Being in the middle of a renovation we are patiently awaiting and looking forward to the end result. The staff is doing its best to make the guests stay as nice and comfortable as they can in the meantime and we appreciate all they do. We had no problems or issues during our stay and am looking forward to returning next year to enjoy all the improvements and am not hesitant to give high rating.

Just a one night stay. Staff was courteous. Used the laundry facilities. They were functional and clean. Bathrooms were the same.

Great time even with construction, only downfall was the slide wasn't opened during the hours posted, would open late and 2 nights closed 15 mins early.

So disappointed,... I went as a child , took my children and now our grandchildren,but unfortunately we probably won't be returning again. You can't get visitor passes anymore. fourth of July.. What a joke, They never went pass our site. My debit card was stolen and used. The waterslide closes at 6 PM, you would think it would remain open later since they don’t have a swimming pond anymore.

It was very nice and will be great once construction is done. They need to stay on top of the grass bcuz it was way too long and they didn't cut it until the day we were leaving.

I think it's ridiculous that they charge a fee when you bring a pet and they don't tell you that if you register online. I said yes to pet, no fee was listed, I registered and paid online. I did a late check in, so I called when I left and then get informed that I owed a fee for bringing a pet. I clean up after my dogs so a fee is ridiculous. Especially given the construction mess and noise.

Overpriced for what it is. Obviously we knew the pool was still under construction, but the rest of the campground is just wore down. The playground is very old and outdated and several of the items were broken. Litter everywhere. Marijuana smoking and smell everywhere. Disappointing for the KOA brand.

The staff were pleasant and attended to a couple of needs we had promptly. The Campground is undergoing some major upgrades and renovations but did not disrupt or impede any of the services.

We were told when adding an extra night we would be given the 4 night discount 20%, so we went ahead and added a night. Then during checkin we were charged the full amount. I spoke to night mgr and he tried to claim not applicable on weekends - which was not true because I could get the discount online for the same days. He refused to do anything for us. Lots of construction going on. Should be very nice when done. For now we stayed there because it was a convenient location on our trip. Will be back in a couple of weeks for same reason.

Quiet, clean, beautiful. Just what we needed! Filled all our desires. Rented three wheeled two passenger pedal bike, grandson had a ball with grandpa!!! Playground was great, other children activities also. Friendly staff, clean restrooms, showers and laundry. We have been here many times with never any problems. This is a Great place to camp and we look forward to returning.

This is listed as a KOA holiday but there was nothing to do. It claims there is lake swimming but signs surround the lake saying “No Swimming” Everything was under construction. The playground was very disappointing and not maintained at all. We have stayed at a few other KOAs before and this was by far the worst one we have stayed at that we cut out trip short so we could go home.

It was a quick stay for us. Site was level, bathrooms clean. Easy check in. Nice store. I can't wait to come back when the pools are done! this place is going to be tough to beat when that gets done!

Way to muddy on the roads getting to site, and near the site. Holes, standing water in the holes. Roads need to be stoned/graveled and leveled. My coach was a mud mess when I left it

Maybe once they get their projects completed it’ll be a better campground. Also bring extra water hose. Some sites share a common water spigot between four sites.

We have not camped as a family in years and I forgot all the fun involved! It was our first campout with my granddaughter and we loved all the free or low cost kids activities! The fireworks were amazing!!

Workers are always GREAT! Nick is doing a great job! Enjoyed the Bingo this year. Think that is a keeper. We have been coming for about 20 yrs. Can’t wait for the new water area�

They were accommodating when we had to change sites. Seems like campground is outdated and bathrooms were nasty. Also they need to in force rules like trailer positioning. The guy next to me pulled through instead of backing in and tried to use our septic line. I think there is better campgrounds out there that suit us better

It’s always been a nice campground under construction right now, but it will be really nice. Some of the staff are very nice people and help with any problem you have in the one section of the campground behind the garage needs an electrical update kept blowing breakers all weekend air conditioning kept turning off. I wish your guest check in system was better, paid in advance, then guest had to re-pay. Wi-Fi wasn’t good. Showers could be updated. For families with kids it’s a great campground.

To be fair, the campgrounds is under construction so I will not be harsh. The activities for the kids are always great at KOA. I highly recommend if you have kids. The water turned off twice and the sites are very small.

when we booked they never said you could only have 6 people on the lot.we have 7 in our family so they made us get a extra lot that we never used.we have been coming hear for 40 yrs. no more. good bye koa..

Excited to see the water park once it's complete. Bathroom near our site was very clean, and we saw the cleaning person quite often. It was a busy holiday weekend, but no chaos. Saw the Enforcer cart riding around sleeping kids safe. Everyone was having a great time despite the heat. Great fireworks display!!!

I went with my son, he had no air conditioning. K14b. Was told nothing they could do to fix it. I was in k15B, my fridge barely worked. I had grandkids there, waterslide closed at 6 pm, no reason to close so early when that was the only relief of water there. It don't get dark till 9. It wasn't a pleasant stay. I was very upset as it was my first going with my son and his kids

Everything was wonderful the politeness the friendliness of the campers the atmosphere was great your fireworks and the Sunday morning breakfast and the little extra time I needed to packing pair for the road I appreciate it my whole stay

The staff is excellent so friendly and helpful. The pools are amazing definitely will be going back. They have did so many improvements. We back with Koa regularly and I must say the employees at this location went above and beyond.
