Staff very friendly and helpful. Made us feel right at home and suggested other places to check out with our young kids. Facilities were all clean and comfortable. We hope to come back for another stay!

Great location to explore Niagara Falls State Park. Friendly staff, nice pull through site, & huge laundry facility. Definitely would return! Thanks for a pleasant stay!

It's a nice park. We arrived in late Oct when it was 80% empty. When we arrived we were assigned to the ONLY site in the park with mud, and they had dozens of sites empty with gravel right next door. Stupid people. They were nice enough to let us move to the gravel site next door, but what a lame assignment, as if they don't even know what sites are mud and which sites are gravel.

We spent two nights at one of their paw pen sites close to the office area. It was good site. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They received packages from from partsgeek to repair our motorhome and held them until we arrived. The grounds were very clean. The sites are mostly unshaded so could be a bit on the hotter side in summer. Not a deal breaker especially if you're sightseeing.

I enjoyed it all. The dog parks as well. The area in which you can use for the price is outstanding. I even did an order for food through doordash there. His first time there delivering. The convience of the city bus just outside the park.

Was very disappointed that at check in we had an additional $25 charge due to the fact we requested a site next to friends. Was told it’s a “guaranteed site fee”. At the time of check in there was a large quantity of open sites in that section. We traveled together for 2 weeks and did not encounter this policy in other non-KOA campgrounds. I’ll avoid KOAs in future travels!!!

i loved our stay! we had a deluxe cabin and it was so relaxing and cozy. lots of activities to choose from and friendly staff. also, cheaper than a hotel, with more privacy.

Convenient to numerous attractions . Hottest cleaners shower in 2 months of traveling including 3 other KOA’s. Check in professional, fast, and information.

Had a blast! Everything was clean and well taken care of. So many spots - this KOA was huge! And there were tons of amenities! Staff was really nice and helpful as well. There's not much space at some of the sites in the back but that was okay for us, just make sure to look at the map and book some spots closer to the water or some backin ones along the sides if you're wanting more space.

From check in, to the wave good bye, the staff is 100% the greatest. Park is clean i mean clean, I was there just before it closes for winter, placed looked like opening day. Great padio spots. They have a few spots with private pet enclosures.. If you are in they area and want no stress RV park this is the place. Some discounts for multi night but you have to ask when booking. Have a fun trip

This place was great !!! Jeff in the office was so welcoming and friendly. The facilities are very nice and clean . It had the best laundry room ever !! I’d definitely recommend this place . The over the falls campground is really worth it !

It was a very nice park and all staff members were friendly and helpful - BUT we stayed a week and our weekend was miserable. There was a halloween party in one of the cottages across from us that played music all day and night with drinking, screaming and hollering well past quiet hours. Given weekends are more expensive it was so disappointing. Hard to control - we know -but this was excessive.

4/5 stars because they tried to put us in a very narrow poor site that was up against a bathroom building and wouldn’t allow our slide to be put out. There were at least 10 other empty upgraded patio sites. They did switch us to a new site when we asked which was much larger and fair for what we paid. We loved the campground. It was clean and well kept and the playground areas were nice!

We loved the campground. Wish we had more time there. Very close to the America side of the falls and easy to cross to Canada side. The park was wonderful with lovely amenities. We rented a pull through and it was perfect. The park was clean and friendly.

Everything about this KOA Niagra Falls was excellent. We would return here anytime over another campground. I'm sorry to say most KOAs that we have been to leave much to be desired. We typically would never pick one when we travel. This KOA is one of the best campgrounds in the country and should be a model to all others. Also pricing was reasonable.

Stay was enjoyable. Accepting Amazon packages was very helpful and the laundry room was clean although several machines were out of service.
