My stay was brief, but the experience I encountered at Journey was very good : my online reservation went smoothly (this was my first one), check in went well. Especially important to me was the overall kept and cleanliness of your KOA, things worked as they should. Thank you to the great people at KOA Journey !

Quincy lived up to the hype on google comments and the rest of the staff was great too. They were really accommodating to our needs.

We were very impressed with the campground. We really liked how the bathrooms and showers were in a building and were individual stalls. I was in a beautiful location too.

I was disappointed I was set in the group tent site area versus a tent site on the stream. There were plenty available and I was only staying one night, so not sure why I didn't get reserved into one of those. The tent site I was in was muddy and didn't have the best area for a tent. The table was rickety. However, the staff were pleasant and helpful, the bathrooms were clean and the water hot.

Good facilities, however they could be cleaned more often, very dirty. Gravel on roads tent side of camp would help with mud when it rains.

The people were wonderful! Happy to help out and give directions. However our fire ring was a very small square that was difficult to support a proper fire in and when it rained our campsite became a swamp.

Were tent camping, site was very uneven and hard to find a spot to set up a tent. Tent sites hadn't been mowed. Our site in the woods was mud from the rain. Trash in fire ring on arrival. The site lists "Fishing Ponds for catch and release" for kids, when we checked in and asked if they had poles (they don't) and what the fish were in the ponds and was told there weren't fish. Pretty quiet though.

Great location! Our original site was very muddy but the staff moved us to a more private spot as soon as we asked!

Our best stay out of our 10 day trip! Kind staff, clean utilities. Enough bathrooms for the site. Loved the on site laundry and kids park.

We visit the area every other year on a school science trip. We always stay at the Mountainside KOA. The hosts are gracious and willing to work with our school group. The group site is an exceptional place for group camping with ample parking and tent space.

Super cute campground, we were in a tent site by the creek and loved it. Nice staff and the general store had all we needed and more, would stay again!

My one big complaint was that on 2 mornings they closed the shower house at 8an for cleaning. Each time it was closed for 2 hours. It is very inconvenient to close them during morning hours when people are waking up and showering. We stayed in tents so we don't have bathrooms....so having the shower house close was not fun. Please pick a better time to close facilities for cleaning......

The showers need curtains and a plastic bath mat. Being as careful as possible, I still soaked my belongings and the floor taking a shower. Otherwise, lovely staff, nice campground and good location.

Stayed two nights. Great amenities. We drove two pickups from Alaska. First night said we couldn’t park two trucks at the camp sight so I had to park mine in front of the office which was okay but kind of sucked. Second night they apologized greatly for the inconvenience and let us park both trucks at the camp sight. Awesome bunch of guys and would stay there again. Showers and laundry were a pl

I loved the bathrooms, they were clean and big. The people in the office were always helpful. The only thing I was not thrilled with was the ground where we were tenting was not flat, so it made sleeping in a tent a little bit more difficult. I am guessing you had a difficult spring with mud...

We really liked the individual unisex bathrooms and showers. Staff were all friendly. Laundry room was large. Store had a good sale on souvenir clothing.

It was such a great stay. While it was rainy, the campground offered a great pizza restaurant to eat at, warm showers, washer and dryers, etc. Perfect stay. Only thing I can complain about is that I wish it was cheaper, but other than that the campground site was stunning, beautiful, and amazing.

LOVED it here, campsite was right next to a beautiful creek which made sleeping really comfortable. Tent was shaded almost all day. Really close to West Yellowstone. Friendly staff.

A good place to stay. Some of the best bathrooms I've ever found in any campground in the United States. The rustic campsites along the creek are beautiful because the creek hides a lot of the noise from the nearby highway. And the price is very reasonable, especially during tourist time in the Yellowstone area.

To much exposed dirt/dust on the roadways made for an unpleasant stay. Most campgrounds top their roads with gravel and I saw very little of that.

Great place to camp and we also hit the pool and enjoyed having showers to use. Great for all the hiking and walking after Grand Tetons or Yellowstone.
