Our stay was great the prices for activities were really good the entire staff and campers were so friendly. The only thing I would improve upon is the paddle boats.i felt we were kinda just trown to the wolves we did not receive any instructions no assistance getting in or out no life vest no rules and my daughter fell in and we were not prepared for the what if..and I was still charged...

The campground its self was very nice and had a lot of play opportunities for children. The bathrooms were absolutely horrid the entire stay. We also arrived and didn’t have a picnic table, after confronting staff, she assured it would be taken care of. Come to find out they took the neighbors and gave it to us then the entire stay the neighbors thought we stole their picnic table and were rude.

The staff were very helpful, the cabin was clean, cool, & comfortable. The bathrooms were ok during the day, but evening & through the night & into the morning, were disgusting. They need to be cleaned more often & restocked with toilet paper/soap/etc.

Wonderful location. Full of great recreation activity options- but would benefit from update on equipment. Broken or missing pieces for every activity left us disappointed.

Nice grounds and recreational areas, nice cabins with decks and convenient water access. The bathrooms need work - out of toilet paper, no hand soap, and toilets that seem to be set for water conservation resulting in insufficient flush to carry waist away.

Great stay in a deluxe cabin. Neat, clean and stocked with everything we needed. Glad we brought our canopy for shade and raindrops.

Overall, our experience was satisfactory. However, several issues warrant attention, including the cleanliness of the rooms & the functionality of the televisions, which did not operate properly throughout our stay. Additionally, the stove top was scarcely usable, requiring an extended period to cook meals. The KOA should also consider extending pool hours during the summer months.

The amenities were great, however the bathroom had no soap and no toilet paper, even in the morning. The garbages were full in most, and 2 out of 4 didn't have soap or toilet paper the entire time we were there.

The facility itself is great. Close proximity to the falls. We arrived at 3:00 and were told that the 3:00 check-in did not actually mean check-in but that was the time check-in could begin. It was almost closer to 5:30 before our cabin was ready. This created a kink in our plans when we were only there for one night. We had to go find a tent site to cook our dinner.

We've been coming to this campground for 16 years. Sadly, this year they are severely understaffed and it shows!!!

The one and only complaint is about the firewood. We purchased 4 bundles of it and it was completely unburnable. We tried everything and it only smoked and smoked. For the VERY high price of the bundles, I would’ve hope we could have had a campfire

It would have been a 5 star but on our last night stay we found what could possibly be bed bug bites on my son from the cabin we rented and had to leave a night early. We were promised a refund for our last night. I am still waiting to see that reflected on my account. I tried contacting the office and no one has returned my call.

Pool hours were limited to 9 AM–5 PM, yet it opened late because staff was still cleaning and they started clearing everyone out before 5. Only one pool was open because the other was under construction, which wasn't disclosed on the website. Check-in was 3 PM, but our cabin wasn't ready until 5:30. Then we found bed bugs! Never again!!

Late-night checkin was flawless. Parking was easy, the place felt clean and safe, and there’s plenty to do. We wish we had known we wouldn’t have heat/AC in our cabin (the website description suggests all cabins have it) bc we were counting on it. Bathrooms OK (not great). Fix gap in the door that’s substantial enough to let in small creatures, please. Bugs (because of door gap) kept us awak

Who was very excited to stay here. However, I paid for an upgrade for a cabin with a TV on the TV wouldn't work period it came on, but there was no reception. Even with the correct passwords period the wood was too wet, and many campers around us couldn't start a fire either and we had to leave the campground and go buy more food which all the food I brought to cook over the fire was spoiled becau

Cabin we ended up with was beautiful but we had to pay an extra $100 for it because the original one they wanted to give us said sleeps 4 but there was no way and adult was gonna fit on those bunk beds. It’s more for two adults, we were disappointed that it rained and the rec center was closed so kids had no where to go The pool closed at 6pm which was way too early for families with kids.

We were here with family occupying 7 different cabins for each family. Father's day weekend. We all use to camp here together every year 34 years ago with our kids. Now we are here with our grandchildren. I love what you have done to the cabins and the grounds so impeccably clean. Cabins are roomy with full eat in kitchen comfortable bed. Full bath. Televisions in k'tchn, bd'rm. We will be back.

We had an absolute lovely stay at cabin 54! The cabin seemed new and updated. The only issue we had was the towel bar came down while we were there. The staff was attentive and came as soon as we called with clean towels and instructions on the stovetop.....our cabin did not come with a stove but we improvised with the provided grill. Great amenities and activities as well! We will be back!

Stay was good, the staff was very nice, cabin was clean. The bed was a bit hard but it was a small cabin so to be expected. Check in n out was easy. bathroom was clean. Only complaint is the 2 bundles of wood we got were not dried, so could not light the wood.

The cabins were wonderful for the whole family! We got the one with the paw pen so we could bring our dogs. They loved laying out in the grass and on the patio. The cabins are clean. There is so much to do on the whole campground for the whole family. We want to stay for a whole week next year!

For our group we had an RV site and a Deluxe Cabin, both had a paw pen. The RV site was perfect with complete hook-ups. The deluxe cabin had everything needed, plenty of sleeping space, all linens, towels and fully supplied kitchen. The paw pens were just steps away giving our dogs some free space. We were in the area to visit Niagara Falls which was a short drive away. Great Rec Area too!

Very nice quiet Campground. Shower house/ restrooms were well kept and clean. We rented a small cabin with a patio it was very comfortable and we enjoyed the outdoor area. Very close location to visit Niagara Falls. Thank you for the enjoyable stay.

Our stay was lovely. Our cabin was clean. The bathrooms were clean. It would be nicer if the pool was able to have longer hours, especially going into summer but we still got some swimming in!

We stay at this campground quite often throughout the summer months. We usually stay in the cabins, but have tent camped a few times. We stayed in the 2 room cabin around the lake this time (our first time). Beautiful cabin with lots of space and beautiful decks. My only recommendation would be to put a screen door on the front door. There is an approx. 1-1/2-2" gap at the bottom of the door.

Reservation/Check In process was very easy. Accommodations were clean and great in most every way. Know that if you're needing to fit 7-8 in one cabin it is doable, but it does make things tight for moving around in the cabin. Also, paper products, towels and silverware seem to be based on less people staying. Campground responded quickly to requests for more. Overall, great stay!

There was so much for my daughter and her friends to do at the KOA! They had a great time at the pool, playing basketball, riding bikes, jumping on the jumping pillow. Our cabin was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. And our dog loved all of the KampK9 parks around. I'm already looking for another time to go back.
