We had a wonderful experience at the Grand Island KOA! The campground was very well-kept, clean, and welcoming. The workers were very courteous, friendly, and helpful, which made our stay even better. We truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend the Grand Island KOA to others!

We rented the small cabin, it had no chairs inside, no grill outside. Restrooms were not clean!

Chalet vieillissant, extrêmement sale (frigo, WC, lavabo, vaisselle, sol, murs , fenêtres...), clim très bruyante (impossible de dormir avec), pas de lumière dans la chambre. Yellow jackets were a huge problem at the camp with 7 stings happening at camp for our family. Pest control should be brought in. The pool closes at 6pm which is far too early.

This koa should not be labeled as a holiday. It serves more of a purpose of a journey koa. Bathroom sinks had no knobs. Toilets were not properly mounted to the floor. This koa seems like it needed a lot of repairs. We went for Wild West weekend- no costume party as advertised. Only western thing was painting ceramic hat or boots. But we loved going to Niagara Falls state park. Staff friendly

Great location to visit Niagara Falls. Staff are kind and quick to respond. Nice camp store and close to grocery store in town. Cabin was nice but definitely needs a good cleaning and building maintenance. There is a lot of road noise so bring ear plugs if your a light sleeper. Would stay here again. Overall it was a nice stay!

We stayed in a 2 room cabin with no bathroom. Location was good, bathrooms were clean and the pool was definitely a plus. This was day 5 of our 20 day KOA vacation

The cabin was clean and welcoming upon arrival. There were lots of activities to participate in, sports equipment that was in good condition was provided. The main pool hours should be longer in the summer, a 6:00 closing was too early. We did notice on a few busier days, the pool remained open past 6:00, which was appreciated.

Have previously been impressed with your location. Camp store employees went above and beyond!! My only concern is the bathroom cleanliness. Shower tiles showing signs of mold… floor of shower had 2 inches of standing water… sinks faucets are rusted and some had no water. Major concern is the electrical outlets inches from faucets. That can’t be up to code!! Floors were filthy…trash left

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was awesome. The staff at the Koa was very friendly and helpful. This is the 5th year that we have stayed here and we plan on coming back next year again.

Absolutely amazing stay!! Cant wait to come back with our children. Everything was clean, everyone was friendly. Only issue id say is parking. We had a designated parking spot for our cabin and out of our 3 nights there, we were able to park once in our spot. Ended up needing to park in the overflow and walk to our cabin. Not even a big enough deal to bring it up during our stay. We will be back!

Our stay was wonderful as usual, the only complaint I have is the womans and mens bathroom near the front entrance by the cabins were not cleaned the whole time we were there, there was blood in the woman’s stalls, my husband said the men’s bathroom was filthy as well. Other than that it was great, that wouldn’t stop us from returning again as I know staffing was probably short.

My family and I loved the stay. I wish my cabin had a small restroom, but other than that it was beautiful. I do know I can upgrade next year to one of the luxury cabins, but I enjoy the rustic feel of the cabin I stayed in.

Best place to stay with kids when visiting Niagara Falls. Only a short drive from the Falls. This is a clean, beautiful campground that checked all the boxes for our family. There are a lot of things to do around the campground and daily activities to keep everyone busy. Also, the staff was very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Not enough bathrooms near my campsite. Bathrooms frequently without paper towels, clogged or crowded. Parking too far from cabin.

There was a disturbing incident where two pit bulls escaped an inadequate gated area and attacked a small dog. This could have easily been a child. Staff responded, but management was dismissive and failed to follow up with witnesses. Additionally, the campground had a serious bee/wasp problem, resulting in numerous stings.

It was a wonderful stay and the cabin was amazing. But the 2 tvs the remotes didnt work for them. And we understand check out is 11 but we wanted to leave early. Your office doesnt open until 9. Maybe have a key drop box out front for families that would like to leave at 7am or 8am. So we can leave on schedule and not behind. Definitely will be coming back next yr. Thank you.

Very disappointed with the customer service. Our cabin was advertised as having climate control, but with temperatures around 95°, it had no AC and we got almost no sleep. Staff initially found available cabins, but the manager refused to help and dismissively said, “They don’t know what they’re talking about.” We eventually moved the next night. Very poor management and customer service.

Our cabin was very dirty. It had not been swept or dusted and was filled with giant black carpenter ants. The rest of the campground was clean with nice amenities.

Screen door on cabin was defective but fixed right away. I did notice our cabin (#28) was the only one NOT equipped with a fire extinguisher. Over all a great place to stay.

This property truly exceeding our expectations. The amenities for our family were one of the biggest reasons for choosing this property and they were all impeccable. The facilities were well maintained and the staff was amazing. Each person we encountered treated us so kindly and ensured our stay was exceptional. This was my first time at KOA - I came with 3 teens and it was nice. They kept busy, the staff was helpful especially Tony & Michael. We will be back, one thing I think the cabin needed was hooks on the porch (maybe to hang wet stuff) and inside near windows. We really enjoyed ourselves.

So things was great with the actual cabin. But Saturday 8/8 all bathrooms was locked near our cabin I waited 20 mins at 2am. Eventually went back to cabin got the car and drove to the rec center for a bathroom. We parked in the lot for cabin b22. The ppl parked in b24 legit smoke marijuana in their car constantly. If I didn't know what pot smelled like I do now.

the workers were great very good hospitality very helpful.But it was the cabins from my cabin down just about everybody had a dog. which was either barking or we had to be careful where we walked because of dog poop left behind on that back trail which made it difficult especially on a night bathroom run. I Think it should be a certain section for ppl with dogs.

The stay was decent I do wish the bathrooms was cleaned more frequently and the cabins was atleast wiped down from spiderwebs. The second night was better than the first night we had kids banging all around are cabin and running very late at night but we know they were just trying to enjoy themselves so we didn’t make a big deal out of it

booked 3 nights backin 30 amp near center campground 15 foot tent trailor ,needed no sewage hookup and charged $140 per night, I looked later and those sites said $112.50 per night. When I asked at office about it and they said thats what corporate says and they have no control over it. I booked the site in January and I couldn't remember the price so the $140 price was very confusing to me

Clean pool. Staff are attentive to requests. Lots to do ( horseshoes, ping pong, cornhole, checkers, bocce, pickleball). My only complaint was the public bathrooms by the pool. One side was shut down. The other had no paper towels all week and smelled very musty. Our cabin was great. Clean, stocked with starter needs. We had a great week.

Selected the Weather Guarantee when booking a KOA stay near Niagara Falls. It sat "pending," never fully processed, and no coverage was ever issued. During our stay the area was under a tornado warning—exactly what I tried to insure against. Sensible Weather and KOA each pointed at the other. Confirm your guarantee is fully purchased, not pending, before you rely on it.

It was not a great experience with my family.Couple of things want to highlight.Everywhere it was mentioned that there are 2 swimming pools but no update was shared with me that one pool is under maintenance.communication from KOA team was no up to date and not clear.There was no hand wash soap in washroom. We drove 8 hours with two toddlers to stay here and were told our cabin still wasn’t ready at check in at 4:00. Couldn’t check in until 5:30 and the cabin still wasn’t very clean. Dog hair and dirt all over the floor. Soap, shampoo and conditioner in bathroom empty. Extremely frustrating to check in 1.5 hour late with two small children and we were told it was staffing issues.

The facilities were great, lots to do for children. Unfortunately our cabin was dirty. The floor looked like it hadn’t been swept, there was dog hair all over. The bathroom toilet looked like it wasn’t cleaned. This was very unfortunate because we enjoyed our stay otherwise. When you pay $300 a night, you expect to have a clean cabin.

We enjoyed our stay. Our cabin was clean and had ac. Our ceiling fan however did not work. The family bathrooms were clean, however the main bathroom shower could have used a little tidy up. There were plenty of activities for our children to enjoy and the store was well stocked.

Great campground with robust amenities and easy access to Niagra Falls. It is a bit noisy and the Internet was spotty at times. Overall a great experience and would d definitely recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unexpected Adventure That Turned Into Pure Magic! I originally had a camping trip planned for Assateague Island, but a nor'easter forced me to cancel. By pure chance, I discovered the Niagara Falls/Grand Island KOA and booked a little cabin at the last minute. And OH MY GOSH, am I glad I did! The campground was wonderful! Everything was so clean and well-maintained, the bathhouses were spotless, and my little cabin was absolutely adorable! My favorite part was sitting on the porch swing in the morning with my coffee, surrounded by the beautiful fall colors. The location was perfect for exploring Niagara Falls, Lake Erie, Lake Ontario, and all the charming little towns nearby. My Chihuahua, Chico, and I had the time of our lives! We did leave a day early because Chico has a seizure disorder and was getting exhausted from all our adventures. I wanted to get him home before it triggered a seizure. It had absolutely nothing to do with the campground! What started as a disappointing cancellation turned into one of the most magical experiences of my life. I'm already planning to make this an annual fall getaway! Thank you, Grand Island KOA, for being part of such a beautiful memory! We will absolutely be back! ❤️🐾🌈

Large beautiful campground with lots of space for different size rigs, tents and cabins with different choices. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. There are many activities, large pool, playground, clean bathrooms and Niagara Falls is 15 minutes away. We will definitely stay here again!!
