We enjoyed our site but the WiFi was horrible and T Mobile phones did not work. The staff was very friendly and the campground was very clean. It would be nice to also include events at holidays.

Thank you for your feedback. We've been made aware of the situation unfortunately the city did report to us that one of their towers were hit by lightning during the storm that passed through our area over the weekend. We hope to see you again, Safe Travels

Dee dee amd the crew were great...park needs major updates..to many live in campers..felt like a trailer park..not a camprground...sites are very tight together..very friendly staff which did help the stay

Very nice, very quite, extremely nice. Bathrooms can use some more lighting and a nit of updating.The manager was exceptionally nice and help me out with cable issue after hours. Overall a very peaceful and nice stay.

I was the Lady in the River! I was laying in the river enjoying the cold water and someone told the lady, Dee, that I had fallen and couldn't get up. She raced down in her golf cart to see if I was ok. Thanks for the great laugh Dee it was a pleasure meeting you and staying at the Murphy/Peace Valley KOA. We will be back I am sure.

The campground is always quiet, clean and set up nicely. Dee, Kayla and Lisa are always around if you need anything and such a great help. We so enjoy staying at this campground.

We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed every minute at the park. Dee and Kayla do so much to keep the place neat and tidy. Everything is in working order and the grass is mowed. They are pleasant and a delight to talk with, plus their knowledge of the area is really helpful. The new signs look great and are very visible. Cheers

We had a wonderful experience at this camp and look forward to going back. Our hosts, Dee and Kayla, were delightfully accommodating and helpful. Dee checked on us periodically and made sure we had everything we needed. Additionally, they assured we had an exceptionally nice campsite. It was a great experience!

The 50 amp plug on our pedestal was fried and inop. Contacted office and they verified. They didn’t have someone available to fix on site. We had to use 30 amp so only half of Coach worked. Perhaps someone should be around to fix on site or offered a different site? We were given a discount due to the issue which was nice. The staff was great to deal with. Park was quiet and peaceful. Very nice place to overnight or for a longer stay. Nearby Murphy Downtown and Murphy Riverwalk. It is a quiet place, the highway we didn‘t hear much. Thats a different to other KOAs, they are mostly near railways, airport or Interstates and therefore most loudly. We do recommend this nice place at the valley river :-).

What a wonderful place! Our dogs loved the free run acre and the Dee, Lisa and Kayla were awesome hosts! It felt just like home!

The facility along a river presents a nice setting. The staff was very accommodating. Due to a low water pressure, we were given a different site, not along the river: a nice patio site, which we appreciated. The water pressure issue affected the showers too. And the water was not very warm. (Due to someone using the laundry, they said.) This is a small, welcoming place. Give it a try!

KOA Murphy is a great campground. The staff (Dee, Kayla and Ann) are so friendly and helpful. During our stay they checked to see how everything was going. Campground and restrooms/bath house are clean and well maintained. Loved this campground. Large dog park also

We (myself, husband, and 3 year old son) decided to take a last minute camping trip for New Year's and we were so glad we stayed here. The camp host was very accommodating to make sure we were prepared for freezing temperatures. It was clean, quiet, and peaceful. Plus our son kept busy throwing sticks in the river and playing on the small playground. We will return!

This Koa is a nice, suite campground. It is not a luxury park but most spots are shaded. Only recommendation I have is there are no dog waste stations anywhere in the campground. Would be nice to have a couple located at each end of the park

We have stayed at this KOA many times and are never disappointed. The park is clean, has an awesome dog park and Dee is the very best.

We had a great stay! The campground is in an excellent location, close to all the attractions in Murphy and very easy to access from the highway. The grounds were quiet and well-maintained, with a clean pool, a fun game room for the kids, a beautiful river, and a huge dog park. It's a perfect spot for families, pet owners, and anyone looking to relax in Western North Carolina. Highly recommend!
