This KOA campsite is BEAUTIFUL and SO much fun! The employees are WONDERFULand so FRIENDLY! There is are alot of activities to do ! They really keep everything clean , the employees drive around constantly on golf carts to pick up trash and make sure everything is in order���� highly recommend this location!

We had a wonderful stay. This was our longest KOA stay at any KOA. We enjoyed every minute. Not that KOA controlled the weather but it was perfect the entire week. The facility is clean. 2 pools. So much to do at KOA. Fishing needs HELP, I would not advertise it the way it is, that was our only disappointment especially because we are big fishing people especially when we just want to chill.

We had a 2-night stay at this KOA in order to visit Niagara Falls. It was very busy but all employees we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We had a great stay here. We loved the fact that there are multiple smaller dog parks, so we could have one to ourselves (our dogs are too rough) and they could fetch their ball and get exercise. One could have a great walk with dogs here. Well done!

Only in for one night, but very nice facilities. They even allowed us to change sites, as the one assigned did not have any shade. They were very accommodating. Close to visit the falls.

On the back section the Road noise is bad, and poorly kept up. Pads are too close and need fresh gravel.

No detail is left out! Beautiful stay beautiful campgrounds, lots of space in between campsites. Staff very friendly. A lot of amenities great activities for the kids two pools,fishing ponds. Close to Niagara Falls. Would definitely stay here again.

4 bathrooms for 100s of campers, they were consistently full and people waiting in lines to use them or shower. 1 bathroom had a broken handle and wouldn't close the entire weekend. Toilets overflowing, clogged and dirty all weekend. 50 amp kept tripping, they came to help, changed it to an old breaker, still tripped, said nothing they could do, we were drawing too much?? Left early, no refund

We loved it! The only complaint that I have is that the bees were horrible! We actually ended up going to Tops to get a B trap for our site. Other than that we loved this campground!

The site A36 had the wrong breaker in the 30 Amp box it was 20 Amp breaker and it kept tripping when a/c was on. So I moved it to the gfi 20 Amp breaker and solved the issue, but that breaker needs to be changed. Also picnic table was all warped and shaky needs a cheap fix. Other than that all good, this was our third time here.

The sites were easy to get in/out of and were level. We stayed close to the office and it was nice that the pool there was much less busy, the only downside was that the playground in this area was closed. The office was really nice and welcoming. The only negative comment we have is that there was litter on our site that wasn't cleaned before we checked in (cigarette butts).

Women's bathroom lacked toilet paper for more than 12 hours.... (and quite possibly longer) on a busy Saturday. I watched a worker walk into the bathroom to (finally!) clean it at 4 p.m. -- it had been without any toilet paper since at least midnight Friday. (Big double rolls in each stall were empty.) This was an expensive campground and I expect bathrooms to be cleaned and stocked.

Friday the bathrooms were lovely by Sunday not so much. This KOA was great for the kids with many amenities. Not a place for any kind of privacy. All sites are placed for maximum occupancy with interspersed cabin,RV, and tent sites all tight together. If you’re here for NF’s sights or amusement park it’s very close. Would a motel be less trouble and cost, maybe?

The landscaping was beautiful. The amenities were great and the staff was nice. Lots of bathroom stalls out of order and the pool could have been kept up a bit more. Pricey but we would stay there again.

Great place to stay with easy access to all things “Niagara Falls.” Campsites were very roomy and the activities and amenities were very nice.

The location and the campground was great! The only thing that needs attention is the bath house. There were 4 behind our sight and one of them had to be taken out of service due to the door not being able to shut completely.

After many hours of driving, my need for rest was great. The staff was beautifully accommodating. When I called a little too late for fire wood they extended the time and delivered to my site. I was traveling alone after a week traveling in Ontario with a friend. The day and a half stay was perfect for resting up and completing my drive to Riverdale, NY. Also had a great rejuvenating hot shower.

The campground was beautiful and well laid out. 2 pools and multiple dog parks were a great plus. All the sites are different and accommodate all different kinds camping. The sites in the back are a bit tight, they are budget sites so its understandable and still worked great. Everything was great and we had a great time. Most of the staff were very nice and pleasant.

Sites are too close together trailers are on top of each other I could not use my picnic table because it was almost in the road, camp sites are large when u pay extra for a cement pad no green grass where I was staying only dirt, laundry area was clean but to many machines are broken and not fixed

Overall, really lovely KOA. There is a ton to do here if you have a family, we even enjoyed a lot of the activities (pickleball, ping pong, pool) and we are a couple in our 60s. The bathrooms sometimes got a little gross but people were cleaning them, just some guests are so disrespectful. I would definitely go here again.

It was fantastic. Thanks for having a daily trash pickup. It was very clean. I didn’t feel crammed together. Sites provided good level area made it easy to level trailer and still had room for vehicle it is the best KOA I’ve stay at. Great service from office and staff

Our campsite was nice, we stayed in a deluxe patio up front - pack bug spray. The smaller pool was unheated and was basically an ice bath- yes in July. The liner was bubbly so prob has a leak and a hose was running into it 24/7 so water was freezing... makes one wonder about the chemical balance... most things decent, but overpriced for quality of bathhouses. Cleanish but not like most KOA's.

Check out was too slow…people who are checking out shouldn’t have to wait…a long line. The problem is that there were customers checking out and making new reservations as there were also customers buying merchandise. A simple line for people just checking out would be great or at least, have an extra employee to help out when there is a long line or when it gets busy.

We stayed in a cabin. There's 3 different buildings for restrooms/showers houses. There's two pools at this location. Its absolutely beautiful for the area.
