The pool was great. Everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. The rec area has nice assortment of games, but since everything is left out, a lot of broken items; checkers, ping pong balls, paddles.The bathrooms could use some updating and more frequent cleaning. The swing on the track is popular, but our site was right by it and the noise became tiresome, especially during quiet hours.

This was an okay place to stay. The kids liked being in a little cabin together and enjoyed the playground area. The adults didn't like the following: key to the door didn't work well, AC was loud, and the cleanliness level was questionable (fake eyelash stuck to the floor and dirty sheets left on the sleeper couch). The kids loved the bunk beds, but the adult bed wasn't supportive.

Check-in and office women were pleasent. The escort was rude. By far the worst bathroom and showers I have encountered at any KOA. All in all not the quality I am accustomed to for a KOA campground.

accommodating, welcoming customer service Ms.Janine was great the facility is well kept the fellow campers were awesome. Although some of thecsutes in the D section were too close, I opened my door to the sewer and water hook up of my neighbor, even he apologized it was quiet different. But to sum it up AWESOME

I took pictures to send to management because our site is of such poor quality. We have traveled 5500 mls this trip but this site is the worse. Our neighbors pooper tube is beside our chairs. There are a few blades of grass , mostly dirt. When I called in to add a day I was told none available. I booked it on line after & it is far from fully booked. Very disappointed

Well situated KOA holiday, with plenty of amenities/fun things to do for kids and adults. Big disappointment were the bathrooms. Tried two different shower houses, both had broken tiles, lots of black mildew, and giant clumps of hair in the showers. Rust on the metal doors, broken towel hooks… Just a complete disconnect from the rest of the campground.

The camp has alot of things for your family to do. They were wonderful. I had a clog in my toilet in my trailer and they sent maintenance right to my camp site and he was very pleasant and got the clog they didn't have to do that it was my trailer and wanted to say thank you very much. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. Very clean. I am coming back the following weekend my family loved this

Lots of activities for the kids and adults, although the pools were only open until 6pm. Well stocked camp store with friendly workers. Our site was level, but very close to the site next to us. We camped in a motorhome and would stay here again.

Wish the pool hours did not end at 6 pm. Especially in the summer when it is hot and light out until 10 o'clock at night. Enjoyed the cabin and glad they gave us a more secluded spot.

Trash was never picked up at site. Bathrooms were not checked by staff and were in poor repair until I went to the front to tell them. Trash piled up in bathrooms and one toilet in need of plunging for days. Had the staff picked up the trash in the bathroom they would have seen it. If plungers were in The bathroom, wouldn’t be an issue.

The bathrooms were a joke. Only three that work. So very small. Too far from tents. The door handles don’t indicate open or occupied. There’s two pools and so many other amenities, the bathrooms feel like a very cheap afterthought.

We enjoyed our deluxe cabin with air conditioning after spending the day at Niagara Falls. . It was clean and welcoming. The location of our cabin was right across from the pool and activity area. Our family enjoyed the activity options. It would have been great to have a single electronic burner in the mini kitchen to permit cooking meals. The hot water for showers was intermittent.

This was the first time, we have stayed at a KOA that we didn't feel our space was clean prior to arriving. There were about 15-16 cigarette butts all over the ground. Through out our stay we found several more. It seemed someone was just throwing them on the ground through out our stay.

Everything was good except the wifi was not strong enough to run my ROKU tv. The campground should invest in better wifi.

The people were great and the exterior grounds were nice…. however, the bathrooms were filthy…and for the price you charge you would expect clean bathrooms..

The double camping cabin was fabulous! Great space, really clean, and a fantastic deck with plenty of seating. We really appreciated all the activities offered and how well maintained it all was. After staying at a pretty unimpressive KOA in Boston, we were nervous about coming, but after being in Niagara, we wish could have stayed longer!

Nice ambiance, really clean and quiet. The site is nice and safe for a childs. the restrooms clean and disponible . The reception easy and fast with a good Explication. The pool perfect with a hot days.

Although our site was spacious, the lawn separating the sites needed to be mowed. The water pressure was terrible. Had to use the bathhouse to shower. The bathhouse needed updating. Pool was nice. Very expensive, and we expected a nicer place for what we paid.

Great campground. We made last minute plans and they were very accommodating. The staff was very helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The campsite was great but the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting during our entire stay. We would absolutely be interested in staying here again if the bathrooms were sanitary.

Visited area to see Niagara Falls. Great location to get anywhere in the area. Not much shade. Overall a great experience and we enjoyed our stay!

Cabin was hot, air conditioner could not keep up with the heat, fridge ran warm, WiFi was extremely slow, grill was out of propane, and the shower temperature was either very hot or very cold, bathroom sink leaked all over floor, beds we’re uncomfortable. Pool was dirty. We used to love coming here but I think this past visit was the last time. Too expensive to have to deal with all that.

Poor water pressure. We had to run the onboard pump to shower. The spacing in section D was tight and poor value for the prices charged. All other factors were of good but not great quality or value.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the location of the campground, and our site. The only critique I have is that the men’s bathroom by the pool needed attention. Multiple toilets were clogged (one for multiple days). I even heard another guest mention it to a staff member, and one working stall was out of toilet paper.

A nice park with friendly folks. Very exspensive KOA. $190 to $210/night - overpriced. Our issue-every other pull thru had 2 drain lines for waste water except ours. While not a huge deal, it did require well over 35 feet sewer lines because of its location on our lot. For this price a large Pull Thru full hook ups KOA patio (A41) at this price should have 2 drains...and complementry mints.

We were very disappointed. Staff was not accommodating. Our communal water pipe had no pressure. Cabins were so close together there was no privacy. It’s my second disappointing stay. I won’t be back. Also not being able to park beside the cabin is hard.

Very clean facility!! Staff was super nice and helpful. The only complaint I would have is the cabin beds are super hard only 2” padding so be sure to bring A mattress topper if you have a bad back. Other than that, this place is 10 all the way!!!

Stay was enjoyable. Accepting Amazon packages was very helpful and the laundry room was clean although several machines were out of service.
