The amenities were great, however the bathroom had no soap and no toilet paper, even in the morning. The garbages were full in most, and 2 out of 4 didn't have soap or toilet paper the entire time we were there.

Sites are very close together. Minimum shade/trees. Not a lot to do at the campground.

Some of the amenities were difficult to access (closed or missing/damaged pieces) The activities offered were clear and creative. We especially appreciated the texts communication.

Very nice campgrounds. Quiet, staff friendly. Bathrooms where absolutely disgusting all weekend, i understand busy, but oh my, went into town to use bathroom and didnt use showers at all, this is the worst I've ever seen at any campgrounds, private, state or federal. I will not be coming back here, i will find other spots in the area next time.

Least clean campground i have been to, I will not participate in the funding of any KOA in the future We left a day early because of the conditions of the bathrooms and lack of property maintenance

All of the KOA staff members were lovely. At the REC post, there was garbage everywhere and broken games (no ping pong balls, broken ladder balls). The bathrooms needed to be cleaned and more toilet paper added along with soap refilled. If you are paying more than a NYS park, then it should look like it.

It seemed like there were upgraded sites available during my stay. When I booked it was full so I had to take a lower tiered site. I have a 45' coach with another 25' toad, so a premium site capable of my rig is always preferred. Also the sites near the highway are very noisy.

We enjoyed the proximity to the falls and the heated pool was amazing. Not so great things, the bathrooms were dirty, toilets filled with poop, and there was often no soap. The campground was also out of fire wood. How does that happen Fourth of July week? Management needs to do better. The sewer connection at our site was also up hill. My husband had to hold the sewer hose up to empty.

The grounds were absolutely beautiful. So many activities and amenities. The bathroom/showerhouse needed some attention. Maybe it was used more than normal because of the holiday weekend.

Check in was great. Anything I could think of that I wanted, they had available. Campground was clean, and the kids loved the play area... though there were some balls missing. My kids wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of it.

I can't say enough good things about our stay! They had lots of family friendly activities. The Bathhouse cabins were well maintained and clean. They were very accommodating when we asked to switch tent sites to have more shade.

The site was fine, exactly what we needed. But starting with walking in the building to register, we were never greeted with a simple hello and the whole process felt like we were intruding. It was very cold. Speaking of cold, we were told that's exactly what the showers were.... zero hot water, thus none of us even attempted taking a much-needed shower. Also, the bathroom was pretty disgusting.

The facility itself is great. Close proximity to the falls. We arrived at 3:00 and were told that the 3:00 check-in did not actually mean check-in but that was the time check-in could begin. It was almost closer to 5:30 before our cabin was ready. This created a kink in our plans when we were only there for one night. We had to go find a tent site to cook our dinner.

The narrow spaces between sites made it difficult for a larger RV to maneuver into. The bathrooms were in desperate need of a cleaning. The pool water could use some love. The staff was friendly, the playground was great and the little store had some of the same souvenirs as the shops at Niagara Falls for a fraction in the price.

We've been coming to this campground for 16 years. Sadly, this year they are severely understaffed and it shows!!!

They put us right next to the interstate. Sites are slapped together and jammed packed. Pool was cloudy and with no oversight. Amenities were old and of need of improvement. Roads felt like that haven't been maintained in years causing craters everywhere to drive over.

This campground was perfect for what we needed. I prefer state parks where each site has more room and privacy, but this was great for a private, family-friendly campground. The sites were close, with no tree privacy - all of which is obvious if you look at the satellite image - so no surprises. Staff and guests were all friendly, and late check in was easy. The highway noise was pretty steady.

It was great to stay there. Site was good and staff was very helpful and friendly. We took a tour of Niagara Falls and they set us up with the tour company, which was so nice.

The staff was very friendly and the campsite fit our needs. I was disappointed that the pool was only open until 6pm. It would be nice to at least keep it open until dusk in the summertime. The bathrooms were a little small..I loved that I received a text daily about activities and that there was plenty to do for everyone. My grandson loved the jump pad and the playground.

The one and only complaint is about the firewood. We purchased 4 bundles of it and it was completely unburnable. We tried everything and it only smoked and smoked. For the VERY high price of the bundles, I would’ve hope we could have had a campfire

Better description on the website regarding the camping spots. We were not expecting parking and then having to drag our stuff to our site. Plus barely any shade. It was very hot while we were there. We were miserable and could not enjoy the stay there. Our dogs were miserable as well. Employees were very nice however. And the camp store was nice.

I would expect more from a KOA campground. Half of the park is located right next to a freeway with almost no trees in between, resulting in loud traffic noise all day. The amenities were poorly cleaned and maintained. No toilet paper, disgusting toilets, trash all over. The pool was closed for half a day due to problems with the chemicals, and when it opened, the water was extremely murky.

Location of the campground to the Niagara Falls area is super convenient. Had a back in gravel site that was pretty level. Staff was friendly. People including those that work there, drive to fast though the campground. Depending on where your site is, there is a lot of traffic noise from highway.

It would have been a 5 star but on our last night stay we found what could possibly be bed bug bites on my son from the cabin we rented and had to leave a night early. We were promised a refund for our last night. I am still waiting to see that reflected on my account. I tried contacting the office and no one has returned my call.

We had a lovely stay and the lady at the front was very helpful giving us information for events nearby to take part in while staying at the Kampground. Clean and quality all in one!

We had the most wonderful time. Managed much more professionally than most hotels today. Communication was EXCELLENT!! The grounds and staff were first class!!

I stayed for 2 nights on a trip across the country. The dogs and I found the KOA to be a comfortable place to explore the area from.

The campground was well laid out, sites had plenty of space, and the staff were always friendly. My only complaint is the wood delivery took a long time. I have stayed at other campgrounds and when wood was requested, they had a delivery to the site within twenty minutes or less. It took no less than forty-five minutes either time we ordered wood for it to be delivered.

Pool hours were limited to 9 AM–5 PM, yet it opened late because staff was still cleaning and they started clearing everyone out before 5. Only one pool was open because the other was under construction, which wasn't disclosed on the website. Check-in was 3 PM, but our cabin wasn't ready until 5:30. Then we found bed bugs! Never again!!

Late-night checkin was flawless. Parking was easy, the place felt clean and safe, and there’s plenty to do. We wish we had known we wouldn’t have heat/AC in our cabin (the website description suggests all cabins have it) bc we were counting on it. Bathrooms OK (not great). Fix gap in the door that’s substantial enough to let in small creatures, please. Bugs (because of door gap) kept us awak

Who was very excited to stay here. However, I paid for an upgrade for a cabin with a TV on the TV wouldn't work period it came on, but there was no reception. Even with the correct passwords period the wood was too wet, and many campers around us couldn't start a fire either and we had to leave the campground and go buy more food which all the food I brought to cook over the fire was spoiled becau

Stay was enjoyable. Accepting Amazon packages was very helpful and the laundry room was clean although several machines were out of service.
