Many sites had trees and bushes, which improves privacy. Very nice campground. It could use more restroom/showers as the capacity crowd taxes the facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Nice wooded site, friendly staff, walking paths throughout the facility. However, the water pressure was very low and not what we expected in a Holiday KOA. Also the sign to our site (105) showed us to turn left on a road that it was not on and it took us 10 minutes to locate it on the next corner.

We have stayed here multiple times and will be back. One of the most customer friendly sites we have visited. This last trip, there was a schedule change with a family event that change to Sunday, which was out checkout date. The manager and staff worked with us to find a way to allow us to keep the camper there for a late checkout so that we can attend, come back and pick up our camper.

Campsite no privacy. Picnic table. Was unusable. Pools and area poorly maintained. The area is like a giant parking area where we were. Camped at many KOA 'S this was by far most overpriced and needs a lot of TLC. We like woodsie vibe but this was over kill.

We stay at this campground every time we travel North to New England and back. It's about 6 miles off I84 but it is a nice campground with wooded lots.

Lovely time. Convenient to nearby grocery stores and outdoor activities. Property facilities were excellently maintained.

Too many people were on each spot. Parties of 10 on each site with tents many noise, very loud music until 11pm and then again at 8h30 am. You can barely hear yourself talking. I don't understand how this is even acceptable. The owners don't even care. The rest of activities were fine. Pools extremely dirty with insects and even frogs found in the morning. navigating to site was difficult due to narrow roads and cars along route, and no assistance that most KOA's have.

It was a very nice campground with lots of activities for a family. Trash cans were not overflowing, and the staff was friendly. One issue I had was that the public restrooms were dirty, and half the toilets were broken.

Site 53 water pipe was leaking and we could not get the pressure needed to take showers in our trailer. We had to fill the tank in order to have good pressure. The site was also a gravel parking lot. Not very appealing. The edge of the site also had weeds and what looked like poison ivy. The pancakes on the weekend were good. The other sited seemed much better.

We are new to KOA campground membership and have no regrets. KOA Newburgh was a positive experience for us because the campground was immaculate and the employees were very respectful. We are sure to return here.

We really like this KOA! The staff are always friendly and helpful. There are always activities to do. The area is awesome! Lots of wineries to visit. And if you’re in Newburgh, you have to visit Hudson Taco. Best tacos around! This was our second time there and we’d definitely go back!

Nice place. Not overly memorable. A lot of poison ivy. So much so that we had to carefully attend to where our dogs walked and where we stepped. They could use some grounds maintenance but that’s the only main concern. The sites were wooded and shaded and separated far enough apart that it was comfortable. The shower house was mid renovation on the exterior but didn’t go in to see the interior

When we got there it was night and really couldn't see. A camper (seasonal) helped us get into our site. Once day came we saw a beautiful campground and plan to stay there again. The sites are great and "private" not like some campgrounds when you are on top of each other.

Your camp ground is great but your showers need some work done on them . Your staff is excellent very helpful and friendly . We had two maintenance man help us hike up are camping and they where fabulous and so helpful . This was our second stay and will always keep your camp ground in mind if we plan on staying in that area again .

We had a wonderful stay. Even though it was extremely hot, we still had fun at the pool, listening to the DJ, and really really enjoyed the wine slushies. One suggestion, and this goes to fellow campers. Be nice to the people who work at the campground. Remember, while you are enjoying your vacation, they are there working to make sure you have a great stay. See you soon!!

The bathroom and shower were not clean, and the pool had bubbles under the floor surface with chipped paint in several areas. However, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the campsite, park, and activities were all great. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the cleanliness and pool maintenance could definitely be improved.

Very nice campground and location nice and wooded sites and very nice amenities. The staff very helpful and friendly and activities throughout the weekend. They were texting us all kinds of updates to food trucks on site to helpful information. This KOA is a great steal for just a Holiday. Very impressive. Thank you KOA

Had a great visit. Wood delivery was quick. Kids rhode bikes all day and played. One pool needed some cleaning but otherwise great visit and a lot of fun! Staff was also a plus! Campground was quiet at night!

We rented cabin K3 and the front porch was dangerously loose and broken near the front door. Also there was a young child driving a golf cart without a parent fast. He was about 10 or 11 in age and I suggest there be guidelines not allowing this.

Under new management. Seems to be headed in the right direction. Friendly staff, clean grounds and newly renovated areas including the restrooms, showers, grounds and a lot more. Great place to stay!

We had a beautiful site. The store was full of interesting things but lacked some camping basics. Like a bar of soap. The bathrooms were clean. The pool was fine but seemed old and in need of repair and it seemed unfortunate that all the buildings next to the pool were not being used.

Under new management and looks like a real effort is being made in caretaking of the campground. However the pool situation is grim. One pool closed off and the other pool not being cleaned or filtered or properly filled. It’s like dirty bath water or a giant Petri dish. Staff is very friendly. Liked the wine store and the woman there made an awesome slushy. Glad to see Carol again too.

Beautiful wooded sites! So much nicer than some of these “parking lot” style campsites. Very disappointed in the pool area. Both pools need your attention. Did not look like the picture on your brochure.

We love the large shady spots and weekend breakfasts. However we were not happy with the children and teens who were riding bicycles and driving golf carts in an unsafe manner. I was almost hit by several bicycles or carts when I was walking around the campground. I realize it is difficult to enforce the rules but the safety of all campers should be a priority.

Very pleased with the well kept grounds and lack of litter. Garbage pick up was a welcome surprise. Althought my husband experienced a cold shower in the evening, we were both pleasantly surprised by the hot showers in the morning. Definitely a great place to stay. Also, despite hundreds of campers, the place quieted down nicely at dusk and it made sleeping peacefully possible. Thanks so much .

We stayed 2 separate times, once on way to cape cod and then again on the way home. Super happy to find this rest spot so close to rt 84. Really enjoyed the campground. Nice space between sites. The housekeeping staff do a great job cleaning up. The only feedback I can give is that the dog park is in need of attention. Grass was high and the space is a pretty small.

Check -in was easy and staff member was friendly. It was nice to see children running and playing on the big open lawn in front of the office building. Older kids came later to play some ball. I didn't get to use the pool during my one night stay, but have enjoyed it in past visits.

Was not sure what I was in for as I was driving into the general area, but upon reaching the campground I was delighted. It's back from the main road, lots of trees, spacious, a quaint pond, and a well stocked general store (although note: prices are quite steep). I had a tent site and despite it being surrounded by other campers it felt private because of the trees. They also did an excellent job making each space clearly marked. The amenities were great.
