The gentleman in the store was so polite and patience, The bathroom was always clean, All the fun things they had to do was like a small fair ground. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to eat from their SNACK shack, but next time. The site of the park was beautiful from the colored trees, I can't wait to visit again. This place was awsome. Pool, pedal bikes in the little river or pond they had.

So First the Inconsistency of Office after ea Contact was Clear needed till Monday Vacancy then told a spot which was then given away ! THEN the Sunday w mngmnt knocking on camper stating that I needed to pay ! YET again when TOLD till Monday! Then My Uncle was affected by the chemical fire �� and needed to turn around and came back to stay 3 nights … my friend seen FALSE ADVERTISED @ 50% off

We had a premium site write across from the pool. It was very nice! First time halloween camping and swimming! Could have done without the young gentleman from the park blowing the dirt road with a backpack blower...

We have been coming to this campground for 15 years for Halloween camping. Even though they invested $6 million dollars into the pools and additional sites the rate per night is way too much for camping. Your vehicle is not included in the site price along with other fees. We are considering not going next year. You are going to business.

So many restrictions now. Checking out my 11am is insane after spending the money for a 3 day stay required for Halloween event. The exit was so congested that trying to leave without needing the dump station keep is an extra 20 min. for the line to allow us to exit the park. No hype for the kids because no announcements were made over the intercom which was what the kids always waited to hear.

So we absolutely love coming for Halloween weekends, but it seems like it’s just too pricey. Resort fees, $10 for every activity. We paid for the color the bag and only a few markers worked. I would say if you have activities that require payment, the items should be in great working order. Everyone was friendly, and it was an overall good stay.

Enjoyed our stay and the activities. The only issue we had was with quiet hours and music. We tried contacted security multiple times after 11pm and got no answer and voicemail box was full. That concerns me that no one is available in these situations.

Packed in w BARELY enough room on ea side of picnic table to walk past w/o ducking This is Ridiculous! Pricing also Ridiculous as May as well get a hotel room as same amount ! Probably same size lot as room as I think about it ! Is it really this much corporate greed even now in camping ?

Very disappointed in our annual Halloween camping experience this year. The 5 min long hayride was terrible. It’s no longer a haunted experience & did not play music like it used to. They also cut off our wrist bands once we do the haunted house so we can’t go back through again. And who likes to trick or treat in the day light? Especially for those with light up costumes. Quick weekend visit to enjoy the Halloween festivities. I like this campground. Too cold for me to swim but the new pool area looks really nice. The only thing I wish it had was access to some hiking trails. That’s my fav recreation to do while camping. But otherwise they pack the weekends full of family-friendly activities!

We love coming here every year!! It was a bonus that the pool was open and heated. However, people were not aware of that until they checked in. We had to go back home an hour away for swimsuits. I would’ve brought them had I known. I would make sure people know because it was one of my kids favorite things! That should be in your welcome text or email. We came with 4 families/campers.

Loved the Halloween weekend. Campground did a great job. My site was super hard to get Motorhome into with the trees. Overall it was a great weekend. �

Activities are great, the new camper sites are amazing but the older ones are still cramped and small. But the staff is amazing and I live all the new amenities. My only suggestion is to increase the size of the older camp sites. There is No room to actually back in and set up trailers. Also bring back volleyball and basketball!

A one night weekday stop over. managers were polite and helpful. the park was quiet and the restrooms were clean and close by. Nice place to camp while touring the area.

Some serious improvement needs to be made to the drives. The mud and the potholes take away from an otherwise nice experience.

Halloween weekend was great, sad that there was no room to park my truck at the campsite with the new numbering of sites But didn’t let it ruin the fun just a lot of extra walking to the pond to get stuff out of truck

Made a reservation on line and paid for it in full, but at check-in was told I owe another 37.00. After showing my receipt still owed $10. As they charge $5 per dog. Only place it indicates a charge for dogs is a $ next to dogs under amenities. Person that fixed my bill never apologized only said it was a KOA issue when the other employee ask him why it did that. I would not stay here again.

The water park was a wonderful surprise! Site 64 was AMAZING!! Please consider giving those who return with amazing sites such as this a discount, such as 30% off or one free night, to set up their haunting adventure. The haunted sites, such as this, are why we come to your KOA; otherwise, we may go to other fun campgrounds. A text should have gone to everyone when the water was shut off.

This was our first time staying at a KOA and first time Halloween camping. There were tons of things to do including, fishing, swimming, playgrounds, magic shows, costume contests and so many things! We had a blast and will definitely be back next year!

staff was unattentive, I was parked in a completely empty row and the next night staff places another camper right next to me, we were the only two campers in that row for 3 days

Do need more bathrooms and hooks on walls near showers. Otherwise was a great stay. Would like you to implement the lighted bike ride for the kids again, they enjoy that also. Love the dance party.

The stay was enjoyable except for being between a camper who openly smoked pot all weekend and the site next to us who blared music until well past 10am

The new addition is beautiful. If you go- ask to stay in the new part - if all the park looked liked this I would rate it 5 star. But it isn’t!. The older areas need renovation- bathrooms are dirty, roads would be mud if it had rained, Picnic tables in the snack area are filthy- I would never let my children play there, There are plenty of activities- I hope they do improve the park.

Tried calling for two days prior. No answer. After hours/emergency number mailbox was full. Another camper with dead battery couldn’t be assisted because only one staff member on duty. We’ve stayed here several times. Will not be back.

Got the small cabin fir the KOA Trick or Trick event. Free pan cakes Saturday morning. Lots if activities for kids.

Staff was amazing! Grounds and facilities were very clean. We have been a few times in less than 6 weeks, still the same great experience! Already have 4 more trips booked!
