We really enjoyed our stay here. We only had one issue with the cabin door. It was really hard to open and close. The pool was a bit run down and dirty. Otherwise, we loved all the amenities and how clean the cabin and laundry facilities were. The prices, like everywhere else, are a little high but overall we had a great stay.

Everything was great with the cabin and they had tons of activities. Everything was beautiful and tidy. Only downside was a sewage smell coming from the water in the showers. The water in the shower in the cabin was normal though so we just took our showers in the cabin.

Our stay in the climate controlled cabin was perfect! Facilities are clean and accessible and the campground itself is in a fantastic location. Everyone from the staff to the other guests were all very friendly. Thank you for an easy, relaxing stay. We will be back!

The staff was friendly! Our cabin was fully stocked and clean. There were so many areas to play for kids. Loved the Pickle ball court too! Another wonderful KOA experience. We will be back.

Well I know the weather wasn't good for the fri and sat we stayed . For sun couldn't use pool due to to many chemicals. Opened at 3 or so. Kids weren't happy.

We enjoyed our stay at the KOA, Niagara Falls. There were many things to do for the kids and the family. The cabins were nice but the beds are hard. The pool closes early and they schedule varied with the pool and the staff all had different responses on when it was open, so it was hard to plan for the pool.

Checkin was running late, pool water was Cloudy and not very clean. The people that work there were for the most part friendly and helpful. The full time guy went out of his way to fix a cable issue for us

We love staying at this campground! The staff are wonderful and there are many activities to enjoy. Our dog loves the dog parks and the cabins are beautiful. We enjoy Grand Island and how close it is to Niagara Falls. Overall our most recent stay was great and we look forward to going back again next summer!

We enjoyed our stay again this time. The only complaint we have as a family was that the bathrooms were never very clean, we found ourselves having to clean them before we used them each time :(

Cons: There was not near enough bathrooms for a busy holiday weekend, or cleaned&supplied enough. Unloading was a nightmare with bringing a wagon down a steep hill, no ability to unload your car at the cabin. Our cabinB31 had a door that dragged on floor and a broken screen. We also had carpenter bees. No way to have fan on light off at night. Pro: lots of staff avail, good activities, clean pool!

We absolutely love it. We try to go to this KoA at least once a year. Tons for the kids to do. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it!

We had such a wonderful stay that we didn't want to leave! We tried to extend our stay, but our cabin had already been rented out. Hopefully we can come back someday!

It served its purpose. We needed a place to stay after seeing a concert at Artpark and the Lewiston KOA was full. Not our type of camping. Plant some trees! It’s essentially just a parking lot with everyone stacked next to each other. We like privacy and woods. It’s loud without trees to absorb some sound. Dogs barking were out of control. Facilities were clean.

My family and I have been camping at KOA's for year's and always had an enjoyable experience this time was terrible. I paid 550.00 for no sleep and a freezing cold pool that was supposed to be heated. There was no security for the playground which meant kid's can play on it all hour's of the night and morning. When I mentioned it to the office they dimissed my concerns. it was a terrible vacation

When we arrived there was a garbage bag in our cabin with garbage remaining and the dishes weren't as clean as I would have expected. In addition, our cabin could sleep up to 8 but there were only 6 towels. Overall the staff were pleasant, helpful and it was so nice to be guided to our cabin and the garbage pick up daily was nice. Overall we would come again just some tips for future.

We really loved our stay in the cabins! We stayed in a 4 person climate control cabin that was dog friendly as we brought our puppy and it was lovely. Very well maintained cabins and camp grounds. Appreciate how helpful and friendly all of the staff were. Tons of amenities that we look forward to using next time. We will definitely be back again!

It was an amazing time. The cabin was perfect. Everyone working was friendly and helpful. Very clean. Within good distance of everything. Kids in our group loved the playground. We will definitely be coming back!!

Campground was wonderful very nice staff the lodging was great but it would have been nicer if there was more amenities available I know we were a little bit off season being in the end of April but there was absolutely nothing to do on site we couldn't play cornhole we couldn't play horseshoes only thing was to rent banana bikes and that was it there was nothing else to do I understand the weathe

The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and we did enjoy seeing the geese that had their own spot to stay in (the pond). My only complaint is, it was hard to relax while the interstate was right near the campground. I’m glad it wasn’t summer in full swing because there is a rollercoaster next door. Some people might be okay with that but it wasn’t for my husband and I.

Great campground, but a few improvements need to be made. The swing track at the pocket park no longer goes on it’s own. The paint has rubbed off and it gets stuck about 1/4 of the way through, so kids get a 2 second ride then have to pull it the rest of the way. Our cable was out- no explanation. Would be nice for evenings after the kiddo is asleep. also there were uneaten fries left in microwa

We loved our 2 room cabin!!! loved having a 'back' door and a front deck....which was so big, our stay was just wonderful. We were close to everything we wanted to do....

Fantastic KOA.. very friendly staff! Easy check in/out. Rented a cabin for three nights in early April, C35, it's right on the small pond. Great view, and close to everything the campground offers. Lots of activities- playgrounds, jumping pad thing for the kids, ping pong, basketball, paddle boats, pools. The cabin was perfect for us. It had heat and tv (not that you need tv, but it was nice to have the option). This place is a couple minutes from Buffalo, and ten minutes drive from Niagara falls. There is an amusement park right next door to the KOA, but it wasn't open, it was probably just too early in the season, but it looks like it'd be fun. The cons of this particular cabin (and definitely not a deal breaker, because I would absolutely stay in this one again) were A) where you park, you'd think you would be able to walk in from the little porch that's right there by the parking area, but there's no gate to get onto the porch, so you have to walk around to the other side of the cabin to get up the stairs into the deck to get in. It just made moving stuff in and out a little annoying. B) watch your head!!!!!! I must have hit my head about a dozen times on the little roof overhang while walking up and down the deck stairs. I had to hang paper towels as markers so I'd see them and not hit my head... (They didn't really help!) C) this won't always apply, but the ground was muddy, so it was slippery at the bottom of the stairs from the deck. I was just concerned for my 68 year old mom, didn't want her to slip and get hurt. I asked the lovely people in the office if there was anything they can do about that, so they sent a gentleman over in a golf cart, and he took care of it. He returned with a door mat, and they put down some rocks, and it helped. So, really nothing but good things about this KOA. Oh yeah, my son is 10, and had the best time... He asked if we can go back- I do plan to return!

Ok, I'm not one to post reviews, but in the case of this wonderful place, I couldn't NOT do so. We came to the buffalo area to take care of some family business. My son Alan and I drove up from the Raleigh area in a newly acquired older RV. Our trip up was not fun as on the way we broke an exhaust manifold and also literally blew out of it socket a spark plug. We called to alert we would be later than expected, and they set us up with their night time check in. We got in, and the weather was miserable. Raining hard. The spot we had was very wet and saturated. Alan asked if we could move, and they told us to go look for a spot that we liked and let them know. We chose a spot, and they cleared us to move there. After having found a place to fix our RV after finding out its actual problem through other mechanics, we found a place that said they would take on the job, BUT we would need to leave it with them a day or two. We called the office to tell them of our need, and they offered us a cabin on-site at an amazing price to stay while our RV was in repair. Let me tell you, everybody, their cabins are amazing too. I'm sorry I was long-winded on this, but I wanted to explain the context of what we were going through and how they supported us every step of the way. We will return there every single time now and hope the weather is better next time. If MY so Alan and I could give 100 stars, we would. And to the campground from both of us THANK YOU!!! You gave us such uplifting from all our other things. You can never know how much it truly meant to us With gratitude, Wayne & Alan Ross
