We had a deluxe cabin and enjoyed the experience. Your outdoor activity center was amazing . The laundry facilities were also very nice . Staff was very accommodating and friendly

The cabin did NOT have AC so you would think the staff would open windows to cool down the cabin. That did not happen. It took a few hours to cool the cabin. It was cooler outside than in the cabin. staff were rude to in person checking as well as to people on the phone. feces on toilet seat in handicap bathroom, no hot water either. Dont go here!

The site had a number of things for families to do. Where it fell short was the bathrooms and showers. The single room cabins, RV's, and tents had to share just 3 single bathrooms which always led to lines. One of them was out of order for the days I was there. Even when the bathrooms did not have a line, I couldn't tell if the bathrooms were in use. The indicators for doorknobs would help.

We have previously stayed at this KOA with friends in an RV. For this visit, we rented a cabin. Our cabin was very disappointing, as it was very dirty. Jen did have our unit somewhat cleaned. We have stayed in cabins with other KOA's, and this was the worst, especially for the amount of money we paid. The large swimming pool had very green water and was closed. Campground appears to need work!

Staff was wonderful. They answered our random questions in detail, easy check in and guided drive to our cabin. The cabin was clean and what was in the description. The campground was beautiful with so many different things to do!!!we had a blast

My stay was ok. On 7/21 I was told I could reserve. B19 25-27 of July then around 1130 am I was told by Theresa I was not told that. She is new two weeks her co worker did not want to take my reservation weekly reservation 8/11-9/2/26. Only the manager can help me . Co worker can’t help Nothing available 7/21-9/2/26 at this KOA 4 Elderly . That complained about harassment at 7/4 stay.

Enjoyed the stay. The one complaint we had was no one responded to the text requesting items. There were no linens for the couch ( tub was empty) no dish soap & we needed more bathroom soap. Does the ceiling fan have a light in it? Sort of dark in there. Could use some brighter lights. At check out I told them about the ant & wasp we had.

Our stay was great the prices for activities were really good the entire staff and campers were so friendly. The only thing I would improve upon is the paddle boats.i felt we were kinda just trown to the wolves we did not receive any instructions no assistance getting in or out no life vest no rules and my daughter fell in and we were not prepared for the what if..and I was still charged...

The campground its self was very nice and had a lot of play opportunities for children. The bathrooms were absolutely horrid the entire stay. We also arrived and didn’t have a picnic table, after confronting staff, she assured it would be taken care of. Come to find out they took the neighbors and gave it to us then the entire stay the neighbors thought we stole their picnic table and were rude.

The staff were very helpful, the cabin was clean, cool, & comfortable. The bathrooms were ok during the day, but evening & through the night & into the morning, were disgusting. They need to be cleaned more often & restocked with toilet paper/soap/etc.

Wonderful location. Full of great recreation activity options- but would benefit from update on equipment. Broken or missing pieces for every activity left us disappointed.

Nice grounds and recreational areas, nice cabins with decks and convenient water access. The bathrooms need work - out of toilet paper, no hand soap, and toilets that seem to be set for water conservation resulting in insufficient flush to carry waist away.

Great stay in a deluxe cabin. Neat, clean and stocked with everything we needed. Glad we brought our canopy for shade and raindrops.

Overall, our experience was satisfactory. However, several issues warrant attention, including the cleanliness of the rooms & the functionality of the televisions, which did not operate properly throughout our stay. Additionally, the stove top was scarcely usable, requiring an extended period to cook meals. The KOA should also consider extending pool hours during the summer months.

The amenities were great, however the bathroom had no soap and no toilet paper, even in the morning. The garbages were full in most, and 2 out of 4 didn't have soap or toilet paper the entire time we were there.

The facility itself is great. Close proximity to the falls. We arrived at 3:00 and were told that the 3:00 check-in did not actually mean check-in but that was the time check-in could begin. It was almost closer to 5:30 before our cabin was ready. This created a kink in our plans when we were only there for one night. We had to go find a tent site to cook our dinner.

The one and only complaint is about the firewood. We purchased 4 bundles of it and it was completely unburnable. We tried everything and it only smoked and smoked. For the VERY high price of the bundles, I would’ve hope we could have had a campfire

It would have been a 5 star but on our last night stay we found what could possibly be bed bug bites on my son from the cabin we rented and had to leave a night early. We were promised a refund for our last night. I am still waiting to see that reflected on my account. I tried contacting the office and no one has returned my call.

Pool hours were limited to 9 AM–5 PM, yet it opened late because staff was still cleaning and they started clearing everyone out before 5. Only one pool was open because the other was under construction, which wasn't disclosed on the website. Check-in was 3 PM, but our cabin wasn't ready until 5:30. Then we found bed bugs! Never again!!

Late-night checkin was flawless. Parking was easy, the place felt clean and safe, and there’s plenty to do. We wish we had known we wouldn’t have heat/AC in our cabin (the website description suggests all cabins have it) bc we were counting on it. Bathrooms OK (not great). Fix gap in the door that’s substantial enough to let in small creatures, please. Bugs (because of door gap) kept us awak

Who was very excited to stay here. However, I paid for an upgrade for a cabin with a TV on the TV wouldn't work period it came on, but there was no reception. Even with the correct passwords period the wood was too wet, and many campers around us couldn't start a fire either and we had to leave the campground and go buy more food which all the food I brought to cook over the fire was spoiled becau

Cabin we ended up with was beautiful but we had to pay an extra $100 for it because the original one they wanted to give us said sleeps 4 but there was no way and adult was gonna fit on those bunk beds. It’s more for two adults, we were disappointed that it rained and the rec center was closed so kids had no where to go The pool closed at 6pm which was way too early for families with kids.

We were here with family occupying 7 different cabins for each family. Father's day weekend. We all use to camp here together every year 34 years ago with our kids. Now we are here with our grandchildren. I love what you have done to the cabins and the grounds so impeccably clean. Cabins are roomy with full eat in kitchen comfortable bed. Full bath. Televisions in k'tchn, bd'rm. We will be back.

We had an absolute lovely stay at cabin 54! The cabin seemed new and updated. The only issue we had was the towel bar came down while we were there. The staff was attentive and came as soon as we called with clean towels and instructions on the stovetop.....our cabin did not come with a stove but we improvised with the provided grill. Great amenities and activities as well! We will be back!

Stay was good, the staff was very nice, cabin was clean. The bed was a bit hard but it was a small cabin so to be expected. Check in n out was easy. bathroom was clean. Only complaint is the 2 bundles of wood we got were not dried, so could not light the wood.

Great campground with robust amenities and easy access to Niagra Falls. It is a bit noisy and the Internet was spotty at times. Overall a great experience and would d definitely recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unexpected Adventure That Turned Into Pure Magic! I originally had a camping trip planned for Assateague Island, but a nor'easter forced me to cancel. By pure chance, I discovered the Niagara Falls/Grand Island KOA and booked a little cabin at the last minute. And OH MY GOSH, am I glad I did! The campground was wonderful! Everything was so clean and well-maintained, the bathhouses were spotless, and my little cabin was absolutely adorable! My favorite part was sitting on the porch swing in the morning with my coffee, surrounded by the beautiful fall colors. The location was perfect for exploring Niagara Falls, Lake Erie, Lake Ontario, and all the charming little towns nearby. My Chihuahua, Chico, and I had the time of our lives! We did leave a day early because Chico has a seizure disorder and was getting exhausted from all our adventures. I wanted to get him home before it triggered a seizure. It had absolutely nothing to do with the campground! What started as a disappointing cancellation turned into one of the most magical experiences of my life. I'm already planning to make this an annual fall getaway! Thank you, Grand Island KOA, for being part of such a beautiful memory! We will absolutely be back! ❤️🐾🌈

Large beautiful campground with lots of space for different size rigs, tents and cabins with different choices. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. There are many activities, large pool, playground, clean bathrooms and Niagara Falls is 15 minutes away. We will definitely stay here again!!
