The fold out couch in L233 is too old & fabric is disintegrating. Mattress is too old not usable any longer. No paper towel or toilet paper. The activities were good as always. The pool being open was great! Kids had a great time.

We like to come here for Halloween because it's close and convenient, but the prices for the cabins have increased quite a bit. They charge a resort fee without the amenities. They don't provide linens or trash service or keep up the insides of the cabins. Our propane tank for the grill was empty so we couldn't cook on it. Not sure it's worth the cost anymore.

Rented cabin L196 wknd of 0ct 9-11. Couldn’t get the tv working, wifi dropping. A dangerous large soft spot on bathroom floor. Not all of the electrical outlets worked. Loud techno music boomed next to us well past 11pm and no staff stopped them. Halloween contests were cute, but only did kids and group, but no individual adult contest that disappointed many guests including me.

Didn't get the site we wanted and had to settle with mud (rain a lot) and acorn dropping all day and night, so rating would not be good for site 98. Love the new pools and showers. Just need hooks on the walls for clothing. Toilet paper roll is a bit close to the showers. Didn't get any messages through our phone. Did love our 29th year of Halloween Camping.

The stay was very nice. I liked the cabin; however, I didn't know that cabin L244 didn't have heat. It was a fun weekend.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed our fifth year of Halloween camping at the Loft. My only concern was that we saw mice in the kitchen area. Also, our group has 10 people and several vehicles, but we’re only allowed one parking pass. Since we also set up a large display, I hope the parking policy can be reconsidered.

The grandkids had a blast. I had a lot of fun. The only thing I didn’t like was the mattresses in the cabins. The kids definitely want to come back next year

The camp ran out of water from 10 AM to 5 PM and acted as if it was not a big deal. The amenities of the pool and waterslide were great but not much to do after 24 hours of a stay. Wouldn’t recommend for more than a 2 night stay.

Trouble with both tV sets in the cabin. One worked sometimes and the other not at all. But we weren't there to watch movies?

Beds are very uncomfortable. But otherwise I loved camping and the place was amazing. It was a whole new experience for me. I’ve never camped before and would love to come again

The park it self, activities, and staff were all excellent. Unfortunately, staying in the loft was underwhelming. Mold on the bathroom floor, furniture in terrible condition, holes in the walls. The description of the loft is deceiving, there was nothing in the description saying it’s shared by public bathrooms/shower s, laundry, dumpsters, and the dump station. Very disappointed in the lodgin

We had a great time, my granddaughters enjoyed the pool area. I loved the two separate pools , we didn’t have to worry about the littles being run over by the bigger kids. Close to the Toledo Zoo for a great day trip. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cable didn’t work, took two days to send some1 that didnt know anything to tell us someone is hacking in and that’s why we had nothing but static. Did refund 30$ back. The staff at registration is kinda rude. We left 1 day early because of the rain and no cable, and before I could say anything about our stay she caught an attitude said ur late. Everything was nice. The only problems was in L187 there is a nasty looking sofa, i know it doubles as a bed, but it could do with a nice reupholster job. Also, for a cabin that accommodates 6-8, the small Mr. Coffee maker seemed inadequate. Other than that, the property was nice and serene. We'll be back.

Great stay, clean cabin and amenities. I did wish I knew that some of the activities were not included for the price of the cabins like the root beer floats, etc. The other thing is that we were charged for an extra vehicle that we did not have. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

We picked wizard weekend because we have teenage girls and only one game of tug of war and 3 coloring sheets. Dissatisfied. It had thundered 1 time, closed the pool. Could not get WiFi connected. 2 nails on the bedroom wall kept snagging our clothing at night. Root beer floats were expensive. Expensive to but tshirts for tye dye. Dogs should come for free.

We stayed in a cabin, and it was nice and clean! The friendliest staff, very clean facilities, lots of optional stuff to do! We LOVED LOVED LOVED it!!! We will come back again soon!

I feel they missed the ball when they shut off the water and didn't tell anyone beforehand. But thankful it didn't take all day. And $25 for a new key if I did not find my cabin key. Wow. And the sulfur smell in the water definitely wasn't pleasant. I understand you attempted to remedy this, but failed...at least during most of my stay. I was expecting a more adequate cooking appliance.great pool.

It was nice to get away. My family has been coming for about 30 years. It’s nice to see the new pools. Wish they would do a better job at a lot of upgrades. And doing seasonal sites I’ve talked to people about it. They said that they have no room, but I see a lot of space there that I feel that could be turned into seasonal sites.

Our bathroom in put almost $600 did not lock or close fully, rain kept coming in the front door. Our TVs had no service or cable ran to them. And the smell of sulfur coming from the build by the pool made it awful to hang out at.

We really enjoyed our stay at the KOA this weekend. The cabin we had was very nice and comfortable and the new pool and shop is really nice. Everything was very clean and well kept and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Brought my grandson for a mini vacation to spend time with our family from Termperance. We enjoyed the pool and sitting around the campfire. we also visited the Toledo zoo for a day. The cabin was cozy and very clean.

Cabin was fly infested & mattresses were disgusting. checked out & got refunded, thank you! Pool area was a very nice upgrade; consider the same with your cabins. very disappointed.

This is the first time we have been able to camp since we moved from de to KY in 2025. I surprised my husband with the trip. Imagine our disappointment when the cabin was not even located in the campground. Loud traffic on a very busy road ruined our peaceful getaway. The water at our site smelled so bad we couldn't even use it to wash our dishes. The staff was fantastic. Left us wasp spray.

Got the small cabin fir the KOA Trick or Trick event. Free pan cakes Saturday morning. Lots if activities for kids.

Staff was amazing! Grounds and facilities were very clean. We have been a few times in less than 6 weeks, still the same great experience! Already have 4 more trips booked!
