Rude checkin lady. Wouldn't let me arrive early unless I paid extra. Although the lady at the other. Counter checked someone else in and didn't charge them extra and gave her a key.. Rusty water from spickit. The new bathroom/shower not working. The shower I had to use you could smell backup in there and extremely cold. Totally disappointed in this visit. Will not return to this KOA

Bathrooms could use a revamp with newer updates and could be cleaned more frequently. Campground was nice and was right near everything which was super convenient. The ladies in the office were helpful with an issue I was having and they were able to get it resolved for me. I was super grateful! I would recommend if you are looking for place to stay that is near the beach and all the shops!

It seems like there’s some kind of mold in the cabin we stayed in. At the very least the air conditioner is not clean, we have had stuffy noses after about 15 mins of being in the cabin in front of the air. And are still congested several days later. The bathroom was clean and we had no issues with the rest of the campground.

Enjoyed our stay had tv troubles but didn't have right hdmi selected fixed quickly tea brewer didn't.t come on but minor inconvenience cabin was clean comfortable and cool park well kept

Everyone who works here is lovely, kind, and seems to genuinely care about those who stay at this KOA. They offered us anything we might need! Our three kids loved the bouncy-blob, we all loved the pool and how easy it was to drive our family of 5 with all our gear to the beach. This was a great family vacation. We've been before, we loved this weekend, and we will go again!

There was no hot water for the showers, the people next to us left their dogs in the cabin while they were gone and they barked at everything. Kids driving golf carts almost ran my kids over multiple times. No paper towels in the bathroom.

There were some issues with the cabin, but they went above and beyond. To make sure I was happy with my stay. I appreciate everything they did to make me and my family comfortable and happy.

Cabin was nice, showee house on the other hand was a mess all weekend. I understand it was a holiday but two of the four toilets were down all weekend and tge showers didnt get cleaned eather.

Everything was great from staff to fun activities. Only reason I’m not giving 5 star is bc of the cleanliness. The cabins and restrooms need major deep cleaning and scrubbing. Bathrooms needs new paint it’s chipping and stained. I would definitely come back and stay but definitely bring my swifter wet jet. Would also be great if there was a discount on multiple day golf cart rentals.

Nice service very friendly. Lisa was great!!! One thing I don’t like is that you have to undo the bed and gather up the linen and sweep. You only find out about it when you get to the room, and if you don’t there is a penalty. What makes it worst is that check out is at 10 at the cabin so now you have even less time plus having to do their (KOA) chores. Not good.

The staff was absolutely amazing! They always had a smile on their face and greeted you with a warm welcome. They were right on top of things when we told them about an issue in our cabin. We will definitely be back.

Second time we've rented a cabin here for our Myrtle Beach vacation after about 10 years and still love it here. Great location to all attractions and beach. We rented a golf cart and could quickly ride it to the beach and back. Friendly staff and nice pool & splash pad. Gave 4 stars only because store & office close at 4:00, which was a bit inconvenient & unusual for a KOA. Definitely recommend.

Your rates have gone up so much that I could have stayed in a nice motel for less. There was no small fridge in the "rustic" cabin even though the temp was in the high 90s. It was so humid that the door stuck closed.

Sad to watch this property degrade over the years. We have no problem with cabins being shabby, but this was actually dirty. There was old toilet paper stuffed into the shower drain, shower and toilet were filthy, the floor turned the kids' feet black within minutes, and bedroom was thick with mildew. Not looking for fancy, just decent, given the price. Won't be staying here again.

The cabin had roaches, the bathroom wood floor needs to be replaced. The sinks didn't drain, and the cabin was sinking on the back side. Not to mention the water rushing threw the back and the KOA workers trying to figure out where it was coming from.

Siempre ha encantado este lugar y lo he calificado 5 estrellas pero en esta ocacion no puedo porque la cabaña estaba bien descuidada tenía varios daños,el piso estaba súper sucio parecía q no lo habían limpiado en meses en la ducha no nos habían dejado shampoo ni shawer gel y siempre lo hacen y también en la cocina habían cucarachas así q tienen q poner más atención

The first cabin we rented was disgusting so they moved us. It was nice but I rented a full kitchen with eating and cooking utensils it had 3 tablespoons and 3 butter knives. What a joke. The store closed at 4 and the ice cream shop/ snake shop by the pool was never open I gave them pictures of cabin dc01 the first cabin

Our cabin was super dirty , the ac didn’t work , there was no way to contact someone to bring us a fan or switch our cabins they had no record of which cabin we were supposed to be in , bathrooms were disgusting showers in specific. Got bite marks thinking fleas from the cabin all over us . The pool was nice that’s about the only positive thing I have to say about this visit.

Fantastic alternative than staying in a hotel. Kids loved the natural expereinces both at the beach and in the KOA. Pools are nice and clean. Splash pad is fun too, however the blue painted areas are pretty slippery for kids. Microcabin was clean and comfortable for our family. Id definitely stay here again.

The pool was wonderful. Had fun fishing for crabs. The cabin was just beautiful and spacious! Residents and staff were friendly.

The entire staff was friendly, efficient, and work hard to give us the best stay possible. The only negative thing I can say is they need to enforce the no smoking in building policy better. A woman went in the bathroom with my 1yr old grandson smoking a cigarette standing 2ft away from him.

It was very nice, the cabin was nice and clean. There are a lot of accomodations in the campground. The only negative point was the bathroom. They weren’t that clean. But we really enjoyed our stay.

Great campground overall - well organized loops, friendly staff and lots of shade which is welcomed in the summer in Myrtle Beach. The cleanliness of our Cabin (rustic cabin, 2 rooms with no bath) was not as good as I have encountered at state parks. There was fuzz (possibly dog hair) in the fridge, dirt on the floors and graffiti on the walls, so I cannot give 5 stars.

Our stay resulted in us leaving two nights early. The bathrooms were filthy, the cabin door would barely open and close and the camp store was only open until 4pm. What fun is that?! Needless to say, we won't be returning.

400 characters is not enough for me to share with you how blessed you are to have Carol and Misty in your staff. I just lost my husband and these women went WAY above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Again, I don’t have enough space but protect these women at all costs. They’re angels.

The KOA is close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Once you are in the campground there are a lot of trees and plenty of shade. I liked that the jumping pillow and pool stayed open late and there were plenty of showers and bathrooms. I did not like that there were tents set up literally right next to the gates to the dog park and you have to walk through the tent sites to get to the gates.

It was so great I had to keep renewing. 3 nights turned into an amazing week thanks to the KOA staff. The bathrooms are always clean, the place is well maintained, there are a lot of cute activities like the worm train, golf cart parade, pool glow stick party, just love the vibe. Prices are unbeatable too.

Got to our cabin and it was FILTHY. the pile of dirt and dog hair is what I swept up myself upon arrival. The dog hair just kept coming and coming - I could never get it all up.I spent quite a bit of time trying to clean it all up.! if it wasn’t for ruining my kids vacation I would have packed my bags and left . Bathhouses were gross as well.

We stays on a waterfront back in deluxe patio site. Great view and feeling of privacy. The private patio was the highlight. Nice pool (not heated) to quickly cool off in the heat. About 4 blocks from downtown. We rented a golf cart for one day and enjoyed that as well.
