First time stay with KOA. Pleasantly surprised with every aspect. Arrival & departure a breeze. Clean and cozy accommodations [deluxe cabin]. Perfect location for visiting Niagara Falls. Staff very friendly and truly hospitable - making sure all of your needs are met. We will definitely be visiting more KOA sites in the future.

Beautiful campground. We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin, and everything was clean and had plenty of sheets and blankets and everything we needed. Our camp mates stayed on an RV sight and the concrete pads, fire pit, and beautiful landscaping was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The proximity to all the Niagara activities is perfect (5-10 minutes). Highly recommended!!

No remote for the ac/heat. 72 wasn't warm enough. Slept fully clothed. Other than that it was great. Thanks for staying open well into October. Other koa have closed already

Staff very friendly and helpful. Made us feel right at home and suggested other places to check out with our young kids. Facilities were all clean and comfortable. We hope to come back for another stay!

i loved our stay! we had a deluxe cabin and it was so relaxing and cozy. lots of activities to choose from and friendly staff. also, cheaper than a hotel, with more privacy.

Fleas are everywhere in this cabin, on the floor and on the bed. Not recommend at all.

My ADA cabin was wonderful! Roomy and very user friendly! My only suggestion would be to have had a set of plastic mixing bowls in kitchen

Overall a really nice campground, Nice location near stores and friendly staff- The prices are getting a bit high for Grand Island though and some items are showing their age- for example the bathroom's in the rec post smell weird and could use an update. That being said I would come back again if the prices do not get to out of line. I cant justify it.

My stay was incredibly relaxing and just what I needed to recharge. The location is so close to so many state parks and beautiful places. Temperature control is great for this time of year. My construction feedback is that the bathrooms in the first area should be a little bigger. Was hard to state my body on the side of toilet to open doors.

I was incredibly disappointed with my stay this time. I was charged, without my consent, a $25 site lock fee. In my initial booking, In the block for any additional requests I had only asked to be closer to a bathroom because I was traveling with kids. I didn't request a specific site and I didn't authorize this charge. They also allowed a site to play loud explicit music until after 1130pm.

We had a great stay! Our cabin was clean and had everything we could need and more. Grounds were well kept and the kids loved the recreation area and playgrounds.

Rented two cabins one was infested with fleas and had to get a refund because there was no more available but there was a lot I walked by and were not rented . I was told I could get a hotel but it would have coast more than our stay and I would have been away from the rest of my family so I ended up sleeping in my truck. Every year we rent two cabins in the spring or summer and then in the fall.

It was upsetting. Saturday night the group next to us were super loud and playing music until midnight, quiet hours were not enforced.

We struggled a bit: with the smoke detector beeping several times in the middle of the night (low battery, even when we had it replaced the day before), the heater in the main area not working, and would recommend a lock on the parents/full sized bedroom door. But overall we had a wonderful time! The kid playground/recreation amenities were amazing!

Great little cabin! We appreciated the patios set up and furnished at each site. Bathrooms and cabin were clean. This is one of my two favorite KOAs. Although the site is near the highway, it was quiet in our cabin.

Excellent- deluxe cabin was perfect for our stay! We felt centralized for the various activities and tours we wanted to participate in. The staff we encountered were very welcoming and helpful.

Wonderful weekend stay from the moment that we checked in! Emma at the front desk was pleasant and helpful all trip. We stayed in a deluxe cabin that was clean and modern. There are a wide variety of accommodations available to suit any campers needs. Our children enjoyed the amenities at rec outpost and safe trick or treating around the property.

Friendly staff and pretty quiet campground. Lots of free outside games set up to play. We stayed in a cabin and it was nice. The shower faucet was very touchy to get the right temperature and there were alot of cobwebs in the cabin.

My family and I had so much fun while we were there for the weekend. There were plenty of activities to do and the campground, including the cabin we stayed in and the restrooms nearby, was very clean. We'll definitely be staying there again.

Great campground with robust amenities and easy access to Niagra Falls. It is a bit noisy and the Internet was spotty at times. Overall a great experience and would d definitely recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unexpected Adventure That Turned Into Pure Magic! I originally had a camping trip planned for Assateague Island, but a nor'easter forced me to cancel. By pure chance, I discovered the Niagara Falls/Grand Island KOA and booked a little cabin at the last minute. And OH MY GOSH, am I glad I did! The campground was wonderful! Everything was so clean and well-maintained, the bathhouses were spotless, and my little cabin was absolutely adorable! My favorite part was sitting on the porch swing in the morning with my coffee, surrounded by the beautiful fall colors. The location was perfect for exploring Niagara Falls, Lake Erie, Lake Ontario, and all the charming little towns nearby. My Chihuahua, Chico, and I had the time of our lives! We did leave a day early because Chico has a seizure disorder and was getting exhausted from all our adventures. I wanted to get him home before it triggered a seizure. It had absolutely nothing to do with the campground! What started as a disappointing cancellation turned into one of the most magical experiences of my life. I'm already planning to make this an annual fall getaway! Thank you, Grand Island KOA, for being part of such a beautiful memory! We will absolutely be back! ❤️🐾🌈

Large beautiful campground with lots of space for different size rigs, tents and cabins with different choices. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. There are many activities, large pool, playground, clean bathrooms and Niagara Falls is 15 minutes away. We will definitely stay here again!!
