Check out was too slow…people who are checking out shouldn’t have to wait…a long line. The problem is that there were customers checking out and making new reservations as there were also customers buying merchandise. A simple line for people just checking out would be great or at least, have an extra employee to help out when there is a long line or when it gets busy.

Very nice KOA! We only stayed for an overnight but there are so many things to do here- wish we would’ve had more time to enjoy all it offered. Very nice spaces. Very friendly staff!

Great campground near Niagara Falls. We had a patio pull-thru with plenty of room. The pad was level, good water pressure and nice trees that didn’t interfere. Excellent Wi-Fi. Two pools and plenty to do for the whole family.

We’ve stayed at multiple KOA campgrounds around the United States and this one ranks at the bottom of our list. The bathrooms didn’t have working AC during an extremely hot week, one of the playgrounds was closed the whole time for maintenance, the pool closest to the store has a liner that is coming off the pool so the bottom is bouncy and they do not have enough bathrooms for the amount of s

Please put a sign at the train depot informing campers when the train comes and that you need a ticket for the park to get on the train please . It was very difficult to find this info out ! Thank you

Great place to stay. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Very pet friendly. The only issue was with the amusement park next door - they had loud bangs, like fake guns or fireworks and one of my dogs is petrified of loud noise like that.

The only problem I had was the grill top for our fire pit was missing and the screen door was ripped so a lot of mosquitoes were in my cabin so we all got bit up. The place itself was very clean and well kept they also make sure there is no loud music and people being loud after hours I loved that because I’m from the city and having peace and quit is amazing !!!

Overall the stay was great. We had a pull thru spot for our 28’ TT. I think we had the smallest pull thru spot in the park, very little open space/grass area, and the next spots utilities were hard to avoid in our space. The bathrooms very decent, the recreation activities were great. We loved the pool, pickleball court and table tennis.

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights recently. It was a wonderful stay. My children had so much fun swimming, renting the bikes, playing on the playground, ping pong, connect four, etc. The cabin waa clean and the AC worked wonderfully. Grocery store and Walgreens just down the road. All staff were great! The only thing we found lacking from other KOAs is the lack of trees for shade.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The campground was clean, there were a ton of fun activities, we would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anybody looking to head to the Niagara area.

I don’t expect much when I end up in a KOA I don’t expect privacy, quietness or cleanliness BUT even by KOA standards this places appeared to be poorly managed. I would have overlooked the stray wrappers and small litter but what I couldn’t look over was the bloody used tampon on our site and the dirty socks and what appeared to be dirty tissues from someone pooping right in the bush.

I rented cabin no bathroom. Arrived and got one with nothing. No a/c, fridge or microwave that I planned for.I asked if I could at least have a fridge delivered, they did....it didn't work. The bathrooms were horrendous. Always dirty with clogged toilets. Showers with clumps of hair. Oh and the deadbolt on my cabin broke and I was locked out of it for over an hour. A lot of things broken. Rundown

We had a great site - upgraded patio site. The campground itself is nice. However - what you need to know is that the backend of section A backs directly up to an amusement park/water park. Interesting that the campground fails to mention that.

It was great! We loved all of the games there were for kids and adults. We also got to experience one of the activities (tye-dying a t-shirt) and our granddaughter loved it!! We did have one strange experience with getting a bundle of wood….. went to the store, bought it, and was told it would be delivered. We never received it until the next night.

Beautiful place to camp. We have a 5th wheel and the spaces are nice and wide. Landscaped nicely too. Office staff was fabulous and very customer oriented. We definitely stay here again. Larry and Doona Evans

Niagara Falls/Grand Island KOA is very nice. We had a full hook up pull through level site that was very nice and it made hooking up a breeze. There were many amenities. We never used the restrooms or showers so I can’t rate those. The camp store was well stocked and had a nice selection of souvenirs.

Everything was great, service from the staff was kond and generous. Ther was no shade at all at our tent apot. Its fine, just next time it will be netter if mentiond in the description of the spot

Have stayed the so many times over the last few years and this recent time was horrible. Staff were not friendly in the store including the manager. Our cabins ceiling fan wouldn’t work and it was so hot, the wifi wouldn’t work. Our fire pit had garbage in it that we had to clean out because we wanted to cook. The area was perfect. Lots of activities for families to do. Maintenance and cleanliness are your issues. I understand you have a lot of people transitioning through your park. But the bathrooms and showers were awful. Those are the deal breakers. Master that area, and your park will be at least a 9/10.

Stay was enjoyable. Accepting Amazon packages was very helpful and the laundry room was clean although several machines were out of service.
