We had such a great time at the KOA,The cabin we had was beautiful and very specious. My daughter's had so much fun in the heated pool and jump pads. There are games all over from bochi ball, chess, and bean bag toss. Two playgrounds, two fishing ponds. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Had A Beautiful and relaxing time , didnt want to leave , the camp ground us so relaxing , all the campers are nice and say goid morning to you and also the staff are very friendly and nice , my time always goes fast , when I am their . I also enjoyed the arts and crafts and doing the tie dye shirts and movie night , and the campfire with the smores , they were delicous . Thank You !!

The grounds are very nice. Our cabin was not well prepped. Low on shower soap, not enough towels, wash rags and no dish soap.

Location was good. RV sites were decent. Cabin could have been a bit cleaner. Bathrooms were not cleaned very thoroughly. Sinks and counters appeared to have been cleaned while we were there. Shower and toilet stalls and especially floors were not kept clean at all. I would stay again in our RV but not a cabin where I had a need for the bathroom.

This trip was bad and we usually come numerous times a year. Cabin was dirty, bees were swarming the whole cabin area. Under patio and fire pit were dirty and had cans from previous people. One of the pools were closed which they didn’t state.

Location perfect. staff was pleasant. Cabins clean. Only small complaint was on Sat, cabins on either side of us were both BLASTING music really late into the night. I’m all for music but it was like they were trying to drown eachother out, well past quiet time. Luckily we had a cabin we could go inside to muffle it. That was only negative part for the trip. Not your fault but just a note.

This was the best campground I have ever been to! Definitely will be a regular here! Andrew (front desk) answered all my questions and even called me when I accidentally left my debit card at the front. EXCELLENT service!!

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was big and the deck! We weren't expecting the deck! It made watching sunsets and sunrises the best! Great amenities, nice and helpful staff and an overall fantastic stay. We will back.

We had a great time, there is a lot to do at this campground. However, while were very excited about the new playground, it was disappointing that the main part of it, the swing track/zip line, doesn't work and gets stuck. Crafts with Jean were great. Pool was warm. Cabin was beautiful and comfy, but the air conditioners have mold/mildew in the vents and need to be cleaned, it's a health hazard.

We have been staying here every year for the last 10 years, We love the campground but it is time to replace the mattresses. The price continues to rise but the standards need to remain high for us to continue to visit.

From check in to the time we left everything was amazing and beyond our expectations!!! The woman who helped us get registered at the desk was so nice and helpful! There was SO much fun stuff to do on the campgrounds!!! We definitely will be coming back!

Disappointed in having a smaller cabin for the same price...small fridge when we thought we had a reg size one and we didn't have a cooler. Didn't let us get ice cream 5 min after they closed when we screwed up the time, showed up at ten minutes before the tye dye shirts ended and they said it was too late. We had no coffee cups sonwe had to call for some and were out of propane. Disappointing.

10 of us stayed for the weekend. Workers were pleasant and helpful, Nice heated pool, kids love the basketball court and ping pong, And they love the paddle boats. The cabin itself needs to be a little maintained little bit better. the sofa bed had so many crumbs and objects, hasn't been cleaned in a while. Same goes for the beds in the bunk beds. The plug in the bathtub was broke. 3/5 overall

Our stay was great! The cabin was meticulous and had everything we needed! Extremely well maintained. Only downside was we had a lot of fruit flies that had obviously been there a while which was a little unpleasant. Great amenities for the children. The pool was very clean and the staff were all wonderful. We will be back!

The cabin was the perfect accommodation for our family. The stovetop glass was cracked but did not prevent us from cooking. The BBQ and air conditioning were awesome.

Alot of campers were complaining about the pool and it was only vacuumed out once. Even though the night machine was not working the pool could have been vacuumed first thing in the morning. I have been coming there for over ten years and there was always an older gentleman that cleaned the pool every morning. May consider camping down the street next year at Branches

Only minor issues was the pool closed before dusk during the week. Surprised seeing that it was movie night. Glad we were given 15 minutes over 7 while bounce pad was deflating. Also slow opening on Friday with getting pool around but bounce pad was open so it turned out ok. Site is amazing overall plenty on property, well maintained, friendly staff.

Very nice stay. Rented a cabin which worked out super. Plenty of room and great parking nearby for the Van. Nice park with lots of activities plus close to the falls via Lyft or car. Nice tour package as well. Very nice staff and park was clean and well kept.

This is the second time we stayed at this KOA and I have to say it wasn't what I remember. The cabin I stayed in wasn't clean but they were quick in making things better. Another thing we had issue with was our cabin being out of propane so we had to get food after going grocery shopping. The staff was able to get us a new tank the next day. Overall The grounds were cleaned and organized

We usually stay with our RV, this time we rented a cabin and absolutely Beautiful cabin, with our 3yr. Old Grandson and as always we had a Wonderful Time, you have a very polite staff, no matter what we asked for was there within 5min. Every Stay is a Wonderful Stay, no matter the weather no matter the time. Thank You for all You Do !

When we checked-in, our room was not ready and we were told it was because they had a lot of people check out that day. Although we had to have the staff return to our room to clean the tub and table the staff was friendly, helpful and very responsive to our needs throughout our stay.

In general the cabin was nice. A couple annoyances. The matter bedroom did not have pulls for fan speed or the light. Luckily there were reading lights over the bed to use. The stove top is so small you cannot use both elements at the same time. The camp in general is great with lots of games for the kids.

We stayed 5 nights. The campground was clean, and the staff was friendly. The mattress in our cabin was bad. sunk in when we got in it and made noise every time we moved. Couldn't get local channels on the 2 TV sets. We complained at the front desk, but they did nothing except to tell us that those channels don't come in. No discipline in the pool area. Someone going to get hurt.

There is no handicapped parking or wheelchair ramp at the office. The cabins have no handicapped ramps. The steps to the cabins are not deep enough to meet ADA requirements. One day it was raining and as I went down the steps I fell. The cabin was expensive for the size. The park was clean and quiet. It is in a good location to visit Niagara Falls.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at one of the deluxe cabins. The in-cabin amenities included several necessities, as advertised. We could cook/grill, and enjoy the outdoors and several of the activities offered by the campgrounds. Our kids enjoyed the games available. The biggest disappointment was when both pools were closed for a day. Luckily they were open the next day and we had a great time!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. Pocket pool was closed for a day and half during our stay but it wasn't too hot so it wasn't really an issue. Bring a pop up tent for shade on the patio. Also wish there was golf cart rentals...maybe for the future? Golf carts would have been a 5 star rating...

The room was dirty, the door on my cabin wouldn’t lock , parking was far away, no a/c, no fridge , the showers were small and the dog parks are very small.

Fantastic KOA.. very friendly staff! Easy check in/out. Rented a cabin for three nights in early April, C35, it's right on the small pond. Great view, and close to everything the campground offers. Lots of activities- playgrounds, jumping pad thing for the kids, ping pong, basketball, paddle boats, pools. The cabin was perfect for us. It had heat and tv (not that you need tv, but it was nice to have the option). This place is a couple minutes from Buffalo, and ten minutes drive from Niagara falls. There is an amusement park right next door to the KOA, but it wasn't open, it was probably just too early in the season, but it looks like it'd be fun. The cons of this particular cabin (and definitely not a deal breaker, because I would absolutely stay in this one again) were A) where you park, you'd think you would be able to walk in from the little porch that's right there by the parking area, but there's no gate to get onto the porch, so you have to walk around to the other side of the cabin to get up the stairs into the deck to get in. It just made moving stuff in and out a little annoying. B) watch your head!!!!!! I must have hit my head about a dozen times on the little roof overhang while walking up and down the deck stairs. I had to hang paper towels as markers so I'd see them and not hit my head... (They didn't really help!) C) this won't always apply, but the ground was muddy, so it was slippery at the bottom of the stairs from the deck. I was just concerned for my 68 year old mom, didn't want her to slip and get hurt. I asked the lovely people in the office if there was anything they can do about that, so they sent a gentleman over in a golf cart, and he took care of it. He returned with a door mat, and they put down some rocks, and it helped. So, really nothing but good things about this KOA. Oh yeah, my son is 10, and had the best time... He asked if we can go back- I do plan to return!

Ok, I'm not one to post reviews, but in the case of this wonderful place, I couldn't NOT do so. We came to the buffalo area to take care of some family business. My son Alan and I drove up from the Raleigh area in a newly acquired older RV. Our trip up was not fun as on the way we broke an exhaust manifold and also literally blew out of it socket a spark plug. We called to alert we would be later than expected, and they set us up with their night time check in. We got in, and the weather was miserable. Raining hard. The spot we had was very wet and saturated. Alan asked if we could move, and they told us to go look for a spot that we liked and let them know. We chose a spot, and they cleared us to move there. After having found a place to fix our RV after finding out its actual problem through other mechanics, we found a place that said they would take on the job, BUT we would need to leave it with them a day or two. We called the office to tell them of our need, and they offered us a cabin on-site at an amazing price to stay while our RV was in repair. Let me tell you, everybody, their cabins are amazing too. I'm sorry I was long-winded on this, but I wanted to explain the context of what we were going through and how they supported us every step of the way. We will return there every single time now and hope the weather is better next time. If MY so Alan and I could give 100 stars, we would. And to the campground from both of us THANK YOU!!!
