The cabins were wonderful for the whole family! We got the one with the paw pen so we could bring our dogs. They loved laying out in the grass and on the patio. The cabins are clean. There is so much to do on the whole campground for the whole family. We want to stay for a whole week next year!

For our group we had an RV site and a Deluxe Cabin, both had a paw pen. The RV site was perfect with complete hook-ups. The deluxe cabin had everything needed, plenty of sleeping space, all linens, towels and fully supplied kitchen. The paw pens were just steps away giving our dogs some free space. We were in the area to visit Niagara Falls which was a short drive away. Great Rec Area too!

Very nice quiet Campground. Shower house/ restrooms were well kept and clean. We rented a small cabin with a patio it was very comfortable and we enjoyed the outdoor area. Very close location to visit Niagara Falls. Thank you for the enjoyable stay.

Our stay was lovely. Our cabin was clean. The bathrooms were clean. It would be nicer if the pool was able to have longer hours, especially going into summer but we still got some swimming in!

We stay at this campground quite often throughout the summer months. We usually stay in the cabins, but have tent camped a few times. We stayed in the 2 room cabin around the lake this time (our first time). Beautiful cabin with lots of space and beautiful decks. My only recommendation would be to put a screen door on the front door. There is an approx. 1-1/2-2" gap at the bottom of the door.

Very accommodating and pet friendly. Our cabin was perfect for us, our grandson and corgi. The grounds were well kept and had everything you wanted when on vacation. Thank you for a fantastic get-away:)

Reservation/Check In process was very easy. Accommodations were clean and great in most every way. Know that if you're needing to fit 7-8 in one cabin it is doable, but it does make things tight for moving around in the cabin. Also, paper products, towels and silverware seem to be based on less people staying. Campground responded quickly to requests for more. Overall, great stay!

There was so much for my daughter and her friends to do at the KOA! They had a great time at the pool, playing basketball, riding bikes, jumping on the jumping pillow. Our cabin was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. And our dog loved all of the KampK9 parks around. I'm already looking for another time to go back.

We were thrilled to stay at another KOA with the promise of a great cabin, great service at the host shop, great proximity to the Falls, and true camping fun! A call ahead to ask for any preference on cabin with a pet was key, Ginny picked well to sit us back on the marsh in s cabin with a patio, which we never had before! Remarkably quiet for a holiday weekend added to our nature peace! Thank you

We love this campground! Unfortunately I do have to mention we were without water for a few hours. This definitely put a strain on our time. Things like this happen and we understand but it was right during meal prep. We also could not use the grill as it was not working properly. Good thing we brought one as well.

Our stay was overall great but when we wanted to turn on the AC in our cabin on the hot days we were unable to because of the mold growing on the AC units. My family got sick from the mold and we ended up leaving early. The noise from the highway was a little loud at times.

The campground is clean, family-friendly, and in a great location near Niagara Falls. However, our stay was negatively impacted by a disturbing incident an active bird nest with eggs right outside our cabin was removed. Instead of handling it carefully or offering us a different cabin, a staff member removed the nest entirely—with the eggs still in it. This was upsetting and unnecessary.

We had a great time at the KOA! Staff was wonderful! Our family enjoyed all amenities -fishing, boat rental, playground, bounce pads. The playground was well stocked with balls, bean bags, chess pieces, etc. Lots to do on Grand Island. We enjoyed Beaver Island, the comic book cafe, and more!

I had a great stay in the studio cabin that allowed dogs. The towels/linens provided were clean and good quality. It was a welcome surprise to see that k-cups were provided. I brought my own but was happy to see this lovely hospitality. I was extremely comfortable in the bed and the temperature was easy to adjust as needed. Perfect little spot.

To the appropriate party. I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, if I had to rate the experience, it would be very poor. Upon arrival the cabin was noticeably unclean. We had to wipe down the countertops.Beds and even suite, the floors ourselves. I had originally booked my trip to be a Tues-Friday stay but I extended my stay twice until Sunday. My dog and I really enjoyed our time here, the KoA campground is very clean, quiet & well maintained, with a wonderful staff. Being centrally located on the island made for easy access north or south on daytime adventures with the dog. Thank you for a wonderful stay, I highly recommend this KoA.

It was quiet, relaxing, and refreshing. I loved the view from my cabin overlooking the pond. I'll definitely be back again during the late Spring and Summer.

excellent. i gave my suggestions upon check out. The bathroom in our cabin had a sewer smell. The water pressure in the bathroom was non existent. Otherwise it was amazing and we would all stay there again and highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay in a Deluxe Cabin. The site was clean and comfortable. The cabin had everything we needed and slept 5 comfortably. 10/10 recommend if you are visiting Niagara Falls to stay at the KOA Grand Island.

First time stay with KOA. Pleasantly surprised with every aspect. Arrival & departure a breeze. Clean and cozy accommodations [deluxe cabin]. Perfect location for visiting Niagara Falls. Staff very friendly and truly hospitable - making sure all of your needs are met. We will definitely be visiting more KOA sites in the future.

Great campground with robust amenities and easy access to Niagra Falls. It is a bit noisy and the Internet was spotty at times. Overall a great experience and would d definitely recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unexpected Adventure That Turned Into Pure Magic! I originally had a camping trip planned for Assateague Island, but a nor'easter forced me to cancel. By pure chance, I discovered the Niagara Falls/Grand Island KOA and booked a little cabin at the last minute. And OH MY GOSH, am I glad I did! The campground was wonderful! Everything was so clean and well-maintained, the bathhouses were spotless, and my little cabin was absolutely adorable! My favorite part was sitting on the porch swing in the morning with my coffee, surrounded by the beautiful fall colors. The location was perfect for exploring Niagara Falls, Lake Erie, Lake Ontario, and all the charming little towns nearby. My Chihuahua, Chico, and I had the time of our lives! We did leave a day early because Chico has a seizure disorder and was getting exhausted from all our adventures. I wanted to get him home before it triggered a seizure. It had absolutely nothing to do with the campground! What started as a disappointing cancellation turned into one of the most magical experiences of my life. I'm already planning to make this an annual fall getaway! Thank you, Grand Island KOA, for being part of such a beautiful memory! We will absolutely be back! ❤️🐾🌈

Large beautiful campground with lots of space for different size rigs, tents and cabins with different choices. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. There are many activities, large pool, playground, clean bathrooms and Niagara Falls is 15 minutes away. We will definitely stay here again!!
