Construction should not have gone on after 5:00. However I am very excited for the pools. Sites are too close together navigating is not so easy. The easy sites are packed like sardines.

Disappointed that trick or treating was so early and it wasn’t dark to enjoy all the lights & hard work everyone put into decorating. Didn’t like that the pavilions were used for events instead of the barn. No more age group parties in the barn with the candy toss and hayrides was also a bummer for the kids. Been camping here for over 13 years for Halloween. Will now camp elsewhere

Love the activities and the haunted house! The bathrooms were very, very gross. The staff could do a better job with trying to control the older kids at the park.

Numerous issues that set this KOA apart negatively from other nearby KOA's. Sites are extremely tight and unlevel, we didn't even have enough room to use our fire pit. Backing in is a nightmare. -No warning of construction -Fishing Pond is a dump -Putt Putt and playground are awful -No inflatables on the weekend? Overall, the entire campground is very tight and listed amenities are misleadin

Love the free flapjacks and dollar coffee (it was really good coffee too)! Had a spooky fun time handing out candy!

Had the best time Halloween camping. This campground and all the campers go all out for the kids. This is my 5th year going for Halloween, many more to come.

Construction happening, but because it was a gravel/ dirt roadways our coach picked up dirt and a plume of dust followed us to our site and everyone around us. Basic sites., dirt/gravel.

Stayed during a Halloweekend. My family has made this a yearly tradition at this park. We love all the activites and making memories.

I stayed at this KOA weekend of 10/11/24 - 10/13/24. The entire road smelled like an ash tray. KOA must be putting ashes from the firepits in the road. The road looked like ashes were dumped all over it. The ashes stunk so bad I quit passing out candy before the kids were done with Trick or Treat. I was also disappointed the KOA shut down the Tye Dye shirts event 40 minutes before it was over!

We had a great weekend. Loved everything the campground, except for the size of the sites. Sites are too small and campers are crammed in. Very hard to get into a site. We, and all the campers around us were asking others to move there truck in order to be able to get into the site. And the same when leaving the campground. It was all very tight.

Loved the Halloween experience - great duration, like how they closed the park, etc. Definitely did not expect to be charged for adding an additional vehicle on our site that we already paid for.

After our experience it is not what it was in the past. The manager screaming in a young womans face. Then approaching another with aggression. This is not what a family event should have been. Them being forced to leave after drinking. Packing up tents and whole families in a storm. (our group had a total of 7 sites over the weekend) Our annual family event ended in drama caused by staff

Everything was wonderful, all the Halloween activities were great, and we would love to come again next year! The ONLY thing I would nitpick is the arcade's 2 working video games were a shooting game (shooting people, blowing up cars including police cars), and a fighting game. I understand an arcade is a perk, not a necessity, but we purposefully avoided it due to the violent nature of the games.

Overly expensive for what it was. Parents came to visit and they were charged more just to come hangout at the campsite we already paid for. We were charged for 4 dogs, when we only brought 2. It was still a fun trip, but very expensive.

Campground was clean. Kids enjoyed the activities. Wasn't happy with all the extra costs such as crafts: $5 to paint a rock!! (we were not told of the cost beforehand), and how expensive it is to rent bikes, etc. It seemed like we were nickeled and dimed after we already paid a ton for our site. This is the most expensive campground around, and then all the extra costs were pretty ridiculous.

This KOA is a large campground with lots of shade trees. We stayed one weeknight and it was quiet and not busy. Friendly staff and a nice store. The big negative for us was water that smelled like sewage when we hooked up the water. While walking we used the campground restroom and it smelled of sewage too. Contaminated water supply?

Loved the texted messages for events, however a lot of people didn't know how to text to vote on events, some don't use this. There was no number or directions on how to text to vote, some people just don't know how to do that, people told me they wanted to vote but didn't know how, maybe include a voting paper to sign and turn in at the office for those that can't do it over the phone.

After 20 years of doing the Halloween campout, this is our final year. Trick or treating at 5pm is too early just to accommodate your haunted house, No announcements, voting by text, KOA employees choose winners of costume contest instead of spectators. These changes were not to benefit your customers. I was very disappointed with these changes. Time for us to find a new location.

Changing trick or treat time to 5pm is way too early. They were pretty much done by 6pm and it was still daylight. We work very hard on our setup that is mostly glow in the dark and I felt it was useless because it was still broad daylight and would be for a couple more hours. By that time, everyone is back at their sites doing their thing. We only had about 6 people come back to look after dark.

We have visited several times in previous years for the halloweekends . This year was our first year staying and we were very disappointed with trick or treating starting so early- it was very hot and many kids couldn’t even tolerate wearing their costumes, we couldn’t enjoy the lit up decorations. We were also charged for an extra child fee. Very disappointing first camping trip there.

The staff is excellent so friendly and helpful. The pools are amazing definitely will be going back. They have did so many improvements. We back with Koa regularly and I must say the employees at this location went above and beyond.
