For the amount that we paid for our room we should have had a small coffee pot in our cabin. When we were made aware of no offee pot we bought one at Walmart for $9.99 so we could have our early morning cup. The bunk beds had linens folded but with only a sheet & no mattress pad to cover the plastic/rubber mattress it was very sticky & sweaty during the night. We used a light sleeping bag as a p

The Cabin was pretty good. Being scolded for leaving before the staff showed up was ridiculous. Seriously, if you want us to sign something when we leave, you need to be available when we want to go. Leaving key cards in the room when you leave is pretty standard anywhere you go.

We were there during the great flood of Yellowstone. The front desk was great about letting us adjust our stay so we could continue our vacation. Hopefully we can come back one day.

I stayed 4 days in a cabin. I was nerveous at first because I drove 18 hours to get there and I wanted my family to be comfortable. And, man, the cabin was great, well kept, and has an unforgetable view to the mountains. Management was very helpful, and polite. Yellowstone Park is just down the road which made my stay here even better.

This was our first time to stay at a KOA and we had a great experience. The staff was amazing, the place was beautiful and the cabin exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect except the fold out bed had a great mattress but 7 springs were missing and so it bent down. Just repairing the springs would make it 100% instead of 99.9%

The pizza was great and the Mountain View’s are excellent. We enjoyed staying at the KOA Kottage. The laundry room needs a change machine as it is open 24 - 7 and they need to keep the laundry detergent machine full. I had to drive to the other KOA, 2 miles away, to get detergent and quarters.

Cabin was dirty, “full kitchen” does not include an oven. Distance to Yellowstone was convenient.

The owner hosts care more about money than they do about their customers. I likely will be finding somewhere else to stay in the future and I have been coming here annually for the past 5-6 years.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mountainside KOA in West Yellowstone. It was very close to town and the entrance to the park. The cabin was very nice, the mattress was comfortable. It was a bit chilly in the bedroom so we used our own baseboard heater. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The staff was friendly and very helpful I was able to add a day to my stay when I decided to arrive earlier than the reserved schedule Then we ended up being able to add a day at the end for an unplanned horseback ride in the National Forest. They were also very gracious about sweeping and mopping the floor in our cabin when we asked. I would definitely stay at this campground again.

Very uncomfortable sleeping - I would think that the KOA would invest in better quality mattresses for both the bunk beds and regular bed. Also, the couch, pullout bed was TERRIBLE.

Everything worked out well and the cabin we stayed in was very comfortable. When I made this reservation I did make it using my KOA account. Is there any way I can receive credit for this now under my KOA account. Thanks.

Of all the KOAs we stated at during this trip (3 in total) this was the worst. The team was friendly and helpful but the amenities was very poor (lake of serving dishes and eateries, unclean linens, and overall maintenance level). Unfortunately we will not be back or recommend…

I only gave it a 4 because of the cleanliness of the cabin, which wasn’t very clean. Silverware container was dirty as was the floor and counters. It was an easy fix but shouldn’t have required the guest to have to do.

Great place to camp and we also hit the pool and enjoyed having showers to use. Great for all the hiking and walking after Grand Tetons or Yellowstone.
