Sites we had were too close together and slide outs shouldn’t be allowed. My grandson hit his head badly on a side pop out bed. The other grandson slipped in a rain puddle on pool deck and had to go to well care. I have photos. It was not a good trip and we have been to this campground many times.

We were on site D-5. As a KOA member this was the worst site we have ever stayed on. We were packed in like sardines. The slide out next to us was hanging over our site. My nephew cracked his head on it. The waste hose and sewer drain were right next to our table were we sat. I will never go to these sites again. It was awful! very disappointed

Definitely need more pick up times for garbage instead of once a day or let people know where to take there garbage especially when you have children and infants with dirty diapers. It wasn’t ideal to keep the garbage in camper. Was very overstimulating for 1 of our dogs there with the amount of other dogs on site, he was quite stressed. I had looked into the site for dogs and online was not av

I stayed there for one night because it was our first time visiting Niagra falls. An the park is pretty close so that's why I chose it. I enjoyed it. we were in parking spot c50 an we're kinda close to the highway but the noise didn't bother us much at all. Very nice family friendly park an bathrooms an showers were nice an clean. I enjoyed my stay.

It was terrible. So loud from the highway you couldn’t think Way over priced and we 3 couples will be putting our experience to every media form we can get to. The sites were jammed next to each other where the sewer connection was in front of the next-door. It was the worst KOA campsite we have stayed in the 110 outlet was blanked off and the cable TV was no better than the antenna. The KOA O

Campsite very small for my camper and dusty road in front of site your golf carts go fast and we could not eat outside!!! Won’t be there again!!!

The campgrounds were beautiful!! One of the nicest KOA’s we’ve stayed. Lots of activities for all ages. Close to Niagara Falls.

We enjoyed our stay however, we had no cable the entire 4 days, staff tried to fix it, but was unable to do so. We understand that this amenity is not important to most families but for us as a couple, we enjoy watching local news we felt that this amenity warranted a discount since we paid 185 and 195 a night we are VIP and stay at KOA’s 90% of the time

Our sites were much too close together. Our picnic table was right beside our neighbor’s septic hookup and there was no where else to move it unless you put it right next to the road. The campground also sits right beside the interstate, so it is very noisy. Much of the campground is beautifully landscaped, with stone firepits and manicured grass, but in our section, a few trees and rusty firepi

Very busy Campground. Staff accommodating. We needed to move sites to be closer to office and staff was helpful. Facilities nice. Able to take bus to town but was a challenge to understand bus schedule. Able to book helicopter ride at office which was convenient.

I thought the camp ground was really nice and staff were friendly we loved the dog pens they had there. the only thing I would change would be the beautiful hibiscus trees they had them planted right next to the patio and u really couldn't sit out there much due to it was full of bees and 2 people in out group are highly allergic to bees. Trees should have been planted further away from patio.

Way over priced. First we were put in the back with very load interstate traffic noise. Then moved to a grass site (no paving) and charged an extra $30 per night. Will not be back

I must have gotten the worst spot in the park. Had two utility boxes and it sloped so bad we couldn’t sit in our chairs. Most I’ve ever paid for a KOA

C10 was the worst campsite ever. Because it is the corner lot, people kept trespassing (literally between our RV and the picnic table), kept walking their dogs on it, and there was so much dog poop! One lady literally opened her beer on our table . We have gone to KOA GI a lot and this time it was not a good one.

The pool closed for 3 days was not great especially since that meant no pickle ball either..

Park was clean. Staff friendly. Sites were nice. Only complaint was hooking into sewage. Sewage flowed uphill instead of down

Very friendly team, kid friendly. Good accommodations.

Very conveniently located to many attractions. The tour bus (Over the Falls, tour guide- Lenny!) picked us up by the front office and dropped us off at our camp site. Many activities at the campground--you don't even have to leave to have fun!

Won’t be returning. Paid for a premium site for fishing pond and pool area. No fish in the pond, pool closed without warning. Lawn care started around our trailer at 8:30AM, throwing rocks at our trailer with no regards for children sleeping, unsafe roads with traffic driving 20+MPH including staff. Worst KOA experience we’ve ever had.

RV patio sites are over priced per night

Nice park. Quiet clean nice sites it was a pleasure

Great place to stay! Helpful friendly staff! Awesome amenities!

Very nice spacing between sites and loved the concrete patios with beautiful flowers. Very close to Niagara Falls and Ginny (the manager) is super friendly! Only improvements: Wish the roads inside the campground were a little smoother and more lights were added for evening walks. Other than that, A-OK.

We enjoyed our stay at KOA Grand Island. We have a 40-ft motorhome and we liked our pull-thru site in Lot 1. The campground is close to bike trails - you can ride from Grand Island all the way to Niagara Falls, Lewiston, and Lake Ontario on connecting bike trails. There's a grocery store and gas station nearby. With the car Niagara Falls and Buffalo (for more shopping) is not far. Great location!

Incredibly OVERPRICED for the campsite we stayed in. Over $180 per night is ridiculous.

Great place. Minutes to Niagara Falls
Aug 08, 2023
Staff refused to let us use KOA rewards for our stay and cable reception was terrible.

You are the same as Jellystone in Java NY and 100 dollars more. The amusement park that is afility with you camping is not in good shape at all. We will not be staying at another KOA as the cost are way higher than the competition.

Campground was very clean and staff was very friendly. Back pull thru sites close to Interstate. Amenities are top notch. Pool had problems when we were there. All in all we would stay there again

Way to much money for what is at the park.It still needs some work no food or ice cream on grounds.

I’m not sure how this KOA is a Holiday. Not maintained to the standard you would expect. Very uneven sites and roads. Pool filthy and the shutdown our last day. Cable didn’t work. Premium site where landscape was nothing but huge weeds. Convenient location but I would much rather drive further. Will definitely not stay again.

This KOA is okay, the only problem I see is everytime we stay there we're right next to the Freeway and all the noise. The was a yellow jacket nest in out electrical box. They did take care of it. Other than the Freeway it's a pretty good campground.

Great amenities and very nice staff. I was not impressed with our site, It was so tight you were either eating at the table right next to the adjacent sewer connection or you had to figure out how to have a fire without setting the neighbors car ablaze. Pull through sites at every KOA we've stayed at are usually reasonably spacious, but we learned our lesson. They need to freshen up the gravel.

Fantastic KOA.. very friendly staff! Easy check in/out. Rented a cabin for three nights in early April, C35, it's right on the small pond. Great view, and close to everything the campground offers. Lots of activities- playgrounds, jumping pad thing for the kids, ping pong, basketball, paddle boats, pools. The cabin was perfect for us. It had heat and tv (not that you need tv, but it was nice to have the option). This place is a couple minutes from Buffalo, and ten minutes drive from Niagara falls. There is an amusement park right next door to the KOA, but it wasn't open, it was probably just too early in the season, but it looks like it'd be fun. The cons of this particular cabin (and definitely not a deal breaker, because I would absolutely stay in this one again) were A) where you park, you'd think you would be able to walk in from the little porch that's right there by the parking area, but there's no gate to get onto the porch, so you have to walk around to the other side of the cabin to get up the stairs into the deck to get in. It just made moving stuff in and out a little annoying. B) watch your head!!!!!! I must have hit my head about a dozen times on the little roof overhang while walking up and down the deck stairs. I had to hang paper towels as markers so I'd see them and not hit my head... (They didn't really help!) C) this won't always apply, but the ground was muddy, so it was slippery at the bottom of the stairs from the deck. I was just concerned for my 68 year old mom, didn't want her to slip and get hurt. I asked the lovely people in the office if there was anything they can do about that, so they sent a gentleman over in a golf cart, and he took care of it. He returned with a door mat, and they put down some rocks, and it helped. So, really nothing but good things about this KOA. Oh yeah, my son is 10, and had the best time... He asked if we can go back- I do plan to return!

Ok, I'm not one to post reviews, but in the case of this wonderful place, I couldn't NOT do so. We came to the buffalo area to take care of some family business. My son Alan and I drove up from the Raleigh area in a newly acquired older RV. Our trip up was not fun as on the way we broke an exhaust manifold and also literally blew out of it socket a spark plug. We called to alert we would be later than expected, and they set us up with their night time check in. We got in, and the weather was miserable. Raining hard. The spot we had was very wet and saturated. Alan asked if we could move, and they told us to go look for a spot that we liked and let them know. We chose a spot, and they cleared us to move there. After having found a place to fix our RV after finding out its actual problem through other mechanics, we found a place that said they would take on the job, BUT we would need to leave it with them a day or two. We called the office to tell them of our need, and they offered us a cabin on-site at an amazing price to stay while our RV was in repair. Let me tell you, everybody, their cabins are amazing too. I'm sorry I was long-winded on this, but I wanted to explain the context of what we were going through and how they supported us every step of the way. We will return there every single time now and hope the weather is better next time. If MY so Alan and I could give 100 stars, we would. And to the campground from both of us THANK YOU!!! You gave us such uplifting from all our other things. You can never know how much it truly meant to us With gratitude, Wayne & Alan Ross
