Staff was friendly and helpful. Campspot was decent. Had enough room to park our 38 ft travel trailer and our truck. Our camp spot offered privacy and was adequately spaced from other campers. Spots were pretty level despite being gravel/dirt. Our stay was the end of September.

My only disappointment: I went up to the office to ask for a late checkout or pay an extra day. The man behind the counter said someone was due in my site and he would let me stay an extra hour and leave at 1pm for an additional charge, which I did. Later on my way home I reviewed the email receipt which states the late checkout is 2 pm.

Had a nice stay. But, the $6.00 Resort Fee should not be charged in spring/fall when there is nothing open. Hopefully this changes for next year. Once again, Ms Carol is so nice and made the stay enjoyable. Also, apple pie wine slushies were yummy.

Our overall stay was nice. My family and I really enjoy visiting this KOA. Carol is wonderful with our children, and they love making crafts with her!

Nice site, however there were too many golf carts and foul language from fellow partying neighbors.

Overall the campground was good but we had a difficult time backing into site 19. It was at an awkward angle on a very narrow road with trees and stumps at the entry and we had to jockey the rig about eight tries to get it into the site. But we made it and overall the stay was good.

We stayed in deluxe cabin k106. Lovely!! Enjoyed our view of the pond and watching the kids on the playground. Only downside was getting hot water to the shower. Had to have maintenance come by to show us the "secret" to hot water. All in all a very positive stay. Thx you.

Ein Host bei der Ankunft sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die anderen eher distanziert . Die Duschen waren in einem schmutzigen, erbärmlichen Zustand , Männertoiletten ebenfalls dreckig !

We had a wonderful time staying for a weekend at this KOA. This location saved us when we got stuck in rain & traffic and our original site refused to let us check in after 9pm. Very friendly staff and the tent site we had was spacious and level. Great experience!

Campsite was awesome. Friendly staff. Showers and Restrooms need repair & cleaning. No hot water in shower. Men's restroom dirty with 1 toilet out of order. Smell of sewage near showers. Told sewer system to be upgraded over winter & smell was due to excessive rain. No action taken to correct hot water issue after it was reported to employee.

We stayed just for an overnight. Sites are very long & spacious & wooded, but interior roads are narrow and tight to navigate; however, it is doable because lots of larger rigs there. Although weather was rainy and we didn’t get to enjoy our outside space much, we would most likely consider stopping again when we are in the area.

We like to stay at the KOA deluxe cabins on our travels. We had multiple problems with the hot water and TV's that were addressed but never fixed. The people were very nice but we would not stay at this KOA again.

The store was immaculate, and the staff helpful and cheerful. The playgrounds and non camping areas appeared neat and well kept. The camp sites are overgrown, dark, damp, cramped and run down. The showers were dirty. The men’s room had two toilets, one of which was out of order. Our site was muddy, and the fireplace was a wet pit. Worst KOA site we have ever had.

It was a rainy, cool and gray weekend. However, access to the arcade, campstore, craft activites and the friendly staff helped us make the best of it and actually enjoy our visit.

First and foremost, the staff is outstanding... super friendly and helpful. The only reason I might hesitate to recommend this KOA is that the primary area for larger rigs is a bit tight, particularly when campers don't make an effort to mitigate the adverse effect of having their tow vehicles or toads stick out into the main path leading through the area.

I think the KOA policy of charging for late checkout should change. As long as I leave prior to checkin time and notify you, it should be ok with no extra charge.

The employees were very polite, answered all my questions and even looked up addresses for places I wanted to go. Also, loved my site because it was very private. I live on Long Island and always stop at this KOA on the way home finishing up our trip before going home.

The local kids from the area get in there and ride bikes all around causing trouble. These are kids in my son’s school who live close and every time I get in trouble for kids that I didn’t even bring there. They say they’re with me and I have no idea until Security complains to someone who didn’t even make the reservation. If they would’ve talk to me, whose name is on the reservation.

The park is a ways off the highway. Go slow if you are a big rig - the roads have curves & dips. Roads in the park are a little tight for big rigs especially when they are busy (& people park inconsiderately). Check-in before dark; the park is dark! We've stayed twice, both our spots were level & the hookups worked well. We changed plans a couple of times due to weather & the staff was awesome.

The music on Saturday night was extremely loud and too long. Very inappropriate and not considerate of campers.

This was our first visit to a KOA and will not be our last to this one in particular. We spent a week with another camping couple and had an awesome time. The staff were friendly and attentive. When we arrived we were missing a picnic table. I called the office and figured by the time we set up, which takes us 3 hours min, we are tent glampers so we have a lot of stuff, they would be by. To our surprise they came immediately. It seems the previous campers had moved it to another site. Two young men moved it back, apologized and left. They come by every evening to pick up the trash. The dumpster on the map had been removed. The office staff were always helpful. Now for the "wildlife" There were two extremely large owls who loved to swoop down and startle us. We had a skunk visit us the one night my dear husband didn't put the trash out. The Fox's began crying out in the middle of the night, we didn't know what it was so our friends called the office and a night lady asked them to hold the phone so she could hear it and advised what it was. In the middle of the night, they answer the phone!!!! We had a bird fly into the tent one afternoon but the most annoying flying things were the mosquitoes, they were vicious, they ate me up to the point it was very uncomfortable. We loved the location and the campgrounds and are planning another trip in late May or early June, hopefully before the mosquitoes come comping. The other campers were friendly and respectful. The section we were in had a lot of trees but not so many you can't enjoy the sun. A really nice relaxing experience. Will be back.

We were here Columbus weekend 2020 and we coming back again. What a great campground. Our first time here for Columbus Weekend 2020 and we all had a blast. Kids had also a good time. Halloween theme weekend was good as it gets during these times of Covid19. Lots to do in the area wine tasting or hiking and biking. Place was clean and staff were really nice. We sure are coming back. it was nice listing to the music on weekends with band and dj. 2023- great as always love coming here
