Had a great time! Everyone was very nice! Park rangers kept the place very well kept. Nice bathrooms and showers! Will definitely be going back!

We stayed 3 nights in a full-service site. The site was clean and was well-equipped with a fire pit, a picnic table in good shape and a swinging bench, which was very romantic. The restroom/shower/laundry facility was well-cared for and it was open 24 hours, which was very convenient. The front office staff were very accommodating and let us check in early, as soon as our site was clean!

As the result of our truck breaking down after arriving at the camp, we had to add additional days at the camp. this was handled quickly. In addition,I was recommended a mobile repair shop that responded to my needs as soon as he could. Thank you for making a difficult situation less stressful. emilio and lucy valle space 35

Our group used both cabins and RV spaces and we all enjoyed our stay. The cabins were very clean and spacious. We would stay here again. And we love the proximity to Yellowstone national Park.

We stayed at this KOA 3 years ago and loved it, so we returned this fall when we had the opportunity to visit Yellowstone NP again. Private bathroom showers are a plus, laundry is in same building. Nice store, friendly helpful staff. Town of West Yellowstone has lots of shopping and restaurant options too.

Quiet, peaceful, and picturesque. Away from city lights and noise but close enough for easy access. Dependable utilities and level sites.

Good location to see everything in yellowstone However the placement of the sewer sticks up too high making emptying your tank difficult

Tent site had no flat surface (C126). Front desk staff not friendly…expect more from a higher profile KOA. Shower facilities were fairly nice.

I bought two sites, one for me and one for my parents. Unfortunately, the folks parked next to my parents, were loud all the way till 1:30 in the morning. When I spoke to the camp folks next morning, they were helpful, giving a number to call but it would be better to have staff in place that walk the grounds occasionally, to ensure folks are being respectful.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. Our side was spacious with a the gravel driveway. Beautiful views & only a 10 minute drive to West Yellowstone. We would stay here again.

The people were so friendly and kind. The park itself was amazing. Such a beautiful setting, well maintained and thought was put into the way it was laid out. Will definitely stay there again!

Children were very loud. Had to breakdown and move camp twice. Was unable to stay in same spot due to having to cancel first day because of bad weather.

Great place to stay! Can’t understand why tho that their restaurant has to close after Labor Day when they are full until closing Oct 1. They also NEED a big working spa hot tub for people who have walked miles.

Nice space, friendly and helpful staff. I gave an overall rating of a 4 because the bathrooms/showers needed a little bit of attention regarding cleanliness.

Great stay. Clean and friendly. Level pad. Easy access. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is I’ve seen other places with more amenities. Have to reserve a rating for them. I highly recommend West Yellowstone.

When we got to our spot, number 40, it was already occupied. I knocked on their doyand they apologized for their mistake. They were supposed to park at spot number 41 so we parked there instead of haythem move at 8:00 pm when they were alreayset and hooked.

This RV park is nice and employees were nice. We had a nice site snuggled up behind some wonderful spruce trees. It backs up to a very busy highway with considerable truck noise all night long. Usually we can ignore this but it never seemed to slow down 24/7. When we camp we like for the noise to quieten down by evening. The noise never went away, even inside with all doors and windows closed

1st site we were given had standing water on the gravel pad due to a water leak. 2nd site was not level and required blocks under wheels to help level the motorhome

Upon arrival the staff was cold and rude! They were so unfriendly we knew we had made a mistake because we had just left the Kia Holiday 1.5 miles up the road by mistake and everyone was wonderful and so helpful to us. The showers were nasty. Will not ever stay again or refer it to other travelers.

Got in real late, one of the staff showed us our campsite. Staff was very friendly and pleasant would definitely stay here again.

Great place to camp and we also hit the pool and enjoyed having showers to use. Great for all the hiking and walking after Grand Tetons or Yellowstone.
