The park is well maintained. The sites have plenty of space. The staff is perfect. I would stay again.

camped here many times never had a negative experience. We brought our 6 year old grand daughter this time and she learned how to ride a bicycle without the training wheels. She had a ball.

We stay here a few times a year. Nice campground, friendly staff, Dee is a gem love her. Campground well kept up close to everything.. Will be going again very soon.

Friendly staff. Great customer service. Quiet campground convenient to town. River sites are tight. Bathhouse desperately needs to be updated. But we enjoyed our stay.

The gal that works the front desk is super nice. We booked a particluar site on the river, but we did not get it when we arrived because someone decided to stay longer in that particular site. The site we got was too small for our rig, but we worked it out. The dog park is huge. Garbage pick up was great. Overall this is a really nice park, but it could use some updating.

The camp was clean and peaceful situated by the Valley River. We weren’t at the site much because we were in Bryson City, Andrews and Murphy seeing the sights. Would stay here again.

Love love love Dee, the campground host. Very pleasant stay. Campground is small and quaint. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is bathrooms are outdated and because of the campground layout our spot wasn’t very private.

Murphy/Peace Valley KOA is the first (and to this point, the only) KOA at which we've stayed. It's a beautiful spot, and the sites and the amenities are great! Dee and her team are friendly, helpful, and maintain (and are further improving) a nice campground. The campground has a small dog-park for small dogs, and a ONE ACRE dog park for all dogs - a very appreciated amenity!

As always, this campground exceeded my expectations. The host Dee was always there to help with anything we needed. On Saturday they had all kinds of fall activities. The band they had there was great! All kinds of music for all kinds of people. Just a lovely place all around!!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Those ladies work very hard at keeping campground clean, escorting folks to their campsites and delivering firewood.

Very friendly staff. Great location for Murphy/Andrews. Clean bathrooms. We like to hike, and there are no trails from the campground, but it was a great base.

We have had a long relationship with Peace Valley KOA. Dee always makes sure you have what you need and the new owner Kala is very friendly and accommodating! The property is very nice and well maintained. Murphy is a Norman Rockwell kind of town.

Dee, Kala, and Lisa work hard to make the campground neat and tidy. It shows. A big problem is the approach from 74 to Happy Valley Rd. There is no turn lane and creates a hazard when turning onto Happy Valley Rd. At night the light on Happy Valley Rd. shines in your eyes and is blinding. Also Happy Valley is not marked well with any KOA sign. The sign/flag is not lighted and blows in the wind.

Great little campground! If you're looking for one of those circus campgrounds with every known amenity this isn't it. It's an old school campground with a nice bathhouse and the most friendly employees ever! It was exactly what we needed and just right outside Murphy so it was quiet and calm.

Every time we stay here it is very relaxing and peaceful. They have a very large off leash, fenced dog area. The park is very clean. Even though the park is close to a Hwy it is nestled in a valley so you really don't hear the noise.

The staff at this park are beyond helpful and so friendly. The bathrooms were always clean and the park tidy. New owners in May and they are working hard to upgrade. This was a very pleasant place to stay.

We have stayed here several times and keep coming back. Staff is fantastic and the place is kept clean. Close to town for groceries or eating out. Great place down by the river.

We had a lovely stay. Dee and Kayia were both very nice and helpful. The location is wonderful and quite. Centrally located to be able to visit so many of the areas beautiful visitas Lake Chatuge in Hayesville, Nanathala, Bryson City and the Occoe in TN. I hope that we can return again soon.

Aside from Hurricane Helene on the last three days, our two weeks at Peace Valley KOA Murphy was relaxing and quiet. The campsite was clean and neat. The restrooms were very well maintained. We have already scheduled 2 trips back for 2025.

We enjoyed the beautiful campground. Our dog enjoyed both the dog parks. We loved the river and being able to have a campfire in a safe environment. All the hosts were friendly! Thanks for a good trip!

We had a great stay! The campground is in an excellent location, close to all the attractions in Murphy and very easy to access from the highway. The grounds were quiet and well-maintained, with a clean pool, a fun game room for the kids, a beautiful river, and a huge dog park. It's a perfect spot for families, pet owners, and anyone looking to relax in Western North Carolina. Highly recommend!
