We enjoyed the little cabin. The staff was okay. The grounds upkeep was solid. Access to amenities was lacking. Seemed that mid-week campers had less to do than weekends. Overall, those amenities are old and rundown. My kids made their fun and had a good time, but they described the place as sad. The game room, mini golf, paddle boats, really everything is in desperate need of attention.

I’ve been going to this campground for years. My family always has a good time. The staff is very nice and helpful and the campground is clean. But they didn’t offer all of there amenities that they have. The snack shack was closed the whole time and the arcade none of the machines worked.

We came in June and the park was not clean. We figured it was because it was the beginning of the season. We came August 11th and it was not much better. Unless the makeover next year cleans it up and there is more to offer we will choose another park. Kudos to all the staff. They made our stay pleasant and everyone was very helpful.

Last two years without the pond or works there nothing open snack stand not open water slide o my open 4 hrs office closes at 6! That's crazy ! so you got to do any of the activities before 530 because they won't give u the stuff after that! So 6 till bed time your left on your own with nothing the campground offers to do .

Very disappointed in Monroe Koa. I knew they drained the pond. But they were supposed to have the water slide open. But it was only oppen 4 hours a day. Snack shack was closed the whole time. The cabin that I stayed in 5 years ago has the same thing still broken, like the shower head. The roads are so worn down in the campsite. Big pot holes everywhere. Very rude staff. I'll Never go again

Wifi was really good but off main site washrooms were disgusting especially on day three of our trip. They need to be cleaned properly twice a day when campground is busy and really need to be rebuilt so they can be cleaned. Main washrooms were fine but could be due for updating. Cabin was good and the grounds were nice

We booked in March, but we didn’t find out that the swimming lake was drained at the end of last year until the month of July, when we checked the website for ourselves. No one from the campground notified us and when we called to complain, there was no follow up from a manager. It was very messy-bathrooms and some of the equipment was unsafe and rusty and needed updating. Possibly not returning

We had asked for our air conditioner to be looked at as it was set to 61 but remained very hot in the cabin. My wife is 30 weeks pregnant and struggled to sleep at night. No one ever came to look at the unit, when we left on Monday we asked about a refund, someone took our phone number but 2 days later we have not heard anything back. Would appreciate a follow up and a conversation.

The cabin that we stayed in was nothing like what was pictured on the website. It was actually kind of gross. The bathrooms were unkept and they stink! Most KOAs have a place to swim this one has nothing except for a water slide and a place to go fishing.

Very displeased with this location compared to the other one we’ve been to. Nothing for our child’s age to do, no cement for chalk, etc. we booked two nights and by the end of the first night we were ready to leave.

Loved the deluxe cabin L222 that we stayed in but the door did not shut tight. Very disappointed the lake was drained. Activities for the kids were nice & so were the people that worked there.

We paid for a delux single cabin (I booked in February) and were put in a duplex cabin with a family we did not know. The deck (which was covered in moss) was never used because it was connected to the other families space. I expressed how I was upset to an employee his response was “you can pack up and check out and I’ll refund you.” Horrible customer service and we didn’t get what we pai

Staff was friendly. Didn't know it was a connecting cabin with people in the back. No swimming, website still says swimming. Better if you have younger children, not teenagers

I was all excited to stay overnight. However, once arriving I learned that the one room camping cabin did not have more than on way to lock the door. For me a single woman it did not feel safe enough for me to sleep. Then at dusk a large raccoon came into the site on the picnic table while we were trying to have a fire. That was me final straw to leave.

Cabin was great just hated being farther then expected from the bathroom. Next time we will have to try and book a cabin with a bathroom :). Loved the dog friendly atmosphere, and the friendly staff. I felt very safe and like I could escape from busy work life, and my kiddo could explore (within reasonable distance) and we completely loved the fireworks. So � cool.

The air stopped working, there was moss growing on the side of the cabin. The waterslide was constantly closing. The steps to the waterslide were disgusting. No maintenance has been done on this property.

The staff was wonderful. A few bumps like no water for a few hours in the cabin..a warning would have been nice. But not a big deal. Activities for kids were great. No pool yet but the slide and inflatables were nice. A few things need an upgrade but the weekend with my grandkids was fun for them and that was the purpose of the stay. May çome back next year to see the new water features .

We were very happy for the most part. Our volume on the TV wouldn't work, the grill only has one working burner. The mattress could be replaced, and the sofa needs an upgrade....... But we enjoyed everything.

With everything closed, no boat rental no shack to buy food. I believe you should let people know before booking and a discount since we were limited to things to do. Really clean! Friendly staff.

I guess with the campground not having a beach any longer is a big disappointment. I understand things happen. The campground just is not the same any longer. There was not much for the kids to do.The campground was almost empty for being a weekend. Was very disappointed but thank you for the memories with my kids and grandkids!!!

We absolutely loved it. The cabin was perfect. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately we did come on a weekday so we didn’t get to enjoy all of the weekend adventures. But we definitely will be back to tryouts all of the different activities. I loved it so much. I cried when I left because I didn’t want to go back home. I couldn’t have asked for a better two day Vacay. Thank you guys so

Needs updating bad. No maintenance done, shabby accommodations. The grill looks like it had never been clean and essentially started a grease fire when used. Furniture was broken. Lots super small and crammed. I would not stay here again. WAY overpriced for what you get!! Only plus was a comfortable queen bed.

The staff is excellent so friendly and helpful. The pools are amazing definitely will be going back. They have did so many improvements. We back with Koa regularly and I must say the employees at this location went above and beyond.
