Had a wonderful stay. The place is clean. Wished the sites are a bit more spread out another 5 ft. I think would make a difference and won’t feel too clutter to the sites.

We only stayed one night and we arrived late but the lady there came up to us and without one word being said she asked us if we were the Neece reservation and I responded with a yes and she said just follow her to are site which was a delight since it was dark when we arrived she directed us onto the site and us pulled in and parked in the first attempt.

A bigger dog park would be nice. a 2 hour trick or treat time, so the kids can visit all the campsites. Loved the crafts and the flat sites. Loved how attentive the staff was to the needs of the campers.

Staff were very attentive to the grounds yet were quiet and respectful as they worked. The attention was evident in the condition of every site, roads, buildings. Appreciated the escort to the site.

I have stayed at many many KOA and other campgrounds and the Natural Bridge KOA was by far the best camping experience I have ever had. The pull thru site was beautiful..big cement pad, great sewage drain locations. Electrical, cable and water centrally located. Fire pit, picnic table and BBQ grill. Perfect..Very professional, courteous and friendly staff. We will make it a point to stay again.

Beautiful campground layered on a hill, so lots of lots on different levels. Looks very good. Easy access from the highway and gas station to refill right there! Awesome staff!

This KOA is well maintained and the price was reasonable. It is in a beautiful setting with Natural Bridge nearby. I would stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful personnel. Campground is very clean and well maintained. Have been coming here for years on our way to/from Florida and have seen constant improvements being made, all for the better.

Very nice campground, we stayed in one of the cabins.only thing was the heater that was supplied wasn't warm enough, we know that it was a little cold but I think you should get bigger heaters

Only was there for one night as I was passing through on my way to Florida. This was my second stay at this campground. Very friendly and accommodating.

The campground was very nice. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. Loved having the trick or treaters. Location is excellent. Our campsite was a little small. #53. I felt like we were on top of each other the whole time. We also rented a cabin for our daughter. It was clean and comfortable. Overall a great stay. I just wouldn't pick site #53 again.

I love staying at KOA's because the sites are almost always level and the WI-FI is great. Unfortunately the WI-FI at Natural Bridge/Lexington was horrible. The campground is very clean and the front people at the front desk are very nice.

We just stayed one night on are way home from the beach. Went the next morning to see if we could extend our stay for one more night but you were booked. We plan on coming back to stay longer

Dusty entrance which covered us with every vehicle coming in. Overall a great KOA it just needs a playground upgrade and pavement on the entrance/ exit.

I have stayed at this RV park many times and like it very much--but I sure wish they would level their sites. There was not one that I stayed in that was perfectly level. I know that many RV parks do not have level sites and that RVers are used to using leveling blocks/devices. However, I expect KOA RV parks to meet a higher standard.

We had a great time. Friendly staff, well kept grounds, and a nice camp ground layout. Many of the camp sites decorated for Halloween and there were quite a few trick or treaters. We stayed in a cabin and were just a short walk to where my family had their campers.

Easy check in and escort to the site. We stayed in site 95 very level enjoyed a premium site. Firewood was $7.00.

Great location that is super easy to access from either direction of Route 81, directly across the street from the south bound exit. 3 gas stations in the immediate area that can fit RV's easily. Campground is far enough down a long driveway and on other side of a hill that you don't hear the interstate. They are currently working on a notable expansion of their pull through patio sites as of March 2025. Had no trouble with the laundry facilities. Pool was closed for our recent stay March 2025 but was open late Sept 2024 on a prior visit. Site is close to Natural Bridge State Park and the town of Lexington which are both definitely worth checking out when in the area. This place works great as an overnight stop or for staying a few days. I definitely recommend it.

After visiting Natural Bridge, we decided to stay local before getting back on the highway. This KOA was only 10 minutes from Natural Bridge and right off the highway, very easy to find. We pulled in and there were only a few campers, as it is early season. The office was clean and carried many items that campers would need, like firewood for the fire pit, The staff was friendly and accommodating, and asked if there was anything we needed. I purchased a bundle of firewood for a cheap $7.00 which was delivered (we were the fire firewood delivery of the season) The camp site was clean and a great size with a deck and picnic table and beside the deck was a fire pit. The bathrooms were clean and modern, They also have a laundry that was spotless with new washer and dryers. There is a dog park and a playground for kids along with a basketball court. They also have cabins and tiny home cabins. We will definitely make this a stop every trip we make.
