Mark has created a little piece of heaven right in Murphy. We have been going to this KOA for three years and plan to return each year. Best KOA in the mountains!

I love this campground. On site 006, 1) the tv cable connection wasn’t working properly. I tried both of my coaxial cables; the tv picture still not clear. 2) the wifi seem to die out in the afternoon. Either the signal wasn’t strong enough throughout the grounds or there is not enough band width for the demand. Other than that-a great place to visit.

The ladies who run the place were great! Very helpful and super nice! Campground was well kept and bathrooms were clean. Very peaceful and beautiful area!

From reservation with Matt, to check in with Dee, the process was friendly and so easy. The campground is kept beautifully and welcoming, and the pool was perfect for the heat of the week. They even pick up your trash daily, and stop to chat when they are out and about. We enjoyed walking along the creek and the large dog run. We had a shady pull through site with patio. Which we enjoyed.

This is my new favorite KOA. It was my first visit but will not be my last. It is a great little spot. Very clean and well kept. Can't say enough good about how friendly and accommodating the staff is.

The sites are crammed together tighter than any other campground I've seen. The sites are so narrow, you can sit in your lawn chair and prop your feet on the bench at the picnic table. There's no privacy between sites, so sitting outside your camper means staring at (and smelling) your neighbor's sewer hose. No grills or lantern poles.

Always say this - Didn't want to leave. It's such a wonderful and relaxing place in a beautiful location, very well kept with friendly and helpful staff, close to good restaurants and activities. For our doggies, the 1-acre, fence-in dog park as well as the adjoining smaller dog park, is the best ever for plenty of room to run. Enjoyed our time there and are looking forward to our next visit. A+++

Great little camp ground. Nice facilities, friendly staff. The major thing that makes this campground stand apart is that the owner actually works the park. He's there and available 24-7.

Loved the pool, the shade and the campground. Our grandson had a ball learning how to ride his bike around the campground. Thanks for a good time!

Wonderful peaceful and relaxing. We stayed on the river and had a wonderful 8 days. We will most definitely go back!

We have stayed at this campground several times. The staff is always very friendly! The campground is well maintained and manicured. The pool area is always clean and inviting. The owner is always around making sure that everything is superb and that guests have everything they need. We really like the deluxe sites with the patio sets and fire pits, and they have quite a few of them....more than I have seen at some other campgrounds.

I use a lot of camp grounds but this is my favorite. Location, the river which is great to beat the heat in the summer and my minnie golden doodle loves to swim in. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is I think they should make some walk ways down to the river for the river side sites, very steep, grown up.
