Sleep love the Murphy Peace Valley KOA! Always clean and maintained and the staff are excellent. Dee is always visible and does such a great job!

Nicely maintained campground. Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet at night (no trains nearby). It is very close to shopping options for food and other supplies as well as a variety of restaurants. And if you like this sort of thing there is a casino about a mile away.

We had a great stay. The campground was very well kept, peaceful, and beautiful. We stayed in site 34 which backs up to Valley River and the scenery is beautiful. My husband enjoyed wade fishing and it is the perfect spot to enjoy reading. If you are looking for calm and peace this is the place to go.

Best campground we have stayed at ever. Great dog park for our dogs to run and play. They go above and beyond to make your stay great. Very friendly staff and Dee is the best. We will be back in November.

My three-night stay was very relaxing. The campground was quiet enough that I slept with the windows open. The facilities were clean and the Camp Host, Dee, was amazing! She checked on us every day to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves!!!!! I’ll definitely go back!!!

Over the past 10 yrs of RVing my wife and I would go to 3 or 4 Campgrounds in Aug. & Sept. This year we opted to pick our favorite - KOA Peace Valley in Murphy NC for an extended 8 week stay. It was the great decision. With Kay's help we got a great site on the River. We set up a Family reunion in August. The campground is well maintained, bath house and pool areas renovated. Staff very helpful.

It is always so nice to go stay at this campground, dee and the crew are always hard at work cleaning checking on things if you ever need anything all you ever have to do is ask. The restroom/bath house is always clean very well stocked and decorated like you’re at home men’s and women’s. it is our go to spot for a long weekend A+++++++++++

We came the week after Labor day week. Very well kept by friendly hosts. Located between National Forests and many things to do. This is a quiet little gem with a pool. Will definitely consider coming back. Maybe we'll have better luck at the casino on the next visit.

Ladies in the office were phenomenal. Our RV broke down on our trip up from Florida and they kept in touch with us and helped us with adjustments to our arrival. I highly recommend this campground to everyone.

Dee and the crew are AMAZING and so hospitable. This is our second time coming to this KOA. It is clean, the facilities all work properly and the grounds are immaculate. My kids feel safe and love the plaground and pool and riding their bikes around. We already booked for Memorial Day and Labor Day next year.

Quiet stay, friendly staff and clean facilities. Facilities are showing there age. Drive way at entrance is a little nerve racking. Pool is very nice. Would stay here again and hope they are able to update some of the facilities.

43 ft class A …. SITE WAS SO UNLEVEL WE COULD NOT LEVEL WITHOUT PLATES UNDER JACKS. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND PLEASANT. SITE WAS TIGHT….PROBABLY THE WORST KOA I HAVE STAYED INFOR A BIG RIG.

Very quiet and clean park with a decent amount of room between rvs. Used the washer and dryer, nice machines, clean laundry room. Staff is super nice. Will stay again for sure if ever in the area.

While we had rain during our stay we did manage to get in the very inviting pool! Chairs were comfortable and umbrellas if you wanted some shade. Great laundry room and clean bathrooms. Our campsite was on the water and was very quiet. Overall it was a nice stay.

Peace Valley KOA has always been one of our favorite campgrounds. Always clean, great staff and is you secure one of the sites that back up to the river you will have a very serene stay.

only reason not 5 stars is wifi is very weak. The last several times we have stayed here I don't remember it being that bad. My wife needed to work a little while we were there but couldn't due to very weak wifi. We will still be back again.

DEE the manager and her crew run a fantastic operation. We stayed in spot 11 for about 20 minutes until Dee moved us at no additional cost to a shady spot on the river so they could change out the entire electrical pedestal. Although the KOA campers were extremely friendly, helpful when we had a tree limb fall on our camper doing a little damage and they cut it up to remove it from where it lodged between the camper and propane tank, the KOA staff (only one) was no where in sight because they close at 5pm. The only entertainment was the pool and a game room where we lost money on two of the machines available.

WE LOVE THIS LITTLE CAMPGROUND. WE WERE IN SITE 32 AND HAD A VERY PEACEFUL STAY. DEE GOT US CHECKED IN AS SOON AS WE GOT THERE AND WE WERE ESCORTED TO OUR SITE. EVERYONE WAS GREAT DURING OUR WHOLE STAY. WE LOVED WALKING AND TALKING TO THE STAFF AND ALL THE OTHER GUEST. IT WAS OVERALL A GREAT TIME.

Dee, Lisa, Nancy, and Bill are the best. They make sure you feel at home on this campground. Very welcoming. They make sure to check up on you. They are always cleaning and keeping the place looking good. Plenty of activity here for everyone. It was so peaceful. My family will definitely be returning often.

I'm not a regular camper of any sort but I really enjoyed this campground and its amenities. Wonderful and relaxing location, clean cabins and facilities, and top notch hospitality from property management and employees. I'd totally stay here again!
