Beautiful site, there is something there for everyone. The staff are great and very accommodating! I will definitely be staying there again! Loved it!!

I have stayed and will stay at this campground again. We stayed in site 12 this time and it is very sandy. It rained and we had our large rug, a mat outside our door and one inside our door and sand was everywhere. I had friends camping there at same time and other spots had gravel or grass near door, but this site needs some added.

This is one of the best KOA’s we have been to! The ease and accessibility of getting there, the cleanliness of both the grounds and the facilities, the kind and helpful staff, and the fun and engaging nature of the Halloween season that erred on kid appropriate themes and steered clear of gory and scary. We appreciated all!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Upon entrance of cabin, everything looks so cute, clean and tidy. However, as we were moving our luggage from our car we became invaded with NATS. Suddenly, they were saturated all over our bathtub and sink. The counter that the coffee machine was on, had ants all over it. Not sure what was going on. We only stayed on night or that would have been an issue.

Was a very nice campground, roomy sites and level. Unfortunately, it rained most of the time we were there, so we didn't get to use some of the amenities, and our site got a little muddy. More stone would be nice so not to track in sand, leaves and dirt. Everyone was very nice at registration and the guys delivering pizza and picking up trash were friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Very nice place to stay. Mostly level spaces. Nice camp store. Friendly staff, eager to help. We used Uber to get to visitors center in Charleston.

The spot that I was assigned, 42 was at the far back of the property. I had noted all my reservation that I was a single person staying in a horse trailer. I’m not sure why there seems to be some kind of policy on horse trailers, not being up near the front, but as a single woman staying in the type of trailer that are historically not quite a secure I did not love being put into the very far ba

We had stayed in a KOA cabin in Wilmington and it was so nice and so clean. This one had ants that they had to come twice and spray and they were there on the third day as well. Black mold in the window seals. Just not very clean. However the view was amazing

Great campground and great KOA. Several stays here and will be more. Great campground layout and nice level clean sites. All facilities are in great shape and their staff is constantly maintaining grounds, landscaping, etc.. Highly recommended. Good location on lake and set back from local business and close to Charleston too.

Perfect place to stay to sightsee area places and campgrounds very neat and clean. Great place for pets to walk them. We used washer/dryer was also a plus. Friendly staff as we walked around staff greeted us everywhere we went and loved that they send someone to drive you to your site. We stayed 4 nights and during the day toured the city of Charleston and Mountain Pleasant.

We love stopping at this KOA as we travel on the east coast seasonally. Very nicely maintained campground with level and accessible sites.

The staff do such a great job taking care of the place. Everyone is sooo nice and helpful. It's a beautiful park with so many amenities. Really enjoyed our time there. And the spots are well spaced and level. Bonus!

Always great. We love the cabins and the scenery. Turtles and cranes just beautiful. Glad we found a place near our son, making our visits very affordable and pleasant. Next time we are going to add some days so we can hike around. Probably end of March, as the weather usually good. We are New Englanders and still pretty cold here then.

Great property! The nature/ walking trail is awesome and fun with the dogs. The lake is very nice also.

First time that I have stayed at a KOA in many years, this KOA was Great, we will definitely stay here next time we are in Charleston. This KOA is very convenient to everything that you will want to do or see in Charleston. If you have a dog or dogs and you go to beach, this KOA has an awesome dog wash station, so cool

We love camping at Mount Pleasant KOA. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The grounds are always in great condition. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

Staff friendly and bathrooms clean, one staff member always stopped by to see our dogs. Always quiet and relaxing atmosphere which means we will stay there again when we visit the Charleston area.

Booked 3 night stay. Stayed for 5 days Please stop using leaf blowers to clean off concrete patios. Sunday morning at 8:30 is unexceptionable I get it, it’s faster and easier but for tired travelers sleeping in is a pleasure that should not be disturbed by a leaf blower. Thank you

Really enjoyed the caboose with our kids. Everything we needed was right there, beautiful property to stay at, lots of amenities and experiences for our young ones. Definitely planning to return.

This KOA campground is one of our favorite places to stay. It’s a great location and the setting is pastoral. The facilities are well maintained and the staff is very attentive.

Great campground, loved the plantation tour at the campground and live music. Lots to do in the area but very busy roads, not great for motorcycles until you get out of town.

We enjoyed our stay in Mount Pleasant which is very close to all attractions. The campsite is very clean, well run and friendly. A great place to relax by the lake, walk through the woods, and enjoy the other amenities. Our dog, Niko, loved the dog park and seeing all the people and animals.

We haven’t camped in 20 years due to buying a camp so we sold our trailer. This was our first camping experience in over 20 years and the staff escorted us right to our spot and helped my husband back in and showed how to set up. The attention they give to their grounds, mowing, edging and using a leaf blower to clean off not only the patio but my outdoor rug from leaves and acorns!

While we don't have children, we were amazed at all the activities you had for kids. We recommended the campground to family who rent a big beach house. The staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there and will be back.

The customer service is the best I’ve seen. Constantly picking up trash, roaming the park, even had two young workers ready to play cornhole against my wife and I. The only downside was the gnats in the shower.

The ladies in the office were so helpful / KIND and did their best to get me in the perfect site. This campground is setup to insure an enjoyable atmosphere for all campers. The campground is well maintained. Pretty areas to wonder and play grounds for the kids. There is also a bathing tub for our fur babies that is located next to the bathhouse. Highly recommend this campground!

My husband and I are new to the RV camping experience. We are full timers. We are traveling south from Pa to winter in Florida and stayed at the Mount Pleasant KOA from Oct 27th to the 29th. We have only stayed at 2 other KOA's. Each one has been great experiences but the Mountain Pleasant KOA was the best yet. So close to grocery and shopping without having to go back on a very busy highway. So very convenient. Very clean and all of the employees were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back for a stay in April heading back to Pa. *****

One of the nicest KOA's we have stayed at. Staff was awesome and grounds were well kept. Showers and bathrooms were always clean.
