We stayed 3 night in one of the cabins - water was out for the first day due to pipe break but we used the bathhouse and they provided bottled water so all was good.

It was pretty great with the cabin, bathroom, fire pit etc. one thing to help in the cabin would be to have more hooks in the walls. Thank you.

Almost $400 for a deluxe cabin for the night and I had to take a cold shower in the morning. When I said something to the staff they said they would take note of it and offered no other sentiments. Customer service is not very good there. An apology or a small offer of money returned would have been nice.

The staff was very helpful and great. However, the price we paid for the cabin I would say the bunks need better mattress, the bunks also need sheets that fit correctly the hot water was gone very quickly for a cabin that sleeps 6 and the room needs more hooks for people to hang towels or damp clothes. Maybe even offering clean towels every other day. Killed 4 yellow jackets in the room.

The grounds were very nice and I really like the cabin we stayed in. The only downside to our stay was, due to unforseen circumstances, the water going out. I do feel, however, the staff tried to make the best of it, and we did get a refund for one of our nights.

We loved our stay the cabin was great. It was in a great location. Had so much you needed right there. They had an unfortunate well problem so we were without water for 2 days. The maintenance team and one of the front desks ladies were great. I would recommended going back. But the way it was handled and the way they subtracted my refund from my KOA rewards I wouldn’t recommend KOA to anyone

Amazing stay and amazing service! Only suggestion is that in a cabin that sleeps 6, it would be nice if more than one person could take a shower (water only stays warm about 10min and then takes 1.5hr to reset).

The campsite is beautiful! The cabins are located in the trees that provide shade and beauty. Convenient location to Yellowstone. The staff is super friendly. My only issue is the size of the hot water tank.

Price was way too much for what is offered. Next time I'll stay at a nice hotel in town for half the price. Also the TV got no signal. Other than that it was just ok.

Responsive staff, friendly staff. Clean grounds, clean restrooms and in very good conditions. Very close to west yellowstone entrance and west yellowstone town.

Very Clean cabins. We have stayed multiple times and really enjoyed them. Staff is so friendly and helpful. A little retreat away from all the hustle and bustle of the park.

Brittany and Vicky were wonderful; they made us feel welcome and took the time to provide information, blessed us with a free admission to the Grizzly-Wolf Discovery Center that another guest had passed on. Brittany saw our grizzly t-shirts and knew we would be happy to accept the gift. Thanks to the other guest. I wish you had bike rentals for adults, as the email indicated in a picture.

Very clean,quiet with beautiful scenery all around. Staff were so nice and friendly. Cabin and bathhouse were in great shape. Easy access to West Yellow Stone and the park. We enjoyed a campfire while sitting on a log.

While we had an issue with a smell in our cabin, KOA personnel tried to remedy the issue. Put in air fresheners which helped the first day. Comping us for 1 additional night was a great gesture.

This is our 4th year returning to Yellowstone. We book a cabin each year. Staff are friendly and helpful. The property is kept clean, quiet and is a great place to stay. See you next year!

We loved how close to the park this KOA is. The cabins were comfortable. The cracks in the indoor dining table were very dirty and using a flat sheet as a fitted sheet on the bunks does not work! When we asked housekeeping about this they said it’s because it’s hard for them to remove them. I’d rather have fitted sheets and have it be our responsibility to strip the beds before checkout.

The staff is amazing! Cabins were just ok due to the very slow hot water recycle process. It would great if there were a couple small table nx to bed, & couch, plus a luggage stand would make the stay more convenient. The main camp bath house was immaculate & smelled pleasant. The KOA site was not as nice as what is depicted online, and for the price we paid for our Deluxe Cabin, we thought we would have more hot water and a twin mattress that was not so uncomfortable. Also, the shower faucet is defective, and it took several gallons of water just to make the temperature tolerable. We don't mean to complain, but it just wasn't as nice as what we had expected.

Easy check in and out. Very accomodating and responsive staff. We had a great time. Wish there was a pool and that wood at store wasn't so pricey. Asides from that great place to stay with easy access to Yellowstone.

We have stayed in many koa cabins all over the USA. This koa is well maintained. Cabins are impressively clean and entire campground is well maintained. Best koa/cabin we have energy had the pleasure to stay in.

Shower needed new handle—too hard to adjust between hot and cold. Deck needs to be replaced or cleaned. Shower and deck would not have been acceptable if we had our grandkids with us. Could have been cleaner.

We rented a cabin that is able to sleep 6. The issue is that only 1 person could take a shower every hour as they installed a small water heater for it so we would have to wait to heat up water again. Not good at all, even for my family of 4 having ot plan our day around when we would take showers. The front desks answer was for us to use the shower house, NO. Also the floor was very dirty.

The cabin was perfect! Morning coffee by the creek was a daily treat. We loved the park along with all of the sights and activities the area had to offer. KOA made the ideal base camp. Our stay couldn’t have been better!

Wonderful KOA! Very clean, great layout and awesome camping store. They also have a huge play area for kids that looked really cool and made me wish I was a kid or had kids. It had like this giant cushiony jumping pad and a rock gem mini sif. There was also a dog park and a nice pavilion. Each site had a swing bench and a fire ring. Bathroom and showers were clean, good hot water and pressure. The couple who run the KOA are so nice!!! Janice was so friendly and just a delight to talk to. Her husband (can't remember his name sorry) was a great guy, and they both were excited to share their love for Yellowstone! Highly recommend this for camping, will be back the next time in Yellowstone.

This is the place to stay! 7 miles from the west entrance, tent spaces near the creek, and lots of space. There's another KOA up the road, but this one is far better. (Plus the staff at this one is far friendlier and easier to work with.) If you're looking for a place to camp, I'd highly recommend this!
