Everything was good, except the camping cabin took a few hours to warm up to a comfortable temperature. It would be very helpful if the staff turned the heater on in the morning, when a guest is expected.

This is a great KOA. Very friendly and helpful workers. Immaculate bathrooms, showers and laundry. Everything in working order and like new. Although built on a hill, sites were very level.

Very campground. We were running late and the office called us to make sure we were still enroute. Site was very nice even though it rained.

We love this campground! We stay a lot of 1-nighters: 1st and last stops from home but have also stayed here for a long weekend with our daughter, son-in-law and grandkids in a cabin. Friendly staff, clean and well taken care of sites. They seem to be always upgrading and adding new sites/cabins. Great place to stay.

It was a stopover on my way home. We took advantage of the showers and they were very clean and the staff very friendly. I will be planning another visit.

This was our very first KOA experience after purchasing our RV in 2020. Since we were first time RV owners and this campground is close to home, we decided it was a good place to test things out with the RV. After a few years of traveling for vacations, we still stay here for weekend or thanksgiving getaways. This is one of our favorite KOA’s!

Quiet, quite empty, light rain. There was a wildfire 6 miles away but we felt safe. Informed. Bathrooms functional, nice. Site slightly off level but fine. Nice pup walking area.

We arrived after dark and make the mistake of turning into the private residence as it was all lit up like a Christmas tree. You need better signage to direct folks to the office.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Sites were big the whole campground was very clean. The bathrooms and showers were very clean too. Easy access off interstate 81 look forward to coming back again sometime

Very nice campground. I asked to not be right next to another camper if possible and they accommodated me even a firt time client. They were well organized. Had a map ready to show the easiest way to get to the spot. They also had trails and some land you can walk your dogs in which i really appreciated. Did not use the restrooms or showers. Very small dog yard. Right off the highway but no noise

What an amazing experience! The staff was BEYOND friendly and their customer service was the best I had ever experienced. The layout was well thought out and the Safari park was right next door, literally!!!! Stay here! They know how to tend to their guests and how to run a KOA the right way!

The staff was very friendly and helpful.. I came in after dark and left before daylight so did not get to see any of the camp. the layout look good.

We stayed in a primitive cabin while there to visit the safari park on a quick guys getaway . Cabin was great and very clean. They had a decent game room and the staff was really nice. They must be doing a lot of grounds renovations because they had a lot of the grounds areas torn up. Some buildings as you drive in looked a bit run down. Not the best first impression which is why the 4 stars. Overall a decent campground and affordable.

Just a nice quiet well-run KOA with friendly & helpful staff. Conveniently located off the highway, yet far enough away that you do not hear highway traffic. Yes, the natural terrain is hilly, but all the campsites I saw were pretty level. The hilly terrain enhances water run-off, so the sites dry quickly, and there were no annoying mud pits. Easy check in, great camp store, and a wonderfully picturesque full-service campground close to nearby attractions like Natural Bridge State Park, the Safari, and City of Lexington. We were so fortunate to be at Natural Bridge / Lexington KOA when we developed a power issue in our 5th wheel camper. This KOA has personnel who are knowledgeable in RV equipment and were able to replace a defective voltage regulator. That's a service that could take days to even schedule, but with the personnel at this KOA we were able to repair in 24 hours. Chris really helped us out, did an unbelievable job, and we could not be more grateful.

We just stayed for an overnight and we're very happy with the site, campground and all employees we spoke with. This is our second time here and look forward to a longer stay next time
