most disappointing stay during our month long trip to Yellowstone. The only good thing I can say about it was it was convenient to West Yellowstone gate. If the campground owner or manger gets this review and actually cares about the lack of customer service at your campground, please contact me directly.

Their water pump broke down for 6 days and they worked on it very hard to get it resolved. They did issue a credit to my account which I appreciated. I would stay they again. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

It was great! Close to Yellowstone. Very clean, wonderful staff!! Store was perfect! Unfortunately we didn’t try the pizza or doughnuts, but they looked delicious. Our camp site (516) was right next to the showers/laundry/bathrooms and the store.! All around great experience.

Clean campground. Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious site. Showers are great. Views are stunning. Best dog park ever. Its huge, with an agility course & dog washing station. We’ve stayed at several KOA, this location is at the top of the list. Definitely recommend.

Always have a great time staying here. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Like the pizza. Nice rv sites that are spacious. Bathrooms are clean and good laundry facility.

We were there for two nights but gone most of the day. When we were there we were always met with pleasent employees who took immediate action when notifying them of a bathroom concern. My husband even struck up conversation with an employee who gave him some advice for the most beautiful routing to our next destination! Thank you and keep up the amazing work it was a beautiful site!

Great place to spend time being pampered while out seeing the USA. Nice sites, friendly staff, loaded store with all kinds of goodies, and a great dog park!

Upon arrival we are told they have been out of water for 24 hours. If we needed water we could go down the road to the next KOA and fill up then check-in.I was upset we hadn't been notified by text or email of the situation. We could have filled up at our previous stop. No communication whatsoever of the progress of the water situation. Campground is close to Yellowstone is the only good thing.

No water which they warned us about. When I checked in lady was like I told you to fill up before you got here. I am sorry that I am not an advid camper and I was not local to the area. She was like there is another KOA up the road and was making it sound like I was stupid for not knowing that I thought it was very disrespectful and unhelpful for me is made the water situation

We were here the day before the water went out. The facility is fine, spots could use some leveling out but otherwise ok. I like the dog run and did use the dog wash. Didn’t care for how the staff handled the water issues. Was told water is out and nothing we can do, most people got mad and left. We did stay and was only offered 25% discount but had to give up my reward discount.

Everyone was great, unforseen circumstances shortened out stay. As sometimes things happen beyond their control they gave us a refund, and helped us book at another KOA a short ways away.

had reservation & at last minute needed to add an extra day which cost was $180+ a night for larger RV. The next morning I called &left message that I had 2 reservations & could they put us in same spot for entire time. I asked them to call me back but I never heard back, So in afternoon & was told they got my message & would take care of things.They gave me regular spot &won’t refund difference

Nice location but our campsite was very noisy because all the traffic of other cars was constantly passing. Also the water didn’t work our last day which was incredibly frustrating for the price we paid.

The staff was very friendly. Campsite clean. However, work was being done somewhere and the water got turned off! This is why we pay for full hook ups! There was no water for showers in the bathrooms either. Very unfortunate.

This is a really good park. The campsites are next to each other but there is plenty of room. The staff members are great, friendly, and very helpful. The WiFi is very strong and has good coverage. The views from the park are amazing. The only downside is the gravel, the roads and sites are gravel which makes dust as vehicles drive by. Only 7 miles from West Yellowstone and the NP entrance.

Our stay was great until the last day, when a water outage occurred. The main issue was communication. We were in Yellowstone all day and returned after hours to find no water, with only one hard-to-see sign and no explanation. A text, email, or note on the store door would have helped. Staff seemed dismissive, and better communication would have been appreciated.

Excellent even with a well problem that caused water to not be available our second night. The staff obviously was working hard and I believe the gentleman who helped me the next morning was the manager and he was awesome.

My campsite was beautiful! Each site had its own beautifully crafted swing, along with perfectly placed trees. The staff was terrific, and recommended a place to go horseback riding, and falls to see. The bath/shower house was clean and well maintained. I have already recommended it to campers I met, heading in that direction. I would definately stay again, for a longer stay next time!

We really enjoyed camping here! Very clean and neat, and had all the amenities we needed. Laundry facility is very nice and well maintained. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Bathrooms were very clean. The campground is beautiful and well layed out. It rained for two days and no problems with mud or puddles. The roads and sites are well gravelled and level. Staff were friendly. Everything worked. Nice places to walk in the evening.

We had a great time while staying at the Yellowstone/Mountainside KOA. One could not wish for a cleaner, better run kampground. The people in the office were very nice and helpful. We went into the National Park several days, and it was always so nice to come "home" to our RV in this kampground. Would defineatly stay here again!

Office staff was INCREDIBLY rude and unkind. When I tried to address the way I was spoken to, I was met with the most unpleasant words and response. This is not how a business should treat their customers, let alone one human being to another. We left early because I couldn’t stomach being at the campground after the way I was treated. The woman in the office needs to find a new job.

Great location! We found that this KOA allowed us to plan our trips from this home base with ease. The grounds are very well maintain and also the lot was level for our coach. We will return again!

Unfortunately I hit an unused pipe sticking out of the ground leaving our site. It most certainly could have been worse but this caused significant damage to our truck. May I please suggest either cutting the pipe down or putting a flag on it to avoid any future mishaps. Also the discharge pipes are up too high for easy dumping. Other than these two items it was a nice campground.

Wonderful KOA! Very clean, great layout and awesome camping store. They also have a huge play area for kids that looked really cool and made me wish I was a kid or had kids. It had like this giant cushiony jumping pad and a rock gem mini sif. There was also a dog park and a nice pavilion. Each site had a swing bench and a fire ring. Bathroom and showers were clean, good hot water and pressure. The couple who run the KOA are so nice!!! Janice was so friendly and just a delight to talk to. Her husband (can't remember his name sorry) was a great guy, and they both were excited to share their love for Yellowstone! Highly recommend this for camping, will be back the next time in Yellowstone.

This is the place to stay! 7 miles from the west entrance, tent spaces near the creek, and lots of space. There's another KOA up the road, but this one is far better. (Plus the staff at this one is far friendlier and easier to work with.) If you're looking for a place to camp, I'd highly recommend this!
