The staff was great to us, but seemed to be compensting a general manager that was difficult to work for. Several employees gave notice that they were quitting in the six weeks we were there. MOST importantly, this KOA accepted reservations, well in advance, for sites that they knew had sewer problems that needed repairing. I will be cautious about staying with KOA in the future.

We arrived late and it was easy to check in after hours. The cabin was ready and warm when we arrived. We had an enjoyable stay.

It was very welcoming and the staff went above and beyond with all of my needs. They had a great laundry and very clean showers and restrooms. They also had an air pump for a low tire. All in all a great experience close to shopping the beach and the big city or quaint small towns. Also convenient to Foxwoods. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back for the warmer weather.

Staff was fantastic. I called about my propane tank and someone literally drove up almost before I hung up the phone. Cabin was spotless! Can’t wait to go back!

Love the cabins. Not much goes on in the off season. Kamp store hours are minimal but to be expected. Staff is friendly and very welcoming!

Beautiful campground and a wonderful staff. Convenient to the Seaport and tourist areas. We also had fun stoping into neighborhood places.

Stay was great but had trouble with the internet. Not sure why you have after hour support help when they are not helpful. I made 2 calls within 1 1/2 hours for help and asked for a supervisor to call me back and I got nothing- very POOR customer service this was very disappointing especially since we enjoy your facility. I

We had an excellent stay! Clean camp site. Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. All good. The only thing that fell short was the wifi connection.

Relaxing. I met Lisa and her boyfriend, who wee a delight to speak with along with their 2 4 legged ladies. I slept very well and the calmness in the chilly air was warming.

Stayed two nights in an RV; used full hookups and got propane on the way out. Seamless reservation process and check-in, helpful and friendly staff, bathrooms are clean and laundry room is great. Our back-in site was level, easily accessible, and utilities were conveniently located. Like all KOAs, a bit pricey but worth the extra cost for a great experience. Only negative was poor water pressure.

Stay was good, but did not appreciate the lawn blowing work while we were there sitting outside on our patio. Dirt and debris were flying everywhere. This should not have been done at 4pm on a Friday!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin for two nights. We’ve stayed at koa’s in different states before and this was one of the best cabins yet. The kitchen had a stovetop and double sink. The grill extra clean. We liked the rules we had to sign at check in. Some campgrounds don’t follow up on the rules. We will be back next year when the weather is better.

This is a large KOA. Very spacious. Staff is wonderful. We had a great site near the bathrooms. Very quiet. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the bathrooms. I don't think they clean the showers as well as other KOAs. They are black around the bottom and between the tiles. They locked the other side of the bathroom building, so you only had one side. You could drive up to the main building and use the bathrooms there. Other than that, we loved it. They had a great game room and we played some air hockey. This is such a great place for families with a lot of things for kids. They have a pickle ball court as well. If we are traveling in this area again, we will definitely stay here.
