Very good located Campground to visit the Niagara Falls. Very nice and clean campground with very friendly, polite and helpful staff. Special Thanks to the older Lady in the Office who gave us very good Information.

Lovely office staff. Clean and quiet property. Each site has Polywood furniture and a fire pit on concrete pads. The game area and paddle boats weren’t used but looked very inviting. Wished the RV was actually parked on a concrete pad, however the parking area had heavy gravel. Location is is close to Canada, restaurants and shopping. We would easily stay here again.

Very good stay. But very surprised at the amount of increase in my second two days in the cost charged. Also there was no parking by the laundry and it was very difficult to manage the steep grade to the lower level. Your hosts are always kind but it would be helpful if they could answer questions about the area.

We were thrilled to stay at another KOA with the promise of a great cabin, great service at the host shop, great proximity to the Falls, and true camping fun! A call ahead to ask for any preference on cabin with a pet was key, Ginny picked well to sit us back on the marsh in s cabin with a patio, which we never had before! Remarkably quiet for a holiday weekend added to our nature peace! Thank you

We love this campground! Unfortunately I do have to mention we were without water for a few hours. This definitely put a strain on our time. Things like this happen and we understand but it was right during meal prep. We also could not use the grill as it was not working properly. Good thing we brought one as well.

It was a very rainy weekend but we made the best of it! Andy was very helpful and friendly whenever we saw him around. The heated pool was a hit with the kids :)

Beautiful campground with an amazing recreational area. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. We did not like our campsite at all, If I was to rate just the sight it would be a 1 out of 10 because of the size of the sight, not much more than a walkway between campers. Definitely charged way to much for what we got. Overall great place, just not our sight size

The site was extremely narrow. Our door and our place to sit was right by the neighbor septic tank. The fire ring although moveable was right next to the camper. I have stayed at a few KOA and have never had such a narrow site. We did not use the amenities so I can not comment too much on them. The pool pool and the activity area looked very nice.

It's easy to locate; friendly professional service,; accommodating to requests if possible; HEATED pool (YAY), outdoor games and fun activities. My family enjoys going to your KOA.

Manager wow she is a joke does not care about campers too much. We got there pouring down rain and she said she needed license # i had to go out and get it instead of having the associate who was leading us to the site getting it for her. Fire pit was below grade had to get someone to fix it,site drive though filled with water charging good money to camp but can't afford some gravel.

Sites are to close no space between to set up, no way to grill no grates Kind of disappointing No water for hours should be some kind of refund for inconvenience

While the sites are a little narrow we had an amazing experience. The staff was wonderful and accommodating, especially Wanda, the events coordinator. It’s breezy, thanks to the lake, so we didn’t get to have as many campfires as we had hoped but the hospitality of staff and guests made up for it. And the puppy parks were a HUGE plus!!

Niagara/Grand Island KOA was a beautiful park - unless you chose a Value site like we did. The old adage "you get what you pay for" is very true here. While the other more expensive sites where nice, the Value spots were at the very back of the park next to a very noise freeway. Also spots weren't mowed as well as rest of park. Staff was very friendly and helpful, just don't choose Value spots.

Over all very positive. The only downside was the freeway road noise. It wasn’t horrible where we were at unless the wind was blowing our direction.

Good spot to camp close to Niagara Falls and shopping. Clean park, and restrooms. The entrance is easy to miss, the sign is not close to the road and we almost missed it, doing a "sharp" turn into it on a 45 mph road. We were not the only ones, as we saw another RV missing it completely and had to turn around.

The view was beautiful. Our cabin though, was very hot and not climate controlled. Did not like the door entry/exit system.

Stay was enjoyable. Accepting Amazon packages was very helpful and the laundry room was clean although several machines were out of service.
