It was a wonderful campground and the spot was great. But there was basically no internet or cell service where our spot was. We had a hard time connecting with family and friends due to this issue. We had to go out of the park and onto the road. Otherwise very nice place.

Helpful staff. Helped with me backing in my camper. Bathroom was spotless. Close to lots of things to see. Beautiful area.

We were just an overnight on our trip south. We are coming back on our return home in May. I didn’t give it a 5 as I never used the bathrooms or even walked around the park as the weather wasn’t that great the night we stayed.

Have to pay to bring kids,showers were not working, no golf carts allowed,seemed more like a retirement community then a campground. Even the playground equipment was outdated

It will be a nice place once the construction is over. When you check in you block all incoming traffic. They should of made a lane for the people already there.

Our site 82 was difficult to level for our larger coach. We are almost 60 feet with toad we had to get close to the road in park to be acceptable but not 100 percent level.

HORRIBLE site...on the side of a exposed gravel road with exposed vehicle traffic & barely nothing seperating us from the traffic...been going here for years & was so surprised that this site was even able to be rented & was not cheap..so disappointed.

Our spot was awful! We were only there one night with a small camper. We were put on a hillside spot that was very narrow. It was so steep that there wasn’t even a good spot to put our lawn chairs. However, the bathrooms were fabulous! Incredible clean. I would certainly recommend the bathrooms. Not spot 58 AT ALL!

The cabin had a lot of stink bugs inside. We tossed about 15 or 20 out of the door in 2 nights. It was gross, wife was not impressed. For what that cabin cost I will choose a hotel next time.

Already a lovely campground there’s a lot of activity creating new sites. The location is amazing with easy access to many tourist attractions. There are many new plantings insuring that the area will get even lovelier.

The koa was well kept and nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful in all aspects. We already booked our next stay

Easy to get to. Service/gas very close. Sites are tight and the one we had was full of roots making walking difficult. Showers closed in one building? More slope in showers would make for a dryer drying off area. Linda at check in was great.

We stayed Monday-Friday in April. Nice campground , nice people and a nice area to roam. The Natural Bridge State Park is a really nice site to see.

Nice clean campground. Gas station right at the entrance. Super easy on and easy off. Beautiful bathrooms. We loved having David assist us by piloting us to our lot. We enjoyed chatting with him and knowing he was on-site overnight.

Staff are very pleasant. We had site 29, 45’ towing. There needs to be branch trimming in order to get to the site as our mirrors were hitting branches….. The site is NOT level, creating a dangerous situation when using our auto jack system it lifted the front of the coach in the air in order level itself. This pad should be levelled properly to accommodate a 45’ towing..

A great campground just off 81. We’ve stayed twice traveling through the area. They continue to upgrade and improve. Large sites with trees.

Love this KOA. Lovely area and the park is neat and clean. Really nice KOA patio sites and they are always making improvements. We stay a few times a year in our way to and from FL. Always a pleasure!

Convenient location off Highway 81 and Route 11. Upon entry, KOA staff greeted us and quickly processed our arrival. Got an escort to our site and staff assisted with the parking of our trailer. Very peaceful, facility is large and expanding with new campsites. Feed the chickens! Staff was more than accommodating. Looking forward to the next visit at the Natural Bridge KOA in Lexington, Va.

The improvements made to this campground over the years is impressive.. We were in site 75 which was not level but the campground is clean and easily accessible so it definitely rates 5 stars...

Very nice campground directly off of Rt 81. Close to local attractions. The park has had regular upgrades, everything was clean and new looking. Sites were level and full hookup/sewer/cable/wifi were available. Staff is friendly and helpful. I'll stay here again.

We stayed in a primitive cabin while there to visit the safari park on a quick guys getaway . Cabin was great and very clean. They had a decent game room and the staff was really nice. They must be doing a lot of grounds renovations because they had a lot of the grounds areas torn up. Some buildings as you drive in looked a bit run down. Not the best first impression which is why the 4 stars. Overall a decent campground and affordable.
