Pros: the pools are fantastic! Absolutely enjoyed by us and our granddaughters. We enjoyed the new Big Kahunas store. I got a jumbo hot dog and the kids got a kiddie cone. Cons: $5.00 each was way overpriced on the 2 ice cream cones so we'll bring our own. Also, the new section we stayed on was ok but the girls couldn't ride their little scooters because of the little rocks everywhere on the r

Passing through on way south and so glad we found this campground. We loved the water slide and the stocked pond. We loved the food options and we loved how kind the staff were. We will definitely be back!!!!!

Lots of cigarette smoking and swear words for a family campground I know it’s nothing you can control though unfortunately. Otherwise your staff was awesome. No one seemed to flush but stuff was always cleaning in there.

Very disappointed that the splash pad was closed during our entire stay and the shallow pool was closed for half of our stay. We paid a lot of money to stay at this campground and weren’t able to use the amenities we were there to use. Didn’t see anyone there trying to fix the problem either. There should be some type of compensation when this happens.

We had the best time! The 2 pools are so beautiful and clean! Both stores are awesome! My only complaint is, why did you take out the pup putt? Staff is very friendly! I’ll be booking another full week of camping in a few weeks!

The new pools were great, the campground employees were great, sites were great. The big problem was the new splash pad was broken when we got there on a very warm weekday and was still broken when we left after 3 nights with no fix in sight. There was very little to no communication about the problem or the fix. We did pay for this amenity and received no discount for it not being available.

We were very pleased with the new upgrades of the 2 pools, such a nice addition to the park. A couple of things on the con side of our stay.. the splash pad wasn't working during our whole stay, there is no shade umbrellas by the pools which is pretty tough with little kids, the playground could use some grease on the merry-go-round (very minor), would also recommend a softener on the pool gates.

Bathrooms were hit or miss with cleaning. We had a problem with loud neighbors who had exceeded amount of tents and occupants, including putting there tents on other peoples sites. Distruptive behavior from neighbors until 4am. This was brought to the attention of the staff the next morning who stated it would be handled however no evidence of extra tents being removed etc. We left 1 night early.

Worked well with the Scouts BSA troop - gave us great campsites now that rustic camping is gone. Thank you - my scouts thoroughly enjoyed it.

Was given wrong directions to pull into site. Lucky we left before rain came because we would have had to enter MH through a muddy sunken area. Bathroom was out of toilet paper the morning we left. Some toilets not flushing by office.

The deck in our campsite was badly broken in multiple places. My wife cut her toe really bad on the broken wood as soon as we got there. Multiple events were canceled or moved wjtb the campers not being notified of it.

It was fine other than most people dont have good campground etiquette! Be ready for people trash to blow on your sight and for the same people to walk through your campsite if your sight is by the big kahuna.

bathroom / shower was clean. Campsite was nice. Nice activities for family's. Only thing to mention that we did not like was a lot of sand and when someone drove by at higher speed than posted it kicked up a lot of dust. We were surprised by the free pancakes and they were vey good. If in area again we will stay again.

We initially were given a site to small for our RV, had to upgrade it, then when we got the next site the 50amp service did not work though we had paid for it. Upon advising the staff, they said they would put it on the maint board and no attempt to rectify the problem . The campground did have lots to offer tho

Even though the pools are great my kids and I still miss the pond and the sandy beach area :( but another thing I kinda wish the pools were monitored a little more when it comes to letting adults drink alcohol at the pools some people had beer cans sitting right at the ledge of the pools and where not even by them monitoring them so disappointing and not safe for children that are out playing

Although I understand the reason for the wristband and visitor policy it makes it very expensive for large families. The splash pad didn’t work for my grandkids on their full day there. Check in is too late and check out is too early.

Campground is making upgrades. This is very apparent when I saw the pools and new sites. We were crammed on a site too small for our rig but we made due. Next time I'll say I have a 40 footer, lol YES, we will be back !!!!

Beautiful campground pool, splash pad just great for kids of all ages. Very disappointed in our and my daughter’s picnic tables dirty and splintered on edge of seats. Needed extra care not to injury self when sitting. down

Very nice campground close to Michigan International Raceway. Easy in and easy out! Park was great for the Kids with many activities!

We enjoyed it, however, the morning we were ready to leave we had no water pressure to do anything and couldn’t rinse our black tank while dumping. Nor couldn’t do anything else we needed since we had no water pressure.

Had a wonderful time at the KOA. The ongoing upgrades are great. We needed to leave earlier than planned and were given a refund for the days not used. This was an unexpected pleasure that was greatly appreciated! Thank you

We enjoyed our stay very much a bit of construction going on to do upgrades, but the park is very clean and nice and quiet would definitely stay again.

The picnic table was a peice of junk , had no porch just a mud pit we asked to move they said every site was booked but it wasn’t very dissatisfied

Today is 6/8 area is quiet, check-in went smooth And really clean bathrooms/showers I showered mid day and evenings and shower was clean & hot water to shampoo, shave legs etc. I Never ran out of hot water. I saw the cleaning crew as I was entering several times during my stay- first of 4 weeks. I have stayed with KOA in Md, De, Va and SC so I had high expectations. Not sure why 5 stars

Great campground but there are a few things. Firewood is overpriced and does not burn long. Wristbands have ti be worn everywhere but they get dirty fast. They are replaceable but you have yo walk to the store everytime Water pump broke and none of the toilets in the camp worked.

Parking was a mess. Felt like we were in the middle of a group camp site. Tent sites across the road were allowed to hover their sleeping tents around multiple canopies used for group meals. We were squeezed onto a smaller lot (back of the park... with a 30' trailer). Internet access was totally inadequate... most I got online was about 10 minutes just before we left.

The campgrounds are nice and the renovations are looking really good. We've been full time RV's for over 6 years now using KOA campgrounds as we travel around. This is the first time we have been charged for having pets with us. If it was a minimal amount I could see it with the renovations going on but $5 a day PER pet is a bit excessive. We have 4 small dogs and stayed 3 nights, $60.

When we first arrived it was after the holiday weekend. only one stall worked in the ladies room. In the men's room one of the toilets was stuffed with tp. Took showers and they overflowed. 2 out of 8 dryers worked. Some people are so disrespectful at times. We began to worry. After bringing everything to the parks attention everything was fixed right away. Our stay ended up wonderful. GREAT s

Easy on, easy off the highway. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The grandkids enjoyed the fishing pond and the pool. Facilities are very well maintained.

LOVED the pools and splashpad! THE STAFF WAS GREAT, but the sites are too close together for our comfort, and there was a terrible sulphur or sewer gas smell near our site. Otherwise it is a great KOA.

We stayed for 5 nights just after Memorial Day weekend! Deluxe site was spacious enough for our 45ft fifth wheel with having to park truck a little in the roadway. Staff were very professional and friendly! Loved the convenience of having Big Kahuna store open late with boat rental and pool access. Campground has some construction underway that can be a little noisy and dusty. Good stay overall!

Reserved a pull thru full hook up patio site. We were assigned a site next to the sewage dump station and had to deal with a strong sewage odor our entire stay.

The staff is excellent so friendly and helpful. The pools are amazing definitely will be going back. They have did so many improvements. We back with Koa regularly and I must say the employees at this location went above and beyond.
