From start to finish the KOA Grand Island staff were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond in customer service. Our camping cabin was amazing with a huge deck and outdoor space…too bad it rained. We overall had a great stay this past weekend. The bathrooms closest to our cabin definitely could have been cleaned more often. Also - the tye dye shirt event was fun but there was a family of 14 that kind of took over the whole event, I only had 2 kids and we had to wait a lot, and didnt get very much dye because this family just kind of took charge. Not anyone's fault just kind of annoying.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the activities, and having a deck on our cabin. The staff was very friendly. I would’ve given this KOA top marks if it had been cleaner. The bathrooms were especially bad. We were there 5 days, and every time they were closed for cleaning, nothing was any cleaner afterwards. The same toilet remained clogged all week and none of the toilets were wiped or scrubbed.

The cabin was very nice. The only complaint I have is we were supposed to be able to transport our belongings via wagon from the parking lot to our cabin. There was only one wagon and someone else was using the wagon. We couldn't even use the wagon to transport our belongings to the car the next morning because the people with the wagon still had it and had their trash in the wagon.

Originally had a campsite reserved but changed to a a deluxe cabin due to engine problems. Thought the Campground was a bit expensive for sites. Checked in and had to wait 2 hours for our deluxe cabin to be cleaned and serviced with a refrigerator. The manager addressed the issue of checking in without me even having to say anything. Overall the staff were great with friendly waves and smiles

Great options for kids! Nice location and amenities. Only complaint would be the Rec Center Bathrooms cleanliness/odor and the odor inside the general store. Otherwise really enjoyed out stay and would return!

Conveniently located near Niagara Falls. The camping cabin was nicely kept and the upgraded patios were a great feature. Grounds were nice. The bathrooms were disgusting. The same dirty wads of wet paper were on the floor for 3 days. The showers while hot and good pressure had standing water and poor drainage. Only after reporting the condition of the bathrooms were they cleaned.

My cabin wasn't ready till after 3:30 when checking was @ 3 the bathrooms wast kept clean. The store was poorly staffed.

the cabins are way to close we herd screaming baby from cabin next to us, also the Little Rock path from the vehicles to cabin was awful and too far to walk with bags of camping stuff and never any spots to park(one came with my cabin. the 4 bathrooms by the small cabins were always crowded and a ten plus min wait to use them. Once free they were clogged and dirty. Went 2 nearest Walmart4 bathroom

My family & I have visited this site the past 5 years including this one! This year I was dissatisfied with the cleaniness of the 3 cabins we rented C45, C46 & C58. In order for us to reserve this year, we were told the only way to have cabins this year we had to reserve for 4 nights. We noticed reservations around us were in & out! Fantastic location to Niagara Falls and the grounds are amazing. Nothing is ever overly crowded with two pools, two playgrounds, and two jump pads. So many activities from tennis, ping pong, basketball, checkers, and tons of other activities that may cost a little. Our family absolutely loved this KOA

The bathrooms by the Rec center and the laundry smelled horrible and were dirty. The rest of the campground was awesome! It was really well kept up and the employees were awesome!

Bathroom in our cabin was dirty. Smelled like urine. They went back to clean it. Not a good job. I cleaned the ceiling fan so we could use it. Not worth the price. For $250 per night we should have gotten a clean room. Staff was friendly.

I have been going to the Niagara Falls KOA for approximately 40 years and always was able to get early occupancy I called at 9:30 am as was told girl told me to call back at 12:30 then I was told possible 2:00 so I just went there at the 3 o’clock check in time cabin still not ready didn’t end up getting into cabin until 4:30 while I was waiting I was walking around and saw clean empty cabins

It was a great stay. There were lots of activities for my littles to do while we were there and it was close enough to other attractions to make it an outstanding stay.

Very nice park with nice amenities. Cleanliness was an issue for the bathrooms. They were reported several times by others in our group. Each time someone would come empty the trash and nothing else. A sopping wet towel and used hygiene pad lay in the handicap bathroom from Thursday evening until the time we checked out Monday morning. Need a better system for the bathrooms…

Major issues with the plumbing. Our bathroom sink wasn't working right. I called maintenance and they came right away. Come to find out the Kitchen sink was also leaking underneath and the toilet wasn't flushing right. Maintenance couldn't fix it during our stay because it was too extensive & they had no other cabins for us to move to...Very dissatisfied and little compensation!!

Anniversary stay to visit Niagara Falls The staff was amazing very professional and friendly. Special thanks to the staff member that took the time to find me a cart to load my stuff in. Place was very clean and maintained. The bathhouse/bathroom was always clean. ONE THING: my cabin (B25) was missing the screen door. RECAP: would stay there again. Thanks for the great experience.

surprisingly, fantastic. We never thought it was so nice. I do a lot of camping. There are many employees looking to help. Very clean. honestly, I might go there again with my older family because it's easy camping. I like many types of camping including deep nature camping and hikes. this would work fine for older family members.

Good clean cabin and restrooms. Check in/out was good. I liked the location to bathrooms and the quantity of bathroom and showers. Really impressed with the activities center. I do wish we could reserve specific cabins ahead of time so that a group of travelers can be put together. Maybe this does exist but we did not easily figure it out. Probably just need to call in instead of just online

for starters no one got back to me last year when both pools were closed and this year I specifically asked the older lady that took my reservations please don't put me on a steep hill The only steep hill there she puts me on a week earlier the girl that I think was 12 years old that answered the phone was rambling on when it stopped how fast she was going didn't understand a thing she said I know

Stay was nice. RV spot was in the back with good space, close to one of the Kcamps. Our other party had a cabin with no bathroom. Cabin was nice only suggestion I would give is having more power outlets for people needing to have a CPAP machine during the night or even oxygen. Had a great family weekend getaway.

Fantastic KOA.. very friendly staff! Easy check in/out. Rented a cabin for three nights in early April, C35, it's right on the small pond. Great view, and close to everything the campground offers. Lots of activities- playgrounds, jumping pad thing for the kids, ping pong, basketball, paddle boats, pools. The cabin was perfect for us. It had heat and tv (not that you need tv, but it was nice to have the option). This place is a couple minutes from Buffalo, and ten minutes drive from Niagara falls. There is an amusement park right next door to the KOA, but it wasn't open, it was probably just too early in the season, but it looks like it'd be fun. The cons of this particular cabin (and definitely not a deal breaker, because I would absolutely stay in this one again) were A) where you park, you'd think you would be able to walk in from the little porch that's right there by the parking area, but there's no gate to get onto the porch, so you have to walk around to the other side of the cabin to get up the stairs into the deck to get in. It just made moving stuff in and out a little annoying. B) watch your head!!!!!! I must have hit my head about a dozen times on the little roof overhang while walking up and down the deck stairs. I had to hang paper towels as markers so I'd see them and not hit my head... (They didn't really help!) C) this won't always apply, but the ground was muddy, so it was slippery at the bottom of the stairs from the deck. I was just concerned for my 68 year old mom, didn't want her to slip and get hurt. I asked the lovely people in the office if there was anything they can do about that, so they sent a gentleman over in a golf cart, and he took care of it. He returned with a door mat, and they put down some rocks, and it helped. So, really nothing but good things about this KOA. Oh yeah, my son is 10, and had the best time... He asked if we can go back- I do plan to return!

Ok, I'm not one to post reviews, but in the case of this wonderful place, I couldn't NOT do so. We came to the buffalo area to take care of some family business. My son Alan and I drove up from the Raleigh area in a newly acquired older RV. Our trip up was not fun as on the way we broke an exhaust manifold and also literally blew out of it socket a spark plug. We called to alert we would be later than expected, and they set us up with their night time check in. We got in, and the weather was miserable. Raining hard. The spot we had was very wet and saturated. Alan asked if we could move, and they told us to go look for a spot that we liked and let them know. We chose a spot, and they cleared us to move there. After having found a place to fix our RV after finding out its actual problem through other mechanics, we found a place that said they would take on the job, BUT we would need to leave it with them a day or two. We called the office to tell them of our need, and they offered us a cabin on-site at an amazing price to stay while our RV was in repair. Let me tell you, everybody, their cabins are amazing too. I'm sorry I was long-winded on this, but I wanted to explain the context of what we were going through and how they supported us every step of the way. We will return there every single time now and hope the weather is better next time. If MY so Alan and I could give 100 stars, we would. And to the campground from both of us THANK YOU!!!
