Easy check-in, clear directions to our site. Site was large and easy to get into. Camp store is well stocked. The staff were great about giving us a little extra time on checkout day when we needed to make a small repair to our vehicle - we only needed a short time but it was so nice to not stress about finishing the repair and being able to clean up and put things away properly before departure.

Douches pas vraiment propre. Conteneurs à déchets pleins. Beaucoup de bruit. Pour une nuit c’est correct mais sans plus.

I’ve had to provide License number of the pickup AND license number of the FifthWheel at the check in, plus the issuance authority of those licenses. Don’t under stand that need of control identity…won’t go back…

We were kept up all night by our camping neighbors. They came into our campsite and messed with our belongings. Quiet hours are not enforced. Campsites are filthy. We were kicked out of the storm center/arcade during a bad storm. Bathrooms were flooded by rowdy teenagers and never cleaned up. Left and went to a hotel.

I've been at a few KOAs and had a lovely stay at Newburgh. However, I was surprised that there were no pillows or blankets. I did read to bring linens but it would have been more helpful to explain linens encompasses sheets, towels, linens and blankets. There also was no dish soap provided or plastic drinking cups (coffee mugs but no cups). These simple things should be a staple.

The staff at Newburgh KOA were all friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with them. The camp store was impressive with plenty of items to choose from. Our only complaint was with the condition of the restrooms and showers. They were not very clean. We realize it may be due to staffing issues but we believe clean restrooms and showers should be top priority for all campgrounds.

We have been here before. But it appears that regular maintenance is not being done and things are deteriorating. The Jump pillow was not available most of our stay. The mini golf looks like it has been abandoned for years. There is only one good basketball, just to name a few disappointments. I reached out to customer service but still have not heard back.

Bathrooms were clean but run down. Camp store did not have let's on items - didn't know how much things were. Goose poop everywhere. Mini golf course was dilapidated and full of rocks. Need to be swept and kept smooth/clean. Pancakes were very good, but they started 10 minutes late at 9:10AM.

The place looks like a trailer park. Flower boxes between sites are full of weeds and needs to be cleaned out. Work campers site looks terrible I have photos. I been staying there for 14 years going to maine each year. I will have to stay there in the way back but that will be my last time.

great wooded campground. nice lake to walk around even with the geese. quiet. some parts of road are narrow but passable. wine store only open on weekends when we were there. good water pressure.

Camp site 4 was a bad site there was no entrance for your vehicle you share an entrance with the two beside you and if they park there you’re stuck at that site. Place needs a good makeover

Nice campground overall but, there was dog stool everywhere in the playground, it was disgusting and smelled bad.

The screens in my cabin had tears in them so we had to keep the windows closed and it was very hot. Pancakes were to be served until 11:00 but at 10:45when we went to get them they were already done. Grounds were not as kept up as years before and wine store had crap gas station wine this time.

I like all the activities this campground has to offer. Carol is great with the activities at the campground. We loved tie-dying shirts. The campsites are nice and the public facilities were clean. Though, the weekend we went, it was very humid and lots of mosquitoes - but they can't control the weather...lol. Though we had a wonderful time!

Too many mosquitoes I got bit 50 times cabin mattresses where not clean door did not close a temporary nail was holding the rope for the lock bar and broke at 7:45 am was lock out fir 1 and half hour emergency number fir help did not pick up The bags at pool side and cabin was unbearable

The deluxe cabin was clean and well stocked with items that hadn’t even crossed our minds when we started packing for camp.

The campsite was well maintained and clean. However, there was only one public restroom for the whole camp. The staff was great, very helpful, and friendly. The only complaint was with the other campers - they were very loud (music/talking - more like yelling) past midnight. Not sure how hard it is to enforce the noise ordinance. That issue would be why we don't come back. Sorry.

We loved the site. It was very woodsy, secluded, but still located close to amenities. The campground is in a great location for taking in some of the local attractions. Thanks!

Love this place. Two nice pools. RV Sites are huge and level.. nice store along with an amazing staff…. Winery was only open on weekends but the staff are willing to let you do a tasting…. we will be back …..

Staff is very friendly, and the campground is very peaceful. There is plenty to entertain the kids from 2 full size pools, a playground, a large sand pit, a full beach volleyball court, a gaga pit, mini golf course, a full basketball court, horseshoe court, large bounce pillow, and an activity center that has board games, coloring books/crayons, jenga wood blocks, hula hoops, etc.

Geese subtract from the enjoyment of sitting and fishing at the pond. Tracking in geese poop to my camper is not something unavoidable, remove the geese, they are useless to your campground since there is only two things they do, eat and poop and polute your pond. There are companies that can do this for you.

We stayed here because we wanted to visit the nearby Angry Orchard and take the tour of their tasting treehouse. We had an electrical issue at our site. I contacted the office. They were very responsive and someone came out to address this within 5 minutes. That staff member was helpful and knowledgeable. The problem was quickly corrected and we had no trouble for the rest of our stay. Our site was nice. We picked a corner which was a pull through. It was a little smaller because of this but there were many sites much larger to choose from. There are 2 pools. They are a bit dated but clean and a nice cool down spot. They had the basics in the store and delivered our firewood. On the weekends they had breakfast being served over at the pool. This was a welcome surprise. They also had firetruck rides and cabins. I took some pictures of those for a potential group trip we are planning. They have a dog park as well. I also took a picture of site 148 across from us. It is a premium site with gas grill, bench by the fire and patio furniture with a concrete pad. We would definitely return.

Beautiful, relaxing park in the woods! Gals in the office bent over backward to move us to a spot that would fit our large big rig camper better that the spot that we had picked. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Bravo!
