Pet Policy

Traveling with pets? We have a on-site KampK9® so your furry friends can stretch their legs. Pets must be on a leash outside of the dog park, and we ask owners to clean up after their pets. Your pets hate it when you leave, so please don't leave them at your campsite unattended. Due to health and safety regulations, pets are not allowed in any buildings.

Vehicle and Visitor Policy

All visitors must register their vehicle and are permitted until quiet hours. Overnight guests need to register at the front desk.

Please note that our campground does not currently offer EV charging stations. We appreciate your understanding and ask that you plan accordingly.

Trash Policy

All trash must be in a secure, tied trash bag and discarded in a dumpster. Do not leave trash out overnight as there is wildlife in the area. Bears are especially drawn to garbage being left out overnight. Dumpsters are located around the campground for your convenience.

Speed Limit

The speed limit throughout the campground is 5 MPH.

Meet Your Hosts

Fred

Welcome to West Yellowstone!

An experienced manager with an appreciation for the outdoors, Fred has led operations at Nashville KOA Resort, Angola/Hogback Lake KOA Holiday, Santa Cruz/Monterey Bay KOA Holiday and Thompson/Grand River KOA Holiday. In 2023, he became the General Manager of Yellowstone Park/West Gate KOA Holiday and Yellowstone Park/Mountainside KOA Journey, the perfect base camps for visiting Yellowstone National Park.
