Siempre ha encantado este lugar y lo he calificado 5 estrellas pero en esta ocacion no puedo porque la cabaña estaba bien descuidada tenía varios daños,el piso estaba súper sucio parecía q no lo habían limpiado en meses en la ducha no nos habían dejado shampoo ni shawer gel y siempre lo hacen y también en la cocina habían cucarachas así q tienen q poner más atención

The first cabin we rented was disgusting so they moved us. It was nice but I rented a full kitchen with eating and cooking utensils it had 3 tablespoons and 3 butter knives. What a joke. The store closed at 4 and the ice cream shop/ snake shop by the pool was never open I gave them pictures of cabin dc01 the first cabin

After having stayed at KOA's resorts and always was extremely satisfied, there was no questions asked, that I was going to Myrtle beach KOA and expecting the same . Unfortunately I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the public restrooms . The showers where not cleaned all over the site, had hair on the shower floors and toilette paper stuck to ceiling in men’s bathrooms during all our stay .

Dawn and Sarah went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay ever!! This was our 7th year staying at MB KOA and it was by far the best yet. They both welcomed us with open arms. The campground was very clean. Activities were a blast. Dawn interacted with our family and treated us like her own. We were sad to say good bye. Thank you Dawn Sarah Corey and team. See yall in October!

Check in was smooth, the tent site was easy to find and within close proximity to the bathrooms The bathrooms however were disgusting we stayed 2 days and both days there were overflowing toilets fecal matter all over toilets and stall floors that was left ALL DAY the tent sites are full of red ants my poor kids are all bite up also beware there are huge flying cockroaches!

Our cabin was super dirty , the ac didn’t work , there was no way to contact someone to bring us a fan or switch our cabins they had no record of which cabin we were supposed to be in , bathrooms were disgusting showers in specific. Got bite marks thinking fleas from the cabin all over us . The pool was nice that’s about the only positive thing I have to say about this visit.

We had a 37ft and did a back in beside the shower house. Location had lots of shade and everything plugged in great. Everyone was nice and made you feel like home there. It could be cleaner. Shower house odor was strong, grounds could have been maintained a bit more. I did love my stay! We extended.Lots to do there.

Paid $144 a night for a lot that was supposed to have grass and gas grill. We got a lot that had pine straw and no grass. The grill was charcoal not GAS!

Fantastic alternative than staying in a hotel. Kids loved the natural expereinces both at the beach and in the KOA. Pools are nice and clean. Splash pad is fun too, however the blue painted areas are pretty slippery for kids. Microcabin was clean and comfortable for our family. Id definitely stay here again.

Can't understand why there are so many negative reviews. Can't speak of the bathrooms, we used ours. For us we loved the fact that there is a lot of shade! Close to the beach, staff friendly and helpful. They were constantly working on the grounds and picking up CAMPERS trash. Pool was good minus the screaming teenagers who didn't have a care for the younger children or others around them.

The pool was wonderful. Had fun fishing for crabs. The cabin was just beautiful and spacious! Residents and staff were friendly.

I gave it a 2 due to location to beach. Everything else is worse especially bathrooms. The bathrooms were never cleaned the entire week we were there. I even went to office. Trash on floor never moved. Toilets and sinks looked disgusting. If you have to use the bath house, I feel sorry for you. Other major issue is ants, they find ways into your tent and campers.

We traveled from vermont to stay here per my fiancés request for the week of his birthday. At first I was nervous after reading prior reviews but let me tell you we will be returning to this KOA yearly and hopefully bring some friends and family with. It’s clean the bathrooms are clean and it’s very home feeling! Staff was wonderful!!

The entire staff was friendly, efficient, and work hard to give us the best stay possible. The only negative thing I can say is they need to enforce the no smoking in building policy better. A woman went in the bathroom with my 1yr old grandson smoking a cigarette standing 2ft away from him.

Once we found our perfect campsite we were very satisfied. Dan and Gina made our visit even more enjoyable. Our only complaint were the employees that drove around the park on golf carts in the evening playing extremely loud rap music. When asked to turn it down they rudely said, “it is for the children!” Paying as much as we did, we felt that was inappropriate entertainment.

Shower and toilet facilities not maintained. Often no toilet paper. Pool also dirty. The campground has lots of potential but needs a facelift. We've been there many times because we can always get a site. However, it's not our first choice.

Our site had 2 big piles of leaves and a bunch of flies . Picnic table was full of leaves, sand and pine needles. Bathrooms had mold on the walls and only cleaned twice in the 10 days we were

It was very nice, the cabin was nice and clean. There are a lot of accomodations in the campground. The only negative point was the bathroom. They weren’t that clean. But we really enjoyed our stay.

Great campground overall - well organized loops, friendly staff and lots of shade which is welcomed in the summer in Myrtle Beach. The cleanliness of our Cabin (rustic cabin, 2 rooms with no bath) was not as good as I have encountered at state parks. There was fuzz (possibly dog hair) in the fridge, dirt on the floors and graffiti on the walls, so I cannot give 5 stars.

Very nice, and beautiful setting, but expensive for our particular site. The website was not clear enough for me to see that we over-reserved, getting a lot of patio furniture we did not need.

We stays on a waterfront back in deluxe patio site. Great view and feeling of privacy. The private patio was the highlight. Nice pool (not heated) to quickly cool off in the heat. About 4 blocks from downtown. We rented a golf cart for one day and enjoyed that as well.
