I was a little disappointed that the splash pad wasn't open and the slide open late on Monday. But the cabin was clean and very well stocked. I've been coming here for 42 years. Something keeps me coming there

We were disappointed our stay didn't meet our expectations. The cabins are extremely outdated, the Wi-Fi didn't work while we were there. The splash pad wasn't working, the waterslide wasn't working the day we got there. They closed the game room early. The snack shack is in shambles, I'd be embarrassed to serve food out of there. There's leaves and debris all over. There was lots of traffic.

My family has been coming to the Monroe Toledo KOA for 10+ years. We always loved it. It felt like we were visiting out of state family. Well other than people not watching their kids in the pool and letting them spit and blow their nose in the pool our stay was great.

First time at this KOA and I am not sure if we will ever go back. I have traveled a lot and always use KOA instead of a hotel. Let me list the reasons, there was no help finding your cabin or RV spot, the deluxe cabin came with no linens or towels, you had to take your trash to a dumpster which were not close to anything, and you had to wear a paper bracelet to let them know you belonged there.

A few items that would improve my rating: 1) Pool-side changing rooms, especially ones with changing tables need to have trash baskets for used swimming diapers 2) Parts of the pool and especially the water slide landing area were very slippery 3) Shade awnings or umbrellas would help in the pool area. 3) Some scheduled activities either started 15+ minutes late or never actually happened

On site 229 the fire pit was low, sunken into the ground. Hard to get a fire started bending or squatting all the way down. Other than that little thing, we had a blast. Staff was super friendly, facility was clean and well taken care of. The blue panda ice cream was our favorite. We will most definitely be back to stay at this location again in the future.

Pools and splash pad are nice. The playground equipment is filthy and old, they need power washed. The jumping pillows are dirty and screens are ripped and a child could fall out, picnic tables at snack shack were dirty and need painted. Most picnic tables in the park also need painted or repaired. Your workers should obey 5mph on golf carts and especially the one on the electric scooter.

The facilities seemed clean and the workers were friendly. The pool and splash pad were nice, but it would've been nice to have been able to use the water slide (we arrived just after 6). However, the water stunk like sulfur and the merry-go-round sounded like an emergency siren. The price was great and our little cabin was nice.

We had fun, there was a lot to do. The pools were nice. The deluxe cabin is not big enough for 8 like the website says, luckily 2 of us live 20 min away so we drove home each night. The cabin we hade k221 was so old and run down. the mattresses looked like thy were 50 years old and the cabin was so bad it looked like it should be torn down. we left the same day we checked in we didn't even stay one night that's how bad it was. will never rent a cabin again. Four the camp ground itself was very good.

Will not be coming back this was very disappointing as my family has been coming for 30 years it’s been a tradition for years until we took some years off I I wanted to bring it back until the family until i booked a stay all the aminites was closed or gone and not open no basketball,golf,waterslide don’t waste money like I did and they don’t do day pass I wouldn’t recommend I left review

Cabin wasn’t what we expected as far as amenities, the furnishings were dated, couch sofa bed needs replaced, our refrigerator had duck tape in the inside to hold milk containers or what ever condiment that we had that goes in the refrigerator. The campground wasn't fully prepared for memorial day weekend, the roads at quite a bit of pot holes, the newer sites still had dirt with grass seeds, a few of the bigger newer cabins only had dirt for parking spots, which turned into mud, the picnic tables in front of big shakunas weren't assembled, the playground needs to be updated, the miniature golf course is now completely gone.

The cabin wasn’t cimplete, no steps to the cement patio. Only steps to bedroom. Very dangerous. The key did not work on door locks had to get a new lock . The grill there was gutted had to get a new one. Water quit working on Sunday Whoever said this cabin wasn’t ready for renting should be fired. Lots of construction going on. No activities and the limited they do have come with an overpriced fee. Like renting a bike for a half hour for $8. As if a kid would take full advantage of a time slot. Very disappointing. WiFi also didn’t work in cabin to access tv or use tablet when it rained.

The amount of construction/work being done is great, but makes for a very messy trip. The playground area could use a bit of TLC, but hopefully that will come with all the renovations happening!

Our stay was very peaceful, any issues we ran into KOA staff team were always there to fix the issues even if it was after hours! Highly recommend this place, definitely will be going back!

We stayed in the Loft for the last Halloweekends of the season. My kids and their friends had a great time, and the Loft was perfect for our group. That you for a great weekend at our local KOA!

Id called and asked if our reserved cabin had a separate bedroom and was told yes, but it didn't. We ended up taking our mother home then. The tv worked only an hour or so and when cking out and asking "isnt that part if what we paid for?", was told w/a shrug "its supposed to be." An "oh well" attitude. Mattress hung over frame 4-6 inches, so if rolled over too far, would fall on floor.

Been coming for over 7 years straight . A lot of fun but really need to improve the putt putt course nothing crazy but some new green would be nice and the arcade needs to be shut down completely or stuff that actually works in it. Both things have been the same for all 7 years

The refrigerator was so loud, it sounded like it was going to explode the whole time we were there. It made it hard to sleep. I have videos of the refrigerator. Also the bed is terrible, I feels like we were going to fall through the floor when sitting on it.

We enjoy the reunion with our family and friends each year (20+ yrs). This year was challenging because our group was completely scattered, but the activities for young people were fun and we are happy to see the improvements. We hope the rustic feel isn't sacrificed as others have done. Please note, ALL restrooms were closed for cleaning at the same time first thing in am.

We stayed up in the loft it was very dirty needs lots of updates. Bathroom floors gross with mold and soft in spots. The wood on deck soft in spots. Wood where grill sits floor was about to break. Just all around dirty. For 375 a night that is ridiculous. We have been going here for about 20-30 years and nothing I mean nothing has gotten better. We told staff about these things and there reply was

We have stayed at this KOA location for the past few years. I am becoming increasingly disappointed with the cleanliness of the park and facilities. The cabin we stayed in is really dirty despite repeatedly sweeping the floor. The price for the stay and onsite activities is hard to justify.

The staff is excellent so friendly and helpful. The pools are amazing definitely will be going back. They have did so many improvements. We back with Koa regularly and I must say the employees at this location went above and beyond.
