The facilities were so clean and the staff was beyond kind. Very helpful and friendly.

Great campground. The grounds, the cabins, and the bath houses are well kept and very clean. The only problem we had was that the heater was not big enough to heat the cabin when it's in the low 30's. We had very good sleeping bags so we were able to finally get warm after we got in the sleeping bags. However, we would have had to go buy a heater or leave if we had not of had the sleeping bags.

We made reservations for a single night in a One Room Cabin. Our arrival was going to be after 10 pm. We were thrilled to be in a cabin close to the showers, and pleasantly surprised to find the space heater on, and the cabin already at a comfortable temperature. How thoughtful! The Bathroom/Showers and Cabin were immaculate. Which is why we love to stay at KOA Campgrounds. Thank You! :)

Super close to the Great Bridge Park as well as all the surrounding hikes. Bathrooms were so so clean and staff were over the top friendly. Always smiling always checking in, I was so impressed. It made for a wonderful trip with my husband. We’re a military family from Washington and take every opportunity my husband has of free time to camp/explore Virginia and this is by far the best.

Nice rustic cabin and park.Had to leave as only tiny heater in cabin and the weather was 20 degrees colder than normal would stay again

The campground was very convenient, clean, and the staff were super friendly. We stayed here to visit the natural bridge and couldn’t have been happier. It was freezing cold during our stay but we had enough blankets in the cabin that we were just fine.

Very nice campground, we stayed in one of the cabins.only thing was the heater that was supplied wasn't warm enough, we know that it was a little cold but I think you should get bigger heaters

We had a great time. Friendly staff, well kept grounds, and a nice camp ground layout. Many of the camp sites decorated for Halloween and there were quite a few trick or treaters. We stayed in a cabin and were just a short walk to where my family had their campers.

We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins with a half bath. It was incredibly clean and the perfect amount of space for our family of 5. I’d highly recommend it!

Fun things hosted by campground, decor is wonderful, lots nearby to do! Cool little spots along Rt. 11 to visit, a cidery, a brewery/ winery, Layne’s Country Store! Fun all around!!!

Old school KOA. Friendly staff. Very well maintained restrooms and showers. Wish the cigarette smell wasn't noticeable in cabin. Must be in the curtains and mattresses.

We love stopping here! We stay in the cabin at this stop and love the proximity to the bathroom. We love the winery nearby, Luray was a great stop and Lexington is a pretty drive to bypass the highway. (Plus Devil Backbone was great for lunch/dinner).

The two-bedroom cabin was very clean, with plenty of space and very close to the restrooms! The showers and toilets were very clean. Friendly staff at the front office and the pool looked amazing. We'll be back again. The location is a few minutes' drive to Natural Bridge and the local zoo!

We stayed in side by side deluxe cabins with friends and had a wonderful time. The cabins were VERY clean and had everything stocked that we could possibly need. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable enjoyable after a day out seeing the sights. The gas grill was a great surprise as we made a big steak dinner one night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

It was a nice campground. Very clean and the staff was kind. The cabin could use some love. There was no outside power or water. There is a big light right outside the back window and the lights from the bathroom. The curtains inside are tiny and don't cover the windows. It made sleeping pretty hard. The pool was nice and it was well maintained.

After visiting Natural Bridge, we decided to stay local before getting back on the highway. This KOA was only 10 minutes from Natural Bridge and right off the highway, very easy to find. We pulled in and there were only a few campers, as it is early season. The office was clean and carried many items that campers would need, like firewood for the fire pit, The staff was friendly and accommodating, and asked if there was anything we needed. I purchased a bundle of firewood for a cheap $7.00 which was delivered (we were the fire firewood delivery of the season) The camp site was clean and a great size with a deck and picnic table and beside the deck was a fire pit. The bathrooms were clean and modern, They also have a laundry that was spotless with new washer and dryers. There is a dog park and a playground for kids along with a basketball court. They also have cabins and tiny home cabins. We will definitely make this a stop every trip we make.

Stayed for 2 nights just after New years Eve at rv Site #3 right across from the office. That specific row of sites are at different elevations. Making them offset from one another along with the deck that made it feel like you weren't so on top of one another, which was a plus. Campground it's self had 100 sites plus more sites currently under construction. Office and staff was pleasant and facility was clean. Since it was winter, we had the place to ourselves practically, and if it was more crowded, I probably would have preferred a site off to the back. They had a game room with updated games, small outdated basic kids playground, basketball court, and dog run. We only used the Campground to sleep as we traveled around the area to near by attractions natural bridge and some of the hiking trails during most of the day. Bathrooms were clean and updated from the one I used. Wish we had more time to have visited the little tiny farm they had at the entrance which had chickens and goats.
