior grounds were nice…. however, the bathrooms were filthy…and for the price you charge you would expect clean bathrooms..

Although our site was spacious, the lawn separating the sites needed to be mowed. The water pressure was terrible. Had to use the bathhouse to shower. The bathhouse needed updating. Pool was nice. Very expensive, and we expected a nicer place for what we paid.

Visited area to see Niagara Falls. Great location to get anywhere in the area. Not much shade. Overall a great experience and we enjoyed our stay!

We used the Tent site. We were well taken care of. I would definitely come back and try on of the cabins.

We stayed in a cabin. There's 3 different buildings for restrooms/showers houses. There's two pools at this location. Its absolutely beautiful for the area.
