We had an awesome weekend in our camping cabin because it allowed us to bring our dogs with us.

Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. Cable in the master bedroom didn’t work. Cabin floor wasn’t swept when we got there. Found 2 cockroaches in the cabin during our stay. Pool was nice. Staff was friendly

This was the dirtiest Campground I've ever been at. The picnic table was infested, even after cleaning it and using a tablecloth it was covered in multiple kinds of bugs. We couldn't eat outside because flies completely covered your food within 2 minutes. The floors were disgusting as well as the front door. Requested a power washer, they never came with it. Absolutely horrible conditions!!!

Having never been at this KOA it was awesome ! The camping sights were beautiful with unexpected space and like a fairytale setting with tree cover from hot sun. We have a motorhome 40ft and absolutely loved our stay.

It was great! The staff was awesome! My kids and grandson loved the pool, jumping pad, and fishing. We also enjoyed renting a golf cart. That made it so much easier to get to the pool,beach, and stores. The only reason I put a 4 because the bathhouses need some painting or up dating.

it was a great place to set up a tent for a couple of days, it's walking distance to the beach. It's in a great area and I enjoyed my stay!

Campground is nice and as long as you don’t need to use the bathhouse it’s fine. Bathhouse is dated and was pretty nasty.

When I reserved the cabin I made it clear I needed to be close to my sisters cabin. I was told we would be back to back. We were not she was 8cabins down from me. And the bathroom was even farther. The cabin inside was the only thing that met my expectations. Wi-Fi did not work the whole week. So it was pointless to bring my flat screen I brought. Every morning when I showered it was ice cold.

Terrible this was our first and hopefully our last stay at a KOA to many people kids driving golf carts 100mph everywhere all hours of the night never stayed at a campground where the police showed up and still no clue why amenities were nice but to many people to enjoy any of them lady at check in was super nice but that all I can say Myrtle Beach KOA was NOT a good experience

Check in was relatively smooth. Cabin was clean and ready with air conditioning on. They had most necessary amenities except conditioner and body wash was out. With a 4 night stay and 2 adults and 2 children there was plenty of room. There was an issue with cockroaches. And to do laundry after 4pm you better have bills smaller than a $20 or you will have a lot of quarters. All around a good stay.

Wonderful spots for camping, amenities and great customer service. Unfortunately we had a family emergency and had to leave early. But overall it was a great stay.

I went to the office to ask about my air conditioning because it wasn't working and they told me to leave. The air conditioning is terrible for such a small cabin. The bathrooms aren't clean. The cabins aren't well taken care of. The pool wasn't the best either the smell of chlorine was very strong. Overall would not recommend it.

The staff is very friendly. We love Dan & Gina they are the best. Do have one complaint and that is girl’s driving around after 11pm on a golf cart blaring music. This happened multiple nights while we were there. Otherwise we love coming there this was our 4th year staying there.

For a resort, we definitely expected more. The store was the least stocked we have ever seen at a KOA, the poolside restaurant was never consistently open and the items that are offered for purchase could be more expansive. The laundry room, game room and roads could use a lot of updating. Overall, we have enjoyed some holidays more than this location.

Space 153 was nice. The only problem was it was listed as a pull thru but only a class B should be allowed to park there. I have a 24’ trailer and I could not make the turn therefore I had to back out. There is a narrow bridge just to the left of the pull out which makes it very dangerous to try to pull thru.

Beds don't even have a mattress just a thin hard mat, bathrooms were disgusting and golf carts are too expensive to rent.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom camping cabin. The entire experience on the property was great. We loved the worm train. Please consider placing a fan in both rooms so the air distributes better. It was really hot in the peak of summer.

Not impressed at all. We booked a cabin with a refrigerator, tv and microwave to be told they didnt have those cabins and there's no tvs. While they gave us a free night we still had to pay over $300 extra for a better cabin. Its loud all the time, our grill was super dirty with chicken parts and flies. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. I will not be staying again or recommending to anyone.

Love the closeness to the ocean and loved our site! Was stunned by the amount of litter. There were cigarette butts that were between five and ten years old. At July 9, there was plenty of fireworks debris, but spent a solid hour of litter duty, followed by a contest with hubby to find the last piece of trash which went on 'till we left. Suggest employees be incentivized to pick up trash.

Gina! She was amazing! They were very understanding helped us move campsites when he had annoying neighbors, as well moved us into a cabin when available and the cabins have AC and nice bedding, they have nice amenities, and overall the staff was amazing! Shout out to Gina! The most amazing customer service I’ve ever had!

Sites were spacious. Pool, laundry room, bathrooms, and facilities needed upgrades and maintenance. Reconsider trash pick up. Lots of trash bags ripped open throughout campground by wildlife.

The poor-to-fair Wi-Fi and the width of the roadway were our only concerns. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Myrtle Beach KOA is a convenient, clean campground. We have stayed there before, and have enjoyed our stays. It is close to the beach and many area attractions. There are some opportunities for improvement, however. 1. Reaching someone by phone is next to impossible. 2. Pool hours- website said it opened at 9am, but sign at pool said 10. 3.There was a shuttle to beach, but no info on website.

Great atomosphere, pleasant employees. Need better service at the gate, pool area, and bath houses to make sure amenities are being used only by campers paying to stay there. Had a few run ins with people pulling straight into the pool area and not staying at the camp ground which caused the pool to be too full to enjoy with my son. Also homeless people standing outside bathhouses

We stays on a waterfront back in deluxe patio site. Great view and feeling of privacy. The private patio was the highlight. Nice pool (not heated) to quickly cool off in the heat. About 4 blocks from downtown. We rented a golf cart for one day and enjoyed that as well.
