We have stayed at the Natural Bridge/Lexington KOA multiple times and it just keeps getting better! The premium deluxe patio sites are perfect for our big rig. The campground is very clean and a pleasure to visit. The folks in the office are always friendly and accommodating. New sites and amenities are being added and we look forward to enjoying them in future visits.

This is our second stay at the Natural Bridge KOA. We love the place and will be back for sure. They are making so many improvements and expanding. Sites are beautiful. Employees are fun and helpful. Can’t wait to go back!!

Dave was super helpful. After guiding us to our campsite he gave us his extra coaxial cable and helped me set up our camper TV so that we could watch Monday Night Football! He was very kind and courteous.

Great location & staff were great! Sites were flat, nicely spaced, full hook up & immaculate. Would highly recommend. We camped in a motor home.

Beautiful new sites. Convenient to I81, clean, nice patio with fireplace, grill, and table/chairs. Couldn't ask for anything more. Hilly terrain but no problem for 39 ft. Class A Towing a jeep.

This year round KOA is set in a beautiful woodsy setting. We received awesome service from check in (after hours escort to our site) to checkout. The staff was also very informative with trouble shooting our outdated smart tv. This campground provides the accommodations of cabins, tent areas, and level RV/tow behind sites. We really liked the composite decking and picnic table at our site.

Perfect stop for our overnight stay during our trip south. We will be there again on our return trip and will make it a destination trip someday. Love the setting. Staff very helpful in the setup.

Stayed at the Natural Bridge KOA and had a great experience. The park is clean, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. Staff were friendly and escorted us right to our site. Our RV spot was level and roomy, with a nice fire ring and picnic table. It’s only a few minutes from Natural Bridge State Park, which is a must-see. Wi-Fi is limited, but cell service is good. Overall, a peace

My 3rd stay and definitely won't be my last. The staff are friendly and helpful, the sites are clean and organized, bathrooms and showers are super clean. it's conveniently located and quiet. Because of this campground I joined KOA. thank you

We’ve stayed overnight here for decades however the campsites need work. Sites aren’t level and missing gravel. The electric post did not work. It appeared to be a ground issue at the post. A lot of focus on. Ew construction and not on the rest of the campground.

This is the nicest koa.. the staff is kind and friendly and very helpful.. anytime we travel we stop over for a night.. VERY CLEAN.. and keep up the great stuff

Very nice campground but our site was very sloped. Had a hard time getting truck disconnected from the 5th wheel. Then the levelers were maxed out on one side to get level. The camper aside of us had the same issue. This site is not good for a 5th wheel RV

As always, excellent stay. I stop here on my way north in the spring and south in the fall. It’s always well after closing when I arrive and without my asking I get a call around closing time to get my eta, when I arrive someone meets me and guides me to my site. Continual improvements, nice campground, friendly staff.

Didn’t find out about the lack of internet connection until we arrived. For that reason, we cut our stay short to stay connected to the requirements of our life. Also paid an outrageous price for tv cables but couldn’t get my brand new tv to pick up cable channels. I asked the groundskeeper but he couldn’t figure out what was going on and said the owners were out of town.

We only stopped over for one night. The location of this park is great, right off I-81. The park is a little hilly and the turn from registration to get to the lower, big rig sites was tight. I almost hit some rocks that are placed next to some decorative trees. My rig and truck are 58 ft. long. The site I was given was very level and long enough to fit both my rig and truck, end to end.

We stopped for an overnight and the staff was so nice to us even when putting in at closing time! Form the smell of the pine trees, the ease of access and the cleanliness of the bath house we enjoyed our short stay very much and we will be back, thank you all for caring and doing such q good job taking care of this KOA!

We stayed in one of the new premium deluxe pull-thru sites with the patio. What a nice set up! We used the gas grill and enjoyed having the concrete slab. The staff was busy the whole week we were there -- emptying trash cans, cleaning sites, etc. With two dogs, we also appreciated the availability of poop bags and waste receptacles. We travel I-81 often and would plan to stay again.

We were not there during peak season so we did not fully take advantage of all the amenities. However, the bathroom was conveniently located and very clean. Shower were a good size and water was hot. It was a cute campground and was kept up nicely. It looks like some work is being done close by, not sure if it will be park of the park. Staff was very friendly. Store was well stocked.

This KOA is a quick getaway for us as one of us still is working and we can get there fairly quickly and we still get to enjoy time away without having to travel for hours. The campground is clean and the people working there are very friendly and helpful..Thank you for what you do!

Site was as advertised. Staff were courteous and helpful. We needed 15 extra minutes to check out and staff were flexible about this. And we were able to buy farm fresh eggs from the camp store. We've stayed at this KOA many times, and expect to stay there on many more occasions.

We've been coming here since 2019, this was the least of those stays. In site 101 the wifi was pretty much non existent, and the cable was prone to dropping channels. I was also in site 6 the first week. Wifi and cable worked just fine down there? The service and staff were wonderful as always. Just a few bugs to work out up top I guess.

Great park. People there great. Alot of updating to pull throu. Love this koa. We stop at this part twice a year. They have worked to make it great. A little pricey but still a good one.

Stayed here in our RV for my nephews wedding weekend in Buena Vista - Natural Bridge. The campground is very well run and we loved our site which included a deck. Pool was nice and the game room looked fun even though we didn't get a chance to play air hockey. Would stay here again!

Definitely a 5 star stay. The staff could not be any nicer! The place is spotless and beautiful. Very quiet! We will definitely come out this way again and stay here!
