Great stay, great staff. Had some dead bugs in the cabin but they cleaned it up really quick and gave us some money back so its all good!

We were in Cabin 6, which smells very badly of cigarette smoke. We both woke up with headaches and sore throats. Even from cabin 6 we could hear kids running around on Friday night, well after mid-night. Enforcement of the campground quiet hours would be appreciated. The office hours were inaccessible for us most days; perhaps ordering wood delivery for fires would be highly appreciated.

Large and clean property, RV spaces are good, power water and sewer were easy to access. Spaces are big enough to put up a dog run for my hounds, golf carts are allowed. Right off the interstate, convenient, but a little noisy. Staff was friendly and service was good. We were there the weekend before Halloween, they seemed to have several activities going for the kids. Overall I would recommend.

Your Staff was friendly, professional and most willing to make our stay enjoyable. However, we had poor TV reception and could not enjoy free cable tv. Our TV would fade in and out and have a lot of static. We watched your Staff work tirelessly keeping the grounds clean and manicured. KUDOS!!!

We have not been back for almost two years , there was an employee that made it difficult , there was another who fixed it , this time around it was wonderful to have the nice people back !!!

We knew in advance the weekend forecast called for rain showers. We arrived with clear weather. But the second day the showers arrived. We chose a grassy area, and we're surprised by how quiet this area was. We will ask for this area again.

The park was well attended to this season. Excellent customer service. We enjoyed the pool and kid activities. Holloween is the best time to camp.

Wonderful stay! The location perfect for visiting the area. The campground very well kept and super clean. Our neighbors friendly and the campground staff most accommodating, professional and pleasant. Would not hesitate to return.

The place is good �. But needs some maintenance the mini golf needs repairs . Wooded camp sites are I need maintenance. Over nice camp grounds

We stayed here for a couple of nights as a stop on our way home from a cross country trip. The facilities are clean and well stocked, the staff is friendly and very accommodating. We have stayed here multiple times over the years for various reasons either as the first or last stop on our cross country travels to and from NH. Very nice campground and plenty to do in the area.

Campground had everything we needed, but we were given a very unlevel ste. Not sure that was necessary since there were a lot of vacancies. Our bad for not asking to be moved to a different site.

Close to Mystic & Newport for east sightseeing. Our Kabin was neat & clean. As a fellow KOA employee (different state) I’d recommend this campground to others. Thanks for the stay.

Wonderful stay! Site was level and clean. Loved the finished patio with furniture. Campground was quiet. Our dog loved the Pet Park!

Lots to do on site for the family which makes it easier to get kids interested in going. Cabins are in great condition, clean and stocked with just the right amount of necessities to limit packing to just the essentials.

We stayed at a Patio site pull thru which was in good condition. We did not see any improvements as cleanliness, leveling out the sites that are very steep and difficult to level your camper. The whole campground is in need of a complete facelift which I thought was going to happen with new management. Nothing has changed, prices are high, wouldn't recommend. Staff, in carts, not office, great.

Staff was fantastic! Overall it is one of my favorite places to stay! There isn’t much to do! Especially after the season. Would be nice to utilize all the green flat land behind the pool and have a weekend. Band or something. It did rain this weekend and our site was pretty muddy!

The staff was great and plenty of activities were planned. It's just that it rained and the site was completely flooded so better drainage is needed. Also, it is very close to Interstate 95 and you can hear trucks all night. But, it is in the heart of quaint New England.

People were not very friendly. Quiet hours were NOT observed. We had our neighbor in the cabin next door blaring music at 3 am and chopping wood. It was absolutely rude. We had no numbers to call to ask for someone to speak to them. The same individuals blasted music very early around 6 am our first morning there. We have stayed at other KOA and figured we would give this one a shot. Thumbs down!!

We had a lovely time, rain and all! The only thing I would prefer would be a later checkout for tent sites... I paid for an extra night so I didn't have to get up at 6am and start breaking down my site to be out by 11am.

Very nice campground out in the woods with easy access to the interstate. Sites are spacious and offer nice views throughout the campground. It was clean and quiet - we had a very nice stay.

I was there on a rainy weekend in October. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of everything, especially the bathrooms! My cabin was also spotless and the area is beautiful. All the employees are ready to help and even escort you to your sites. Great place!

only issue was the drainage at the intersection of the 500 area. there is a drain, but did not drain good. water was over 18" deep. there was not a lot of rain during this time. my guess is drain needs to be cleaned out. only issue, great park!!!!!

This is a large KOA. Very spacious. Staff is wonderful. We had a great site near the bathrooms. Very quiet. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the bathrooms. I don't think they clean the showers as well as other KOAs. They are black around the bottom and between the tiles. They locked the other side of the bathroom building, so you only had one side. You could drive up to the main building and use the bathrooms there. Other than that, we loved it. They had a great game room and we played some air hockey. This is such a great place for families with a lot of things for kids. They have a pickle ball court as well. If we are traveling in this area again, we will definitely stay here.
